It's one of those shows where I'm really struggling to make up the word count this website desires. Finlay and Mysterio was fine enough until a silly finish. The main event was pretty decent but it didn't feature anything a WWE main event hadn't had before."

Not to mention that the opening angle of the storyline negatively affects the rest of the show because it takes time away from matches that desperately needed it. It also doesn't help that the rest of the show is passable to dreadful."

[4.0] "Going into this I expected a pretty good show, but honestly I think No Mercy 07 is a total slog and not very good at all. The first 2 matches are very breezy, fun undercard matches but we are quickly brought to a halt with a "Big Daddy V" sub 2 minute title match with a terrible DQ finish. Then there's an MVP and Matt Hardy pizza eating contest which I mostly tuned out of but seemed to be harmless although pretty stupid. HHH vs. Umaga was fine but didn't do anything for Umaga as a challenger, and Rey vs. Finlay I quite enjoyed despite the questionable finish. Candice vs. Beth was the shits but the right decision as far as booking goes (should have happened at the last pape). The Punjabi Prison match was terrible as expected, although the finish did rule. And the most beloved match of the night is one I had issues with but especially coming at the end of a show that totally exhausted me I had little investment in the drama of this match, which is not a good place to be when watching the Last Man Standing stip."

The first orton v hhh match is fine nothing special, 2 DQ/No Contests in 8 matches sucks. 2 matches that didnt get much time at all as well, The 3 v 3 was pretty soild and the mainevent was good other then that this show was terrible."

[6.0] "A nice change of pace, as they made the whole show about one story between Triple H and Randy Orton, which made the PPV much more interesting. Also all three matches from this feud were quality - the opener was a standard match that saved the best for last, HHH vs Umaga wasn't too long, but it did its job and the main event was the best contest on the show with both guys not discovering new grounds in the Last Man Standing stipulation, but they were able to keep everybody's attention with their good work and the angle going for them. The rest of the bouts was mostly decent, although it still had a tiresome Batista vs Khali, where the only highlight was the final race to escape. The 6-Man Tag one more time had Murdoch and Cade looking fantastically, Punk vs Big Daddy was barely a match, Finlay and Rey had a decent chemistry and Beth being crowned the new women's champion was nice to see. A pretty good show with a nice structure and the Orton and HHH rivalry being the biggest highlight of it."

[5.0] "You will be eating good watching this event if you're a big Triple H fan, because he is the prime showcase here. The two matches between him and Orton are the true highlights of this event. The rest of the card wasn't awful, but nothing else was really memorable, either. I'm personally not a fan of massively long title reigns like we've got going on at time of writing, but passing the belt around like this is infuriating. I have to imagine the only reason they booked this show this way was to try and make up for the fact that Cena got injured. They felt, "Well, if we have THREE title matches, and make it change hands a bunch, people won't be disappointed that this show was thrown together! " The rushed desperation of the WWE comes off clear as day on this event. The Punjabi Prison and the ECW Title match were the big disgraces of the night. The ECW match in particular was pointless and just ate time for no reason. Overall, Triple H and Orton stole the show, and they are about the only reason to watch this show. This card was a step up from the awful shows they'd have in a row prior to this, but it's still not an event that I really think is all that impressive either."

The opener between orton and hhh was decent average for the Era the 3 on 3 was pointless the Punjabi prison stunk the segment with Matt hardy stunk it was a smackdown with one good match basically"

[8.0] "One of the rare Pay Per Views where the show has a successful overarching storyline playing out over the night. It adds a ton too the show and makes you very invested in Triple H and Orton as wrestlers. It doesn? t always work but it did here. And to think that it was done last minute too. Every match involving Triple H was really good w/ the main event being an excellent battle. A very good undercard match with Rey-Rey and Finlay. A good six man tag. The Punjabi Prison and the ECW matches were bad but nothing too long either. Good show. Best To Worst: Randy Orton vs. Triple H - [****1/2]. Triple H vs. Umaga - [***1/2]. Finlay vs. Rey Mysterio - [***1/2]. Randy Orton vs. Triple H - [***1/2]. Brian Kendrick, Jeff Hardy & Paul London vs. Lance Cade, Mr. Kennedy & Trevor Murdoch - [***]. CM Punk vs. Big Daddy V - [*]. Batista vs. The Great Khali - [1/2*]"

[6.0] "The best part of the event is that it is unpredictable, Randy Orton and Triple H are great and they have some good matches. The Last Man Standing is really enjoyable. I don't like the Punjabi Prison match, but it's watchable. Finlay vs Rey Mysterio is terrible and has the worst ending possible. CM Punk vs Big Daddy V is disappointing, the six men tag is okay. It could have been a better event but I enjoy how it feels like a tv show where everything can happen."
