[3.0] "I'm sorry but they're just not good. They really can have a good match, and they're very forgettable. I literally have zero idea if they're still in WWE, because I haven't seen or heard anything about them in forever. They are extremely overrated. 3/10"

[10.0] "I can't hate this guys, they got so much being super heavyweights, but now they don't shine, they became gray and not really interesting team"

[5.0] "At the moment, they are a perfectly 'fine' tag team. Their matches are decent, until you realise once you've seen one War Raiders match, you've seen them all. They aren't interesting on the mic (but not terrible), and they are one of the least over male tag teams in WWE currently. I think you'd only find smaller pops for DIY and New Catch Republic"

[5.0] "Once upon a time, one of my favorite teams, but they've really fallen off in the past few years. Just a lot of samey stuff, and leaning way too hard on the gimmick over any in-ring substance or charisma. Which is a shame, because they've for sure got the substance, they just haven't shown it a lot lately."

[6.0] "The Vikings Raiders have an identity that's simple to understand, but as unique as their techniques, which are as impressive as their size. Despite the strength of their team's principle, their physique and their impact in the ring, their matches look the same and they lack a little charisma or more teamwork. Some of their moves are cool."

[6.0] "Kind of hard to rate for me because in Ring of Honor and NXT they were great! They had some awesome matches. Most notably against Ricochet and Alastair Black at Takeover NY in 2019. Since then they've been just another team. In WWE they don't put much focus in the tag team division. It's treated as a place to put guys with nothing else going on. There were only two big boom periods for tag team wrestling and it was in the 80's and late-90's-early 2000's. That seems to have happened in spite of the company's history. If they were booked better I would rate them higher."

[8.0] "The Viking Raiders are one of the most underrated tag teams out there, these guys are fantastic together, when they have the chance, they always deliver good stuff, as a team and even individually, they are guys that just work, love the gimmick."

[5.0] "Pre WWE then they might get a higher score from me because they at least look different and could do some cool looking stuff even if you were never going to get a great match. Not quite sure how they have not been cut from WWE except for the fact they must look cool to the kids walking out on a house show."

[8.0] "If had to describe War Raiders, or should I say The Viking Raiders, with 4 words: Amazing team, atrociously booked. WWE turned them into just another geek tag team when they should be at the top of the food chain. Both of them are good wrestlers but as a team they are even better. Charismatic, talented with some impressive tag moves, unfortunately, as of now, they are a parody."

[4.0] "They can perform some decent matches, but I have never been interested in any storyline involving them, because none of them has been thrilling or exciting. I guess the booking has its responsability, but anyway, that's my view on them."

[8.0] "Probably my favorite team to watch in the ring. They have such a great moveset. The Viking gimmick helps them stand out and gives them some edge. I like their overall presentation."

[9.0] "Currently there are trapped in a pretty empty division because of all the Bloodline stuff going on but Hanson and Rowe or Ivar and Eric can absolutely help build that division back up if HHH books them like he did while they were in NXT. Definitely a team to build a solid division around."

[7.0] "I especially miss War Machine and I kinda miss War Raiders. This viking shit just does not work, also really do not like that they have been leaning into that more lately. Fantastic tag wrestlers thouugh."

[8.0] "Loved War Machine in ROH and NJPW. They were still good in NXT but on the main roster they have been incredibly misused. They still are great in the ring but the booking has been bad and the new Viking Raiders just seems to be a dead end heel turn. Shame with the talent they have that they can not catch a break in WWE."

[9.0] "Discovered in NXT a few years ago, this team is the very definition of the word "power". Their in-ring skills are truly incredible for wrestlers of their size. And they can be entertaining too, like with the storyline between them and the Street Profits. A very good team, which will make a lot of damage."

[9.0] "Very good team which can make incredible things considering their physic. Too bad they let down their "war" thing, probably because it's not PG, and go more and more to a gimmick of meat-eaters, because they combine perfectly the power and agility, and they act like real warriors and fighters, which is rare in modern days"

[5.0] "Boring, with a dumb gimmick and no promo skills. Mediocre hoss team that competes directly with AOP for the "most boring dudes on Raw" title."

[5.0] "If you like dumpy Bravehart extra wannabes, this is the team for you. I was never very fond of this team in NXT & now that they moved them to the main roster & are saddling them with even more of a cartoonish gimmick, it feels like this team is not leaving the porta-potty of wrestling any time soon."

[10.0] "One of my favorite teams right now, unique look, great communications and innovative moves. Rowe is a clear powerhouse and striker, while Hanson has a little bit of everything, but I just can't imagine them apart from each other. Perfect combination of power, speed, agility and charisma. I'm glad that I has an opportunity to witness best of them in NXT."

