[8.0] "A fun show that largely got better as it went along culminating in a teacher vs. student battle in the main event with the student getting the upset win. An overall very satisfying show to watch."

[3.0] "On paper this show looks exciting and fantastic. In reality, it fails hard in multiple areas. The opener is a very solid littlematch, but all three other quarterfinals feel either short, badly layed out or boring. Once again, Roderick Strong has a solid match in the semi-finals, but Stevens/Delirious is dull as dishwater. The trios match lacks originality but provides a bit of variety to the show. The Finals isn't bad per say, but feels rather monotone and predictable, as Erick Stevens rise through the tournament felt very manufactured and is clumsy promo (loudly booed by an annoying jerk in the crowd) highlights his deficiency in charisma and star power. Nice concept but very poor execution and the FIP Heritage Championship like a prop for a pet project rather than a credible championship."
