[8.0] "Rampage Brown v. Joe Coffey (7/10) - Hard hitting brawl between two great powerhouses. Rampage is an underrated hoss. Jinny, Daliah Black, & Alex Windsor v. Nixon Newell, Pollyanna, & Laura Di Matteo (6/10) - Standard tag match. Love the heat that Jinny can draw from the crowd. Babyfaces felt a little bland, but Laura Di Matteo convinced me with the selling of some of that offense she took. The London Riots v. British Strong Style (7/10) - Another surprisingly good brawl. Love the Strong Style action throughout complimenting TLR's barroom brawler feel. Paul Robinson v. Chuck Mambo (4/10) - Robinson's aggression continues to be his greatest tool, always looks ruthless. A fine quick match, nothing super of note. Zack Sabre Jr. v. Tommaso Ciampa (9/10) - Love the story that these two are so impossible to put away, so evenly matched. Brutal offense from Ciampa, and Sabre Jr. looked like a twisted matermind with that final submission. The Origin v. FSU, Damon Moser, & Jack Gallagher (6/10) - A fun chaotic mess, Damon Moser was the most unimpressive wrestler throughout. Has some hilarious moments from Ligero, high flying action, shenanigans from Gallagher, and a genuinely great near fall. A lot of clunkiness and a lack of seriousness detriments though. Also Gibson's pre-match promo was absolute gold. Dude's a star. Marty Scurll v. Mark Haskins v. Tommy End (9/10) - Great match all around. Scurll looked meticulously vicious and calculated, Tommy was a pure striker who was kept strong and out of the finish, also took some brutal shots from the umbrella. Finally Haskins played a great underdog, from the classic table spots to being out muscled throughout. Add in some extra violence from Scurll and a surprise Jimmy Havoc return, great pro wrestling match right here."

[7.0] "Progress is great at statement making. The 'where we were' video package to 'where we are now' and then showing the massive bowl of the B Academy. Will these indie wrestlers know how best to play to most who are far, far from the ring? There's a lot of space to cover, and Brown/Coff started out hot, simmered in the middle, and was adequately designed in the end even if watching Rampage wrestle is like watching E Page. The women's entrances were 10 minutes :o() No, women at Laura's level kicking out of Styles Clash's is not progress. Jinny is an entrancing heel but this had little weight. Odd how little reaction a man like P Dunne got, this worked due to how light the heels were in selling the Riot's power moves; J Davis evokes a little T Dreamer, P Dunne, actor Brady Corbet ***. Robinson looks like a villain from the cheesy Police Academ series; he has a nice jumping faceplant stomp as a finisher, but as a match, on the 'biggest' night of the year, uh uh (Stone cold' s voice. ) Post, I dig Carlito getting in PR's face. Thankfully the angle at Ch. 27 happened b/c Progress gave Ciampa a much lamer victory, (even if the only one in Prog against ZSJ, ) than ZSJ the first time around. Initially there was a big-match feel but it dissipitated early. TC w/ the Mutoh run. I liked TC's tight-pulling reversal and ZSJ's roll-thru nearfall. I also liked the double-pin after 18 mins. Lame Pedigree usage as TC hasn't been given enough heat for it to work. It appears that ZSJ wanted a back-and-forth encounter w/ him out-wrestling the signed 'superstar. ' And he hammed it up w/ that expression post Super Project C. At 28 mins, and w/ that talent, only a *** 1/2. J Rave could only dream of all that toilet paper Z Gibson got. Twas the right ending of the 8 man as it was unfair that the faces had nothing to lose. T End looks creepy. Haskins's shirt has 'Underrated' on it - that's lame. Cool Scurll entrance, but he lacks the stature for it. The last five ='s Big Drama Show!"

[6.0] "Brown/Coffey - I Expected More from this match (**3/4), Women's Trios Match was Fun (***), Tag Team Title Match were Great, good Strong Style Here. (***1/2), Sabre Jr/Ciampa Was Good, but Sabre Jr did not sell much of Ciampa's moves. (***1/2), Eight Man Tag Team Match was a Very Fun Match, Non STOP Action. Mandrews second Floor Moonsault was Crazy. (***1/4), Main Event was a Great Match and the Best Match Of The Night (****). To be a big event I expected a bit more, but it was ok."

[7.0] "Joe Coffey vs. Rampage Brown **3/4 Alex Windsor, Dahlia Black & Jinny vs. Laura Di Matteo, Nixon Newell & Pollyanna ***1/4 The London Riots (c) vs. British Strong Style ***1/2 Chuck Mambo vs. Paul Robinson was an alright match. Also its great to see Robo back in PROGRESS. ** Tommaso Ciampa vs. Zack Sabre Jr. - I thought it was a good match but honestly it went on for a little bit too long, and wasn't quite as good as I'd hoped it would be. ***1/2 Damon Moser, FSU & Jack Gallagher vs. The Origin **1/2 Marty Scurll (c) vs. Mark Haskins vs. Tommy End ***1/2 Overall, I thought this was a good show, but really didn’t live up to the hype surrounding the show. There were a few good matches, but none of them were amazing."

[8.0] "A very big show for Progress, the special venue came off amazing, and Ciampa vs Sabre Jr, along with the main event was amazing, with a really intresting suprise in the main, the undercard was solid, with Robinson making a solid return, and Rampage vs Coffey dissapointed, but all in all a enjoyable show with two must see matches."

[10.0] "An incredible show for PROGRESS, and a landmark show for British Wrestling in the modern era. The crowd was massive and incredibly hot the whole show. Coffey vs Rampage was a really good opener with a lot of good big lad brawling (***1/2). The Women's Tag was also very good with good work from all 6 involved; Jinny is a fucking masterful heel and deserves all the success she can get (***1/2). It's a shame about Eaver and Sebastian not having a match due to a poorly-placed lariat that injured Seb. I heard he still played the heel being stretchered off, so good on him. London Riots vs British Strong Style was a hell of a tag match that got Pete Dunne and Trent Seven even more heat than they already had; Tons of great "strong style" spots here, sort of like a Fight Club Pro match on a much larger stage, and I thought it was great (****). Robinson had a satisfactory little return match (**1/2). Ciampa vs Sabre had some smart pacing, going for a long first fall into a Double Pin, even if the crowd booed it out of confusion; what I hated was that Ciampa worked his ass off here for his final indie date but Zack just flippantly slaps on wacky submissions, delivers mediocre penalty kicks, and DOESN'T FUCKING SELL any of Ciampa's super-finishes, such as an Avalanche Air Raid Crash and a SUPER PROJECT CIAMPA. ZSJ's lack of selling pissed me off in this match, but the crowd did like it and Ciampa worked hard here so it wasn't bad (***1/4). The 8-Man tag was a really fun clusterfuck that brawled all around the building, but the real big thing here was the incredible heat for Zack Gibson's promo, with all the toilet paper in the ring, incredible moment (***1/2). The main event had an incredible story, some fantastic work between the three men, an unbelievable return from Jimmy Havoc, and the perfect finish with Mark Haskins tapping out Marty Scurll to win the title. In short, fantastic (****1/2). Incredible show with two ****+ matches and nothing outright bad."
