[7.0] "A huge draw in Canada and Japan, less so in the US and Mexico, I strongly suspect his popularity was closely tied to his total commitment to character. Tiger was actually a pretty good wrestler for the period but he often eschewed showcasing his prowess in favor of all-out brawls because, well, a sword-swinging, fireball-tossing madman is not very likely to engage in mat classics. This commitment to character led Tiger to great success in FMW, where all out hardcore brawls with the likes of Onita and Tarzan Goto allowed him to be as savage and unpredictable as he liked despite being close to 50 and much worn by deacdes in the ring. A true monster and a great draw for his years but sadly most of his work has not aged well."

He documented his career very well in Canada and mostly Japan. He is one of the best heels ever. Today other Indian wrestlers have followed his footsteps. His son, Tiger Ali Singh was not as good as his father."
