[6.0] "This was a solid show, the card was pretty decent and we had some good matches, especially the title matches between Demolition vs Strike Force and Savage vs DiBiase. Overall a good house show on MSG."

[6.0] "A really solid MSG card that punches above its weight in terms of match quality. Bad News Brown wasn't the best choice as Bret's first major opponent after his face turn as they never quite clicked, but this is one of the best iterations of their match. Bam Bam/OMG is a really enjoyable little spectacle that hinted at something even better. Savage's first title defence is very fun but cut short to build the feud with DiBiase. The big suprise here is Hercules carrying Ultimate Warrior through a 13 minute (! ) match and delivering something genuinely watchable, or perhaps it was all a dream."
