[2.0] "One of the most overrated wrestlers in the world today. His selling skills are terrible, his matwork looks like a coreography from Cirque Du Soleil. It's so annoying seen him with all thoses submissions applied so softly. All of his work is very weak in my opinion. Anyway, some of his matches at PWG are fun, because it's PWG, and at that company, who cares? . In EVOLVE, for example, I can't stand a match with Zack Sabre Jr on it, it's just annoying."

[6.0] "ZSJ is something of a polarizing figure on the indie scene. Many love him and consider him one of the best workers in the world, a few consider him a completely worthless no-substance hack. I'd say he's somewhere in the middle. Zack has technical prowess, for sure, it's very evident that he knows a ton of tricks and holds, perhaps even as many as Chris Jericho once bragged he knew. The problem I have with Zack is that his style is something of a mat-based adaption of a wrestler that tries to fill the gaps in their talent with flips, but instead Zack fills in the gaps with holds. He shifts from one to the next at an admittedly impressive speed, but there's no rhyme or reason or psychology behind any of it. He tries so hard to compensate for a complete lack of charisma with his technical ability and it just gets a bit tiresome. In addition, his strikes are a bit flaccid and the only thing visually interesting about him is his Union Jack jacket. All that said though, he's far from a bad worker, and with the right opponent can put on good, great, and even classic matches. Overrated, but still good."

JMTheBadOne wrote on 03.09.2015:
[7.0] "Though some may scoff at his size, that hasn't stopped Zack Sabre Jr. from establishing himself as one of the best technical wrestlers in wrestling today. The well traveled junior heavyweight has managed to establish himself as a draw in Japan, Germany, and his native U. K. (as well as the WWN, CZW, and other North American indie federations. ) In addition to his championship victories in IPW, wXw, and NWA-UK, Sabre Jr. has also secured the GHC Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championships on two occasions in addition to winning PWG's Battle of Los Angeles 2015. Though he's had a cup of coffee with New Japan in the past, it may only be a matter of time until Sabre Jr. finds himself wrestling regularly for a major promotion."
