You knew how to wrestle well and only did what looked good. His promos and commentary work are extremely memorable. His most distinctive trait might be his generosity, as he only won one tournament and one championship during his 15 years career, putting over countless upcoming youngsters. He his one of the most iconic CHIKARA players, but also a beloved short-term guest in many places, leaving an enduring legacy that would be hard to replicate organically, as he was one of the most unique performers I have witnessed."

[10.0] "Very sad that UMB had to retire, because he is definitely one of my all time favorites to ever come out of CHIKARA. Weirdly charismatic and a great promo. Mantis could also bring it in the ring on a high level. He was the driving force behind many of the best feuds in the promotion's history, and his work in other feds is pretty dang good as well. One of the best of his kind for sure."