[8.0] "A great tag team with an awesome look and awesome combinations. War Machine is the Tag Team that could pull a good match out of Guerrillas of Destiny, they're on Violent Giants level, in my opinion."

[8.0] "When I first laid my eyes on this team I thought to myself "great... another boring monster tag team. " I was wrong, these men are HUGE and move like the average sized competitors. This adds a lot to their matches. I haven't heard much from them on the mic so I cannot speak on that but with their look, they don't really need to be talkers."

[7.0] "I'm giving these guys a 7 for the sole reason I've only seen there stuff in WWE and nothing on the independents. While I understand they were huge on the indies, I have yet to see them have a match other than a squash in WWE. They seem to be getting involved in the title picture, so I guess I'll see for myself how good of a match they can put on. Pretty unique gimmick, cool-looking finisher and look, and great promo guys. In-ring work is solid from what I have seen from them, and a pretty solid team all around."

[10.0] "A first look at War Machine might get you thinking you're looking at two giant sized dwarfs who will rely on their size and strength to squash opponents. While your initial thought isn't necessarily wrong it's only a part of their style. As if they need it War Machine prefers facing their opponents under War Machine rules which basically means no rules at all. Well two huge guys with weapons should be enough to consider them one of the worlds top tap teams but that's not all. On top of the moves you would expect from big men like them they have a variation of high flying moves in their arsenal."

[8.0] "Very good tag team in my opinion. They are both very hard workers who always bust their ass off in the ring. They quickly got over in japan and became one of my favorite tag teams right now. Just 2 big mens do a lot of cool stuff and some crazy flippy shits. Really impressive."

[10.0] "My current favourite tag team in pro wrestling (along with EYFBO) are my dudes Hanson and Rowe aka War Machine.. With a very unique Vikings inspired gimmicks.. Hanson and Rowe are two big dudes who are exceptional in the ring.. Rowe and Hanson are very innovative.. War Machine is the perfect example of a lethal combination of power and agility.. these two big guys are surprisingly agile.. Kevin Kelly once compared them with The Road Warriors... well.. I agree with Kevin... War Machine is having a great run as the IWGP Tag Team champions... War Machine is a team to watch out for..."

[10.0] "Definitely my favorite tag team in pro wrestling right now when it comes to in ring ability. They are just outstanding in the ring as they are able to blend power and athleticism into their arsenal. I also regard them as one of most innovative tag teams ever as they just can pull out unimaginable tandem offense out of nowhere. I hope I can see them as a tag team champion once again, whether it is at ROH, New Japan, RevPro, or somewhere else."

[9.0] "This is one of the best tag teams currently active. Both are big men that have surprising agility and are both joys to watch as singles competitors. But they really are something else as a team."

[8.0] "War Machine are a great, destructive tag team with great chemistry, and even if they were only have a mop to fight, can just rely on the spectacle of their power moves."

[7.0] "I like War Machine but they seem out of place in ROH's tag team division, which was dominated by fast paced junior heavyweights the last few years. They had a fun feud with The Briscoes in 2014. But they have not been having the tag team matches ROH fans expect to see."

[10.0] "It seems like ever since Hanson and Ray Rowe were in the finals of the Top Prospect Tournament in 2014 and then started tag teaming together after Hanson won the tournament, those 2 were just destined to be a tag team because over these past 2 years War Machine have kicked so much ass and now they're ROH world tag team champions which I'm super happy about! War Machine is one of those tag teams where you have 2 big, tough, rugged dudes with beards who for guys their size they can do amazing athletic moves in the ring and they're also no nonsense smash mouth style of wrestlers who go in there and get the work done as well and they work so well together as a team too! I mean talk about an awesome combination right there! Hanson and Rowe are amazing at what they do in that squared circle, that's for damn sure! I always love watching War Machine every time I watch them in Ring Of Honor!"

[7.0] "War Machine are a perfectly adequate upper-midcard level tag team that deserve the title run they've just won. ROH has been the perfect platform for Hanson and Rowe as a duo, havinng decent matches with the Briscoes, Killer Elite Squad and reDragon, and were an important part of the main event of this year's Gloabal Wars night one."

[7.0] "In terms of ring style, they're a bit of a throwback as a power tag team. Kevin Kelly recently compared them to the legendary Road Warriors, and in terms of ring style, I can see it in the way they throw opponents into each other's power moves. Look and style stands out in the indy tag team scene, and as long as they stay together and stay healthy, they should be a team to watch."
