[7.0] "Decades before Australia produced great female talent such as Madison Eagles and Toni Storm, Susan Sexton emerged as a stellar wrestler. An ace of LPWA, her title reign would be recognised by WCW too where she wrestled the odd match. Susan was a wrestling encyclopaedia who could carry a match exceptionally well. She worked in various countries and was a bit like a proto-SHIMMER main eventer only 15+ years ahead of that promotion coming into existence. Sadly as she was prominent in a 'lost generation' for women's wrestling in North America, her legacy appears to be largely forgotten. It's a shame, because now that WWE, Impact, ROH, indies and a burgeoning UK wrestling scene where women are given the breaks they deserve, someone like Sexton deserves to be remembered."
