Not only is he fantastic in the ring, he is also fantastic on the mic and gets the crowd involved making him perfect for the smaller venues. He is someone who can actively bring his opponents up to his level and give the people their moneys worth."

[10.0] "Go watch 90's indy wrestling pre tom cater, jus it was mostly big guys who wwe and wcw did not want even erly days and leftovers from even early days. Ecw thye had people like snuka as or stetson as champion i.e. left over from the old generation or terrible bigger guys while he wore. His influences in his sleeve like is cohort Quackenbush did but between them the size and style of indies changed. That allowed the boom in the 2000's and ealr 2010's watch hero for example, pre going to wrestle factory and after he became a lot better. Skayde Quack and Carter should first ballot hall of farmers for reason alone they changed the whole style of a sector of the industry."

[7.0] "Tom Carter or Reckless Youth was considered one of the top wrestlers of the early 2000's wrestling indie scene. I know he had a run on Chikara and on CZW and ECWA, but I've only seen his brief Ring of Honor run, that lasted only three shows. But on those few matches I could see that he was a solid wrestler and had some good encounters. He made his debut on a Four Corner Survival match at Epic Encounter. He looked fantastic there with some technical work and submissions. He also did a good job putting over Samoa Joe, as he tried to break the Choke with a frog splash, but Joe managed to hold the choke and made Cabana tap out. After that he wrestled Matt Stryker on Do or Die. It was a solid technical match, where the first part was focused on chain wrestling and reversals, but then the pace changed and they hit some cool powermoves and counters, for example with Carter countering a Super DVD into an inverted DDT mid-air. Stryker won with a rollup. And finally, his last encounter was against Doug Williams at Death Before Dishonor, where Williams looked great selling his arm and it affected the ending, as he couldn't holf the bridge of the Chaos Theory and then Carter used the injured arm to do a rollup and take the win. It was my least favorite match of Tom Carter, but he still showed his technical abilities, he would have been a good wrestler of the Pure Division if he stayed longer."

[9.0] "One of the greatest wrestlers to have ever been in the ring. Trained by Regal, Al Snow, and Larry Sharpe, Reckless Youth was a prominent member of the early 2000s indies and had many great matches with other North American independent legends through the heyday of ECWA and various other promotions. On top of that, he helped lay the foundation for the Wrestle Factory and CHIKARA with Mike Quackenbush."
