[5.0] "As Grado described Renfrew would probably be the most accurate: "a fat guy with bags of charisma" is basically who he is. Not a particularly good wrestler but he can cut good promos and knows how to play to a crowd. He's gotten a lot more out of his career than perhaps he should've with his connections at ICW and loyality to the product, but he fit the style there. He was never gonna be anything more than that with his look and sub-standard work but was perfectly fine as a indie guy."
[6.0] "Tough as nails and entertaing brawler, capable of energetic performances. He especially shines in the role of the reckless madman, being somewhat associable to a scottish version of Sandman."
[8.0] "In the last year and a half he has turned from a decent wrestler who lived on the back of his mic skills into a complete package - with excellent mic skills. He will never be the flashiest wrestler in a roster, but his brawling abilities are well above average. Everything he does on the ring will make the fans go crazy (whether they are cheering or jeering him). Incredibly, despite the relevance he has already acquired, he keeps improving at a fast, steady pace."
[5.0] "Purely my opinion: With the right story he's pretty compelling (ICW title feuds with Galloway or Grado, were good, his hypocritical promos were hard to ignore) but ultimately an average wrestler and a one-trick-pony or two-trick-pony on the microphone. A cult star in Scotland, he's a mix of CM Punk and Steve Austin for a generation of people who grew up on Nu-Metal, LiveJournal and DeviantArt. Treated like royalty in ICW (to the overall detriment of the roster/company, in my opinion), I'd like to see pushed into a situation where he can't get by on middle fingers and sarcastic smiles. I think an ROH, PWG, EVOLVE, NXT, NJPW or PROGRESS would struggle with him."
[7.0] "may not be the best technical wrestler (he can put on a solid match but he could be a bit better) but the amount he is willing to put his body through in a match and the amazing ring psychology this man has makes up for that, a great speaker on the mic too."
