[6.0] "Keith Hart was a steady but unspectacular part of the Hart wrestling dynasty. He was technically sound -- which should come as no surprise given his background and training in the Dungeon -- but he lacked the charisma or standout qualities that made Bret or Owen special. His in-ring style was conservative and fundamentally solid, but he never had much of a presence that connected with fans on a larger scale. He played a supporting role in Stampede Wrestling and popped up occasionally in WWF, most notably during the Hart family vs. Shawn Michaels and the Knights at Survivor Series '93, but these were appearances rooted more in family storylines than individual merit. Unlike some of his brothers, Keith never seemed fully committed to wrestling as a long-term career, choosing instead to balance it with his work as a firefighter. There's nothing particularly wrong with Keith -- he just wasn't a standout. He filled a role, did his job, and never embarrassed the Hart name, but he also never pushed beyond that role. A 4.5 feels fair for someone who was reliable but largely forgettable in the larger wrestling picture."

[4.0] "Only saw his match at the WWF Survivor Series and he and Bruce were okay, but nowhere on the level of Bret and Owen. At least he didn't flat out suck like ALOT of 2nd generation guys."

[8.0] "His rating is too low. More of a tag team specialist. Won many tag titles with Bruce, Bret Hart, Hubert Gallant, Chris Benoit and Leo Burke. Would have been interesting to see where he would have gone in his singles career. I liked him. he is a household name in Stampede. WWF he tired but no success."

[5.0] "Keith was always seen as steady, but lacked a lot of creativity. His style was all Olympic type wrestling based. His matches tended to be drawn out, throwback, actual mat contests, and in that there was no doubt he was a great wrestler. Keith was in the papers as an amateur wrestler often. He also used the figure four at a time when nobody did, and when he locked it on, it was rarely gotten out of. He won a ton of matches with it. I would guess, although I do not know, that a lot of wrestlers would have been a little upset at the amount of push Keith got at times. He could be a bit occasional in his appearances in that he was an actual real life teacher in Calgary. I would say Keith was least able of the Harts to garner any heavy investment in his character. It was rare that he was presented as being heavily relevant."
