[7.0] "This show is far, far from perfect, but is it fun? It sure as hell is. The crowd is among the best in TNA history, and there's plenty to enjoy, including a great Ultimate X match, Angle-Styles, Taryn Terrell's breakout performance and the aforementioned Hulk Hogan promo preceding the six-man tag. Like I said, it's not perfect. Shaw-Bradley is genuinely one of the worst matches in company history, while Devon-Abyss badly overstays its welcome. Still, there's a ton of enjoyment to be had on this absolutely crazy night. Also, a nitpick: it's absurd that not one person came out to help Sting in the main event."

[3.0] "I stopped watching TNA for a reason. Going back to the free PPVs on YouTube dating past my abandonment, I am reminded of why. I feel nothing as I watch this show other than hatred and contempt. I wish TNA had died, purely to even out the karmic scales for the three hours (hour and a half at YouTube double speed) that I will never get back after this garbage."

[4.0] "The first two matches were perfectly fine, a below average but mostly fine Ultimate X match and a pretty decent six man where Jeff Hardy, Magnus and Joe mostly managed to get a good match out of Garrett Bischoff and Wes Brisco, pretty sure that's worth some kind of medal to be honest. The show falls apart though because we have a heatless gut check match that I can barely remember even though I saw it a few hours ago, Devon and Park/Abyss is more of an angle and it takes ages, I'd have rather just saw Abyss squash Devon but it went three or so minutes. The four way tag match looked amazing on paper but it was too sloppy and forgettable to be even passable. Then there's an insane amount of talking/promos/HOF induction for Angle that really shouldn't be on a PPV, at least if takes that much time. Taryn Terrell and Gail Kim started off shaky, then it went out the ring and for roughly a minute and a half was the best match I'd seen from TNA in ages...and then it just ended with one crowd dive. It's one of the flattest and most underwhelming finishes I've ever seen. Worse still is heel Taz coming out with some shit like "ugh ugh er well these are women so they can't er you know take as much damage as men". Angle and Styles was really good as you'd expect and the hot crowd really helped it too, it was pretty solid, even if it wasn't as good as prior outings and you get the vibe Kurt is slowing down just a tiny bit now. The main event started off a bit lukewarm, peaked when Bully removed the ring covering, a few great near falls from the piledriver, but once Aces and Eights interfered the outcome was inevitable. This was an absolute slog to watch outside of the two watchable opening matches and Terrell/Kim and Angle/Styles. I'm genuinely now questioning if early 2010s TNA was worse than early 2010s WWE, it truly is a tossup."

[5.0] "This is a review from someone who watches PPVs but not Impact. Ultimate X was a good match, displaying some very impressive spots from Kenny King. It was a good match, but not the best. 7/10. The 6-man tag was fair, but not that good. Some good team work from Joe/Magnus, however, Wes Brisco really messed up Hardy's Twist Of Fate... twice. 4/10. I didn't know or care who Bradley or Shaw were, and I wasn't that impressed. 2/10/ Devon and Abyss was just a squash match 2/10. The world tag team title Four Way Elimination match was pretty good. Chavo demonstrated good skill, and people might finally be able to care about who Gunner is now. 6/10. The Last Knockout Standing Match was actually very good, considering Taryn Terrell, to me, isn't known for being much of a wrestler. The finish was well done, but Gail Kim carried the match. 7/10. Kurt Angle vs AJ Styles was match of the night, by far. It had excellent skill from both men, great technical storytelling, and even a surprising finish. 9/10. Bully Ray and Sting was just okay. I liked how they hyped up the Piledriver and how dangerous it is. But at the same time, I thought it was stupid of them to rip up the Canvas to show everyone that there was padding under the cover, like a magician showing how he performs his tricks. 5/10. Overall, 42/80."
