[4.0] "This show is extremely inconsistent but before I get into the matches the one thing I really liked was CZW progressing the ROH feud in a diffrent way compared to the same thing ROH does every show which is, Hero and Nerco running in causing abit of havoc, then leaving. CZW on the other hand did two different approaches on this such as with the students and the BJ/Steen angles. One of those being significantly better then the others(you'll see what I liked better) but still props to CZW for doing somthing diffrent with this feud. After some CZW extra promos and stuff the show starts off with Gulak/Andy/Ravage- in what I'll say was a good match but the spotlight wasn't on them at all. It was all focused on the students in the front row. 3/10. Hero then comes out to cut a promo on the students before challanging them to a match. Hero/Shane and Matt and Pelle- was just not good. I don't think anyone knew that the plan was gonna be elimination except the competitors involved. Anyways long story short Hero beats them all in very unconvincing fashion. 2/10. Zandig cus a long promo that i kinda tuned out if imma be completely honest but it had somthing to do with Larry Sweeney and the winner of the main event getting $3000. Seemed like some personal shot to ROH but idrk i didnt give any shits. Generico/Jigsaw/Hallowicked- was just a pretty sweet match compared to what else we've seen on the card. Short, sweet generic indy spot fest that I enjoy to see. 6/10. Pandoras Box/Luke and Messiah- wasn't great but wasn't the drizzling shits untill the finish that made Messiah look really stupid. This match made me feel sad for Messiah's 2006 CZW run because nothings been good so far. 2.5/10. Havoc/Hyde- Good God did I ever want this match to end and so did the crowd. I'd say there worst match yet. Basicly what happens is Danny gets his ass beat 2 times, the match gets restarted 2 times because I guess wrestlers can restart matches now(as the crowd is chanting no). Anyways the third restart Danny wins with one of the funniest table botches I've seen as Danny desperately trys to put DJ through the allready half broken table but the ref didn't call it till Havoc got on his knees and showed that it was clearly broken. 1/10. Now what happens after the match is nuts. Danny and DJ brawl up to the balcony. DJ eventually picks him up and press slams him off the balcony through one table onto concrete in a super scary spot. LIKE WTF THAT WAS SICK. Butcher and Dragon/Steen and BJ- this was just simply incredible. I wrote more about it in the matchguide if you care to see my opinions but I enjoyed it. Eazy best match of the night. 7/10. Cheech/Cloudy/Derek- I think this match suffered from having to follow that awsome tag match beforehand but I still enjoyed this match. Not many take aways like the previous triple threat beforehand, just a generic spot fest that I enjoyed watching. I also really enjoy the chemistry between Cheech and Cloudy alot aswell. 6/10. The main event was a weird one that I wasn't feeling so much. It went abit to long but had some highlights such as Christopher Bishops wild dive off some pole, Eddie Kingston getting the shit kicked out of him by Gage and Pain, and probably the most anticlimactic turn I've ever seen in a match involving a funny botched table spot. I went into this match hating alot of it as i found it boring but near the end it got kinda good. Kingston really gave his love to save this match. 5/10. Overall this show is a mixed bag with a very dead crowd. Kinda a bit of a slog to get through tbh. I wouldnt say this is must watch but I also didn't hate it as much as most people. That Butcher and Dragon/BJ and Steen is worth a watch though."
[3.0] "The opener was a decent battle of rookies, with Team AnDrew standing out and Sumner's submission game prevailing. Chris Hero decimation of the ROH Students served a point in their interpromotional feud. The Masked Wrestlers Triple Threat Match was a great athletic contest with a struggle to win that shows the best of the wrestlers and puts over the importance of the tournament. Pandora's Box tag team match was awful and felt like forever, with Messiah obsession for Pandora feeling silly, but at least the LuFisto angle might make for a good match in the future. Hyde/Havoc was short and unsubstantial, but the two restarts that were designed to make Danny Havoc look tough only served to make him look stupid with the third fall being majorly botched and making his win look like crap. The crowd might have loved it, but I felt it made Danny Havoc into a moronic tool that is not ready to wrestle in CZW. The ROH/CZW Tag Team Match had nice intensity and is a decent firestarter for their feud. The Junior Triple Threat Match is very fun, packs a lot of action in a short time span and setup a good title match for the future. The main event was a decent match, and the heel turn of Checkmate could have led to an interesting alliance between groups to attack The Forefathers Of CZW, but instead Zandig had to interject himself into storyline like a prick, have his crew deliver a reckless beatdown to the guys he booked that way, verbally insult them to the point of hurting their credibility for his own stupid promotion and continue to expose himself as a bigoted asshole, further ruining his own storyline. The wrestling is the show isn't bad at all, with even hints of good storytelling in the undercard, but the general booking of the show was disastrous, hurting wrestlers more than it helped them, burying talent for no reason and centering on feeding Zandig's ego, so the good wrestling could only bring the show into moderately marginal entertainment surrounded by mediocrity."
