[7.0] "The third WCW Monday Nitro hit Freedom Hall with the confidence of a show that already knew it was becoming appointment viewing. Things opened with a shocker as the American Males actually toppled Harlem Heat for the tag team titles and the crowd reacted with that perfect mix of surprise and wild excitement that early Nitro fed on. Paul Orndorff followed with his vintage Wonderful swagger taking down Johnny B Badd in a match that mixed charisma grit and just enough attitude to keep everyone glued to the ring. Ric Flair then closed the action with a crisp sharp win over Flyin Brian showing off that classic Nature Boy control while Brian pushed the pace with his signature speed. By the end of the night Nitro felt like it was settling comfortably into its identity as the lively unpredictable weekly rollercoaster fans could not resist."

[7.0] "There's a really good fast paced Pillman vs Flair main event that had a lot of heat to it because of Pillman's heel turn the previous night! Randy Savage also cuts a really great promo in the middle of the show where he shows his mistrust for Flair dispite him making the save when he was attacked by Taskmaster and Luger who he thinks cheap shotted him intentionally at War Games. This also had the first ever title change on a Nitro episode and the way they went about it where it just happened out of the blue really sold the show as a must watch because anything can happen at any time."

[6.0] "Nitro opens Kevin Sullivan and The Giant arriving in an Abluence, The Giant cuts a quick somewhat over the top promo, it was too quick to consider. Tag Team belts on the line to start the action and it was a short fast-paced match between Harlm Heat and The Amreican Males. not much to talk about here except a weird bump from Scotty Riggs after reciving a scissor kick from Booker T. We get new champs to start the show but some weird booking here. Flair as usual cuts a fiery promo, this time on Arn Anderson. 2nd match Pual Orndoff Vs Jonny B. Badd was not much but was longer than the Tag Match, I would've taken the extra 2 minutes this match gets and give it to match number one because this match was nothing. A promo between Matcho Man and Lex Lugur, Matcho Man is always great but Lex couldn't keep up, it was still a nice segment though. The Main Event with Flair and Brian Pillman was another very short match but the two men did what they could with only 5 minutes and it was fun but definitely deserved at least 10 minutes to work. Overall it was a enjoyable show and fun to watch but none of the matches got any time to really get going. The Tag Title change while shocking was just weird booking and the whole show felt like one big highlight reel then an engaging show however a fun watch."

Second match is bad. Main is just okay. The best thing on this show is chance to hear the theme of Mr. Wonderful? or confrontation between Luger and Savage, maybe."

[6.0] "An okay episode of Nitro, a bit less exciting than the first two but still able to produce stories and rivalries. Lex Luger and Randy Savage have a good in-ring face to face, Ric Flair is still charismatic, but the three matches are nothing worthy, there is still a surprise with the unexpected tag team titles change."
