[6.0] "Hard to deny how good of a wrestler Tracy Williams is. His pure wrestling skill is among the best, he's a great striker, and is among the best to come out of the US indie scene. That being said, his personality is one dimensional, and he's flat in the charisma department. It can be argued that he has a lot of "heart" but without a crowd, having heart doesn't come through as strong."
