[4.0] "While the Slater story is nice, the Usos heel turn well done and we were given good story advancement, as a whole this Smackdown was slow and plodding. The lack of wrestling, to many generic promos and the womens segment at the start of the show in particular were rough."

[4.0] "'ErycK24' stated this episode was average, and didn't stick out and I agree. In fact, I would say that 'adequate' is just about the best fit for this show, and sadly it was the go-home show for the first 'PPV' of this new brand-centric era. The most notable entity was the much expected and credibly executed heel turn of The Uso's; the anger from losing to the upstarts in under a minute fueled their destructive rage on poor C Gable's knee. Of course, like every babyface in this company not named Cena, (from Zayn to Cesaro to even Orton at SSlam, ) what spoils them from ultimate success is the frailty of their own bodies. There was no new element to The Miz's saga but I did enjoy watching the French Valkyrie enter the ring to take her husband's belt back. Though the two statuesque blondes are positive elements to their husband's current success, I don't think either Maryse or Lana have been used in 2016 to their fullest capabilities. The non-sophisticate bullying of AJ has very much watered down his heel capacity, and hence he was outworked on the mic this past Tuesday night by the champion whose workrate continues to decline. Orton's man/snake/rabbit parable took forever to tell but I do like this third generational feud between himself and Wyatt. Whoever thought-out putting Slater and Rhyno together deserves a star as it's a keen odd-couple pairing. However, just seeing those kids w/out a backstage segment (I don't watch the network crap) made the gimmick ridiculous."

[5.0] "This episode was very average and didn't really stick out. Crews vs Miz and Rhyno and Slater's victory was the best part of the show. The AJ styles Dean Ambrose segment was fine and with all that being said, I call it a tie this week between RAW AND SD."

[4.0] "Smack down had less filler than Raw this week but only because Raw is an hour longer. At least Raw had 3 above average matches and a couple of their top stars on the show. Smack down had no major stars and 2 so - so matches. Slater and Rhyno are not a bad team and at least watchable as was the 6 chick tag team match. Could care less about Miz beating Crews again and American Alphas vs Usos was a less than 30 second squash. Both shows were kind of average overall so hard to say who "won" this week it you can call it that. BTW, why put Ambrose & Cena vs Styles & Wyatt in a dark match and not have it aired on TV? It was probably a good enough match to put Smack down over this week, go figure."

[7.0] "Smackdown as a whole was much better than Raw, apart from Owens, Rollins & Jericho, Raw sucked. Smackdown covered what it needed to heading into Backlash, the only filler on this show was the Kane/Fandango segment. Ideally the build up to Backlash could of done with another week or two, the scheduling for Smackdown PPV'S after the main four PPV'S of the year, really needs changing. Anyway this Smackdown episode consisted of a lot of good things, the Women had a mixture of a night but Becky was incredibly over, Carmella's character continues to build and Alexa continues to impress me. The Miz delivered again with his heel antics, his match against Apollo was decent. The Usos finally turned heel, a much needed move. Slater & Rhyno got the win they deserved. The closing segment with Styles & Ambrose probably needed another five mins, Ambrose delivered a good promo though, while AJ got his own back from last week, good continuity there."

None of the top stars like Orton, Ziggler, Styles, hell even Corbin were wrestling. Raw defiantly won this week because at least they had a couple good matches."
