[8.0] "Match of the night is definitely the main event a five star all time pwg main event what a spot fest and the dud of the night was Cody vs Sami which isn't really a dud but it's only 3 stars which is on the lower end of the Bola average"

[10.0] "This was an amazing event. I liked so much of this. The best match first and foremost is the main event which is one of the greatest multi-man matches ever. There were so many incredible spots and action. Great crowd interaction, great teamwork, great comedy, great everything. I absolutely loved it. The second best match for me was Pete Dunne vs Mark Andrews. That was a fantastic contest. When seeing this for the first time a few years ago, It was a great way to be introduced to those two. The match held up and I still loved it. There was a lot more really excellent matches on the show from Pentagon Jr and Fenix vs Tommy End and Chris Hero to Mark Haskins vs Cedric Alexander to Matt Riddle vs Kyle O'Reilly. Those were all great in different ways. The tag match was a little low of what I was expecting but it was still really excellent. Kamaitachi vs Trevor Lee was much better than I remembered. The two went out and hit tons of great moves and had a great match. Matches like Dalton Castle vs Tommaso Ciampa and Sami Callihan vs Cody were good but were not to the level of the other matches. Sami Callihan vs Cody was my pick for worst match of the night. Like most PWG events, the crowd was incredible and added a lot to the show. Some other things that might be a reason to look into this is seeing a bunch of wrestlers that are now currently not on the independent scene like Tommaso Ciampa, Chris Hero, Tommy End, Cedric Alexander, Kyle O'Reilly, Matt Riddle, Ricochet, and Adam Cole."

[6.0] "I will have to be the stickler here and state that the show was not great at all. The first half certainly is, with a fun opener, a surprising thriller in Dunne/Andrews, a fantastic battle in Callihan/Cody and a breathtaking tag match in Lucha/Heroes. Sadly, the show died afterwards with three weak-to-awful tournament matches, and a fun main event that still does not live up to the hype, as the whole doesn't do either. Not a waste of time, but it could be cut in half and not missed, and simply doesn't have the consistency of classic PWG shows, as the second half kills all of its momentum."

The two tag matches were crazy good and the singles matches held their own as well, I can't really criticise this show that much, a great night of wrestling."

[9.0] "Another great night of wrestling . A few rough spots but all the matches where really entertaining . Crowd faded for a while and then fired back up for the main . The main was really good but its overkill . Visually and athletically impressive but no body sold these incredible moves for more than a second or two . It is what it is . Matches worth watching : all of them and my top match was Chris Hero & Tommy End vs. Fenix & Pentagon Jr."

[10.0] "This show was marginally better than Night 1, but Night 1 was an awesome show by any standard so that means this show was incredible. Castle vs Ciampa was a solid opener that was a good showing for Castle physically, but Ciampa went back and forth from comedy to brutal heel to tongue-in-cheek "I'm in WWE now" reference spots which threw off the flow of things in an otherwise good match (***1/4). Dunne vs Andrews was fantastic whenever Pete was on offense, and dull whenever Mark had control; a very good match that could've been put together better (***3/4). Rhodes vs Callihan was a really hard-hitting debut for Cody, which impressed me, and showed some chemistry between them; Rhodes was over as fuck from start to finish, even if the final moments dragged a bit (***1/2). The tag match is where things got great; Lucha Bros vs Heroes Eventually Die was an incredible tag match with great tag psychology and memorable offense (****1/2). Lee vs Kamaitachi was a great beatdown from Trevor on the resilient Kamaitachi (****). Haskins vs Cedric was a very good match, but suffered a bit from a lack of chemistry (***1/2). O'Reilly vs Riddle was an awesome grapplefuck match with great reversals throughout and rock solid selling from both men (****1/4). The main event was an unbelievable display of flips and reversals and crazy spots that you can't help but get hyped for; hardly a 5-star match on tape, but I get it since Meltzer was there live; incredibly exciting stuff, with a slow start and a bit of a lack of a story (****). Really fantastic show, full of good/great wrestling and not one bad match. Commentary was great too, between Excalibur, Chuckie T, and Chris Hero. Show of the Year Contender."

[10.0] "Easily the best non-NJPW show I've seen this year. Two MOTYC's, a lot of great matches and really nothing that I'd call bad. Dalton/Ciampa was a very good opener (*** 1/2), Dunne/Andrews was an awesome match, great PWG debut for Pete (****). Cody/Callihan was good, but it was easily the worst match on the show because well, Sami Callihan, that's why (***). Lee/Kamaitachi was very good (*** 1/2), Haskins/Cedric was just great (****), and Riddle/O'Reilly was even better (**** 1/4). The HED/Fenix & Pentagon match was just freaking insane, incredible stuff (**** 1/2), and the main event was a top tier MOTY candidate, unbelievable match (**** 3/4). What a show."

[8.0] "This show overall was better than Night 1 but had a few bad tournament matches although the non-tournament matches totally made up for that IMO. MOTN for me was Hero & End vs Pentagon & Fenix (****1/2) although the 6 man main event comes close as well (****1/2). Best tournament match of the night for me might be Rhodes/Callihan (***1/2). Overall though this show was so much fun to watch and definitely one of the best in 2016."

[10.0] "Castle/Ciampa was very good, Ciampa's performance was his best singles match one in forever (***1/2), Mandrews/Dunne was a very good Bruiser vs. Underdog match up (***3/4), Cody/Callihan was a really good sprint (***1/2), Hero & End vs. Fenix & Pentagon was a great clash of styles tag team bout (****), Kamaitachi/Trevor was real good (***1/2), Cedric/Haskins was really the only match that I didn't like, it was very forgettable (**), O'Reilly/Riddle was fantastic - my favorite first round tournament match (****1/4) & the main event trios match between The Bullet Club + Sydal, Ricochet & Ospreay was absolutely crazy (****1/2). An all-time great PWG show!"

[10.0] "What a fuckin event! Castle vs returning Ciampa was a fun opener. Got good at the end ***1/4. Andrews vs Dunne was awesome. It highlighted Mandrews as an underdog and showed how great Dunne is ****1/2. Sami vs Cody was a really good, fun match. Cody felt like a true star here like he should ****. Hero/End vs Pentagon/Fenix was an awesome hard hitting war but it probably dragged a bit too long, still enjoyable the whole time ****1/4. Kamaitachi vs Lee was another really fun match. Lee is such an amazing performer ***3/4. Haskins vs Alexander was a good match but the one I was least excited for ***1/2. Riddle vs O'Reilly was a great shoot fight style, although I enjoyed End vs Sabre Jr a bit more ****. Vanilla Midgets vs SuperKliq was pure insanity most fun I've ever had watching a match. The satirical commentary just made it that much better ****3/4. Easily one of the best events ever as every match 3+ stars w/ 5 4 or above"

[10.0] "One of the best shows of all-time when it come to ring work. Every single match was really good or better. There were no "holy shit" storyline moments, but the matches are just all so good. Main event is a MOTYC in a year full of absurdly great matches (****3/4), then O'Reilly/Riddle (****1/4), the tag match (****1/4), and Andrews/Dunne (****) are all 4* plus, and then there's still Castle/Ciampa (***3/4), Rhodes/Callihan (***1/2), Lee/Kamatachi (***1/2), and Haskins/Alexander (***3/4). All killer, no filler, absolutely magic night."
