[5.0] "After very lackluster dark matches, Drake/Sabian was a quite substantial opener, not that exciting but giving Drake Younger a clean and convincing first defense of his new championship title. Lucky/Ruckus was amazingly spry, fun and gives a huge victory to Lucky tHURTeen who will soon use that credibility boost to bolster the tag team division. The Triple Threat Match was fun enough, despite Latin Dragon being woefully behind the other guys, as it refines their character and entrenches them on the roster. Excellent/Tremont was a tame and uninteresting hardcore match with a very lame ending, somehow would have been improved by silly comedy to piss off DJ Hyde. Jake/Dave was another fledging midcard dredge that ends with a obvious DQ, as the brotherly feud as become unbearably awful. Runaways/Loco was actually a quite decent tag team championship match, but the ending felt overloaded with interference, Alex Colon forming 4-Loco and Joe Gacy breaking up The Runaways, all distracting from what should have been a good match. Masada/Moore was decent, just a filler title defense with Masada appropriately dominating and showing that his championship reign has significantly raised the competitive level of the championship belt. Gulak/Havoc was a great main event and a great blow-off to their feud, as they again took their time to craft a match that built and simmered to the boiling point, after which they unleashed impressive hardcore spots that looked especially brutal coming from the unexpected Drew Gulak arsenal, captivating the crowd and putting a huge exclamation point to the storyline that propulsed them both way up the cards. The dark matches are worthless, the undercard is very fun, the midcard is awfully boring and unproductive, the title matches are quite bland and weak, and the main event is extremely good and memorable. Overall, the show has awesomely cool highlights, but lacks depth to be truly good, and ends up being only average and somewhat entertaining."
