[5.0] "JACK FLASH vs PETE WILSON vs NICK NOG: 3.5* - One of the most insane highspots matches I have ever seen. Nick is the weak link and his fundamentals are very poor, clearly he hasn't been training long - he is a decent base though and has one or two sick moves. Pistol Pete is very impressive here, hitting a springboard moonsault to the outside and attempting a 630 but finding nobody home. Jack is absolutely captivating and even for himself, pulls out some insane shit and takes multiple life-threatening bumps. The reason I don't rate this match higher is because there was a point where everything broke down and it seemed like they needed to talk out the rest of the match. With a match that is as overly rehearsed as this, that is always a danger. Also the strikes were awful and pinfalls were actively avoided in order to hit more big moves, what do you expect. / SCHULTZ vs. FOX vs. ING: N/R - Not sure why I just saw three kids ranging from ages 10-15 go out there and playfight, but okay. Even more unsure why the dreadful commentator is talking about one of them having a bulge, I had already decided he was the worst I had ever heard BEFORE the noncey comments. TERRIBLE. / SIX MAN TAG: 2.25* - Fine "get your shit in" match, no cohesion to speak of. I remember Turtle Boy from the documentary, he is pretty good! / NATTIE NEIDHART vs. BELLE LOVITZ: 1.5* - God, Natty really came out of the dirt didn't she? Even so early in her career, she looks good and much better than her opponent. Not a good match though. / BRUCE HART vs RICHARD POUND: 0* - Bruce just put the audience, including Stu, to sleep with a long 20 minute speech, and now he's going to wrestle! One of the commentators lets out a fearful laugh upon hearing that the match will have a 30 MINUTE TIME LIMIT. Thankfully the match didn't go close to that, but it was still too long. The commentators have an nice conversation about the Martha Hart/WWE lawsuit inbetween burying this match. Bruce wins by countout after running Pound into the post. / HIGHLANDER & SWIFT vs. APOCALYPSE & JUGGANAUT: 2.5* - Fine little match, too many nearfalls though. The big dude Jugganaut impressed me the most. Not sure why Cagematch doesn't have this match listed. / TEDDY HART vs. SABU: 3.5* - Star-making performance from Ted, well at least it could have been. Also the best sell job I've ever seen by him. Open Hart Surgery to the outside through a table is awesome, but most of the match he got his ass kicked. Sabu hit an insane chair assisted moonsault at the end. The finish is stupid, the towel is thrown in for Ted but the match is declared a no contest. / STYLES & DRAGON vs. SMITH & WILSON: 3* - A very solid main event, nothing special but good wrestling indeed. Dragon's SSP and TJ's tope con hilo blew me away. / IN SUMMARY: Surprisingly decent overall, with two matches I would recommend plus a satisfying main event. The worst commentary I have ever had to endure though."
