[8.0] "Hot crowd, Ophidian showing he's been very good even from his very first singles match, & a running theme on the night of how 2007 was the year of Chikara when it came to the "new generation" shining w/a lot of big victories. Claudio was still in his fairly ho hum phase of his career where some of his matches would come off as a bit dull, as was the case on this night. Didn't help that his opponent was Sicodelico Jr. , who wasn't bad as much as he was wildly bland. It felt like Claudio was wrestling himself for 14 minutes. Even so, if that's the "low point" of the night, you know it's a show that accomplished a lot of good things. It goes w/o saying that the Kingston vs Donst really is a legendary moment for Chikara history. Happens to be a hell of a match, too. Glad that held up."

[9.0] "Really good event highlighted by the legendary beating administered by Kingston to Donst, and Donst's ability to keep coming back for more and really cementing him as someone who would be special both within the company and the scene in general. Also enjoyable was the first ever trios match between the Colony and F. I. S. T. (more or less), with good action and a teaser of what would become a long and epic feud, not to mention the other really fun trios match between 2. 0 and Quack & Co, especially helping the new team look strong. Really the only below average match was the rookie Ophidian taking on Player Uno, and that wasn't bad either, just a basic introduction match for the new guy. Really good show overall."
