WWE NXT Title Gold Rush Tournament

[6.0] "For the tournament to crown the first champion of the new developmental brand, it's fine ain't it? It's not great or revolutionary by any means, but it had some good names and good enough matches. Seth Rollins winning is really the only choice they could've made, and history has shown that it paid off. But this tournament just feels so small and forgettable looking back at it from today's eyes."

[7.0] "A good tournament for the time where the reason for this and the results is well founded, although there are some that are not my agardo, they are understood although the in-ring quality is not the best it is not bad being quite solid but I think the best of This tournament was the winner because unlike other tournaments of the style, the winner of this and the first NXT champion ended up being a legend of the wwe company."

[7.0] "This was pretty great. It was a great selection of wrestlers that have been heavily featured on NXT for the most part. One person I thought should've been in was Tyson Kidd. He, after Seth Rollins, is the best wrestler in early NXT. He probably could've been switched for Drew Mcintyre. All the matches were at the very least pretty good. All the first round (quarter final) matches were really good. Drew Mcintyre vs Seth Rollins and Michael McGillicutty vs Justin Gabriel were my favorites of the four. Seth Rollins vs Michael McGillicutty was the better of the semi finals. The other semi was the weakest of the tournament being Jinder Mahal vs Richie Steamboat. The final match was was my favorite match of the whole tournament and it was absolutely incredible. Seth Rollins was clearly the MVP of the tournament. Two other standouts were Michael McGillicutty and Jinder Mahal. It would be rated higher but it was fairly small so it didn't have a feel like other tournaments. I feel it would've been better had there been a few more participants. Also, if the overall quality of the matches as a whole were greater the rating would be higher. The matches were still good, some really great. The tournament was still really good all things considered. and I would recommend."
