[7.0] "One of the promotions that seemed to try and pick up where ECW left off after their closure, running shows in the Tri-State area (later Florida) and putting the title on notables like Balls Mahoney, Steve Corino, Raven, D-Lo Brown, Tito Santana, Sgt Slaughter, Sabu, Bam Bam Bigelow, Shane Douglas, Homicide, Al Snow and more. It deserves credit for longevity and the number of recognizable champions but the number of vacancies and name changes do suggest that the promoter and champions themselves weren't too invested in the title's prestige themselves."
