That is up until 2019, when the Elite left for AEW. Jay White managed to somewhat delay the inevitable fall of the stable, but they completely lost relevance after 2021. I was sad to see they disbanded recently, but quite honestly I thought they had been inactive since for like two years because they did nothing notable. Despite this, I have to give them a 10 for the way they completely changed the landscape of pro wrestling"

I don't think they were the greatest stable of all time, for me everything after the first Bullet Club Civil War storyline is way too inconsistent and they spent most of their last year as a wrestling Ship of Theseus, but fuck, they're up there. It is beyond argument that they are the most important stable this side of the millennium, however. A huge part of NJPW's enormous western boom in the late 2000s, which in turn leads to All In, which in turn leads to AEW and the monopoly over wrestling in the US being broken. We'll be lucky if we see anything like them in terms of popularity and importance within the next 20 years, if not more I think."

To a degree I wish they would do what they seemed to do with the judgement day on this site and make separate versions (maybe for each leader/time period? ) so I could end up doing both, but for now I'm gonna be rating based on the modern day bullet club sense it's the most honest way in my opinion. And while the bullet club was one of the most badass and cool stables in all of wrestling in the ages of people like Prince/Finn, AJ, and Kenny Omega (unfortunately mostly AJ and Kenny), in the modern day it's kind of a convoluted nothing burger. Between a lack of clear standout talent, and the fact that it's been split up to the degree where it's relation to the nWo looks less like homage and more like a direct parallel + the fact that the bullet club as a core barely even exists anymore... it's alright at best really. Still has some solid talent but when you get to the point of a faction where people start arguing whether or not it even exists anymore, you should probably just end it."

Bullet Club was a huge boon for NJPW out of the gates. I remember seeing their t-shirts all over the place back around 2015-ish. They probably were at their best with the white hot AJ Styles as their leader. Even after AJ left, they still had a lot of life, especially when Omega was running the show. But at this point, they have no leader anywhere near the caliber of AJ or Kenny & it shows. Now they are a shell of what they once were & NJPW really should find a reason to kill the Bullet Club once & for all."

The Bullet Club name took over professional wrestling for a little while, which is just incredible when you take into account it's just some faction in NJPW. What made it become bigger and better was the fact it was filled with some top level talent that eventually moved onto bigger and better things. It had a place in wrestling for a period, but now it has absolutely become a shell of its former self. It has just become a faction that's going off it's name rather than the actual people in it. It's highly unlikely they will ever get "big" again as a faction, and it'll never reach the heights it hit during the mid-late 2010s. Have to give it 4 points though, it wasn't anything crazy or original, it had a lot of good talent and really did take on a life of its own, but the fact they haven't really just shut down the stable after all this time is really hindering it."

[10.0] "At the end of 2012, a Young Lion from Ireland was in a tag team with Ryosuke Taguchi in New Japan Pro Wrestling's Jr. tag division, and gaining some attention as a curiosity on the British indie scene for his supervillain-themed attires. A wrestling legend was seemingly in the twilight of his career, languishing in a company to whom he was loyal to a fault who did not know how to best capitalise on him. And a charismatic Winnipegger had just defeated his fellow countryman, El Generico, to become the K-OD Openweight Champion, but was still most known for a match he wrestled again a child the year prior. Little could any of them have predicted that they would create, expand, and perfect a group respectively, who would change the landscape of professional wrestling forever. Although the Bullet Club under Jay White, or moreover, Gedo, has not been what it once was, becoming a group of wrestlers rather than a true faction, their recent form cannot undo the fact that they started a revolution that brought Japanese wrestling to the West, and showed the world that wrestling does not need to be what they are told it has to be. Aside from this, their actual heel work within NJPW was sublime. It's fitting that nWo brought America to NJPW in the 90s only for the Bullet Club to export Japanese wrestling in return, given that the latter was essentially a love letter to the former. Further fitting then that thr nWo is perhaps the only faction in history that can lay claim to changing wrestling as much as the Bullet Club have. Without Bullet Club, there is no New Japan Strong. Without Bullet Club, there is no AEW. Without Bullet Club, wrestling would be worse off today. Bullet Club is (more than) fine."

From the heydays of AJ Style's leadership to Omega's takeover, G1 succes (with awesome speech) and WK glorious battle with Okada, to the new Switchblade era with Jay White: Bullet Club has remained fine. Especially after the civil war period it was to be seen if the club would endure, but in my eyes the future is bright and with switch from the more gaijin oriented stable to their current status which includes some fine Japanese wrestlers, BC remains exciting to watch. As of the end of 2020 BC again is heavily involved in almost all title bouts, making it once more clear: BULLET CLUB IS FOR LIFE"

He bumped up from Junior to Heavyweight, challenged Nakamura, made "The Elite", and then..... things went bad... Cody joined the Bullet Club and we had a civil war. [7.0] "Had the Bullet Club folded about the time AJ Styles, Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows left NJPW they would have been one of the best stables in wrestling history. Just so many amazing feuds and matches and elevating Okada as the new face of NJPW was just the perfect sendout act. But since then things have gone downhill at an ever increasing speed and now the BC look a whole lot like the nWo circa 1998. I know this is due to lack of talent: these days people get hired by WWE and AEW merely for being mentioned on social media. But as bad as this situation is becoming NJPW should adapt their booking instead of keeping around a stable whose slogan could "Midcarder for Life"."
