[8.0] "Loved this episode. So much 90s goodness wrapped up in a neat lil package. My only complaint is that I wish they had more matches!"

[6.0] "A bittersweet farewell to the Saturday Night's Mian Event era. I remember watching this on Fox when it aired, not knowing this would be the last one for about 15 years. It was time, though. The magic of these specials had long since faded. But this was a good one to end on, even without Hogan, who was such a staple of them."

[7.0] "A really good edition of SNME; which makes it kind of unfortunate that this was the last one for 14 years. I found this to also be a very easy watch. This show also is pretty important to the build of Survivor Series. I also liked that every match on this show was for a title. My favourite match of the night was the tag team match, and my least favourite the World Title main event. A shame that these last couple SNME's have been so good when the show was on its way out."

[6.0] "The last of the old school Saturday Nights Main Events and one of the better shows. Michaels/Bulldog was definitely the standout match tonight and the tag title and WWF title match were average filler. Getting a TV match back in the day where all 3 titles were on the line was virtually unheard of for the WWF!"

[8.0] "I'm sure there's an argument that I'm being generous with my rating, but I had a blast watching this show. It's barely over 40 minutes without commercial breaks, and outside of the final few minutes of promos (which I also enjoyed) it's a pretty action packed evening. Every bout is fast paced and exciting, and there is barely any downtime between matches, plus we get a very noteworthy IC title change as well. You couldn't cram much more in to a show of this length, and the pacing ensures that its an absolute breeze to watch. Great card if you just want a quick burst of wrestling action."

[7.0] "Quite the way to close the book on SNME, brief 2000s run aside. It looked exciting on paper to begin with the triple crown WWF belts all on the line, and I would say the show delivered. Plus, it added some flavor to Survivor Series with Bret v Shawn now being a champion v champion affair, and the cliffhanger ending of Bobby Heenan announcing the Ultimate Maniacs wouldn't be at Survivor Series after all. At less than an hour long, this is a really easy watch and the show flows nicely."

[8.0] "An underrated SNME in my opinion. The swan's song for the original show before its lame reincarnation in the mid 00s. The whole show pretty much flew by, with the highlight being HBK's IC Title win against the Bulldog in the MOTN. They teased a change to the SVS tag match at the end, which would come to play a few days later."

[7.0] "Good show overall, obviously the IC match is the best on the show, a pretty great bout with a surprising win for HBK after the much hyped Bulldog title reign from Summerslam. Opening tag is also solid, high paced at the very least. The world title match is passable but Shango is a very weak opponent for Bret. Fun Funeral Parlor segment rounds out the show."

[7.0] "Another shorter edition of SNME, the last one before the return in 2006. Night of champions, three titles on the line. It's the final step of the feud between Savage, Warrior, DiBiase and IRS. British Bulldog vs Shawn Michaels was good, Bret Hart vs Papa Shango nothing special. It's a solid card for a final show."
