She has so many wrestling soulmates that it's basically a harem now. She loves it and doesn't hide it. Massive talent who will influence this art form for decades. Everything she has touched in her career she's elevated, while her time in WWE as Sasha Banks was great, she absolutely should've been treated with more respect. She main evented Wrestlemania against Bianca in one of WWEs greatest Mania main events, and rarely missed when given the ball in that company. Her run on the indies as the belt collector was more than deserved, and while it was tiresome towards the end of it, nobody can deny how much she elevated the promotions whose belts she held. Her run in AEW has been very good as well, putting on many classics with the likes of Statlander, Storm, and recently Maya World. She is destined to be AEW Women's champion as she is the top star in the division. Her promo work is very formiddable, her matches are of the best in North America for the women, and she's excellent in-ring. Not many better than her, an all time great. 9.5/10 for me"

She doesn't emote properly during any of her matches, every single affair coming across more like she's a video game character than a proper professional wrestler. She asked for her AEW theme song to include people chanting her catchphrase because she knew nobody would chant it. Every single time she appears in AEW, you know she'll be getting some accolade she doesn't deserve on the back of some upcoming, vastly more talented wrestler. The 17 belt fiasco is an insane example not just of wrestling nepo-baby narcissism, but of generalized human narcissism. Vince kept her limited to short title reigns because he actively recognized that she's better as a chaser, which is the only positive thing I can say about Vince, ever. I'm only rating her 3 because her in-ring skills reflect her length of time doing this & that's literally all I can give you."

I'm not even sure that it can be questioned anymore that she has the biggest female biceps in current AEW. Her muscles are simply bulging and the straps around her arms can barely contain them without snapping. Overall, she's one of the finest female wrestlers of all time and the evolution of her wrestling style throughout the years is unmatched in every way imaginable. She still remains technical but has shifted more into being a relentless powerhouse with a move set that has never gotten old and continues to be fine-tuned to her strengths."

They are not the greatest. It feels really cringe. The Ultimo Mone gimmick just isn't it and it's forcing the crowd to turn on her. The Boss gimmick was cool. The CEO started ok but then just fell off a cliff. I can definitely see her back in WWE before calling it a day as I feel she has unfinished business and the matches are there ready with Rhea, Iyo, Tiffany, Giulia, Stéphanie, one final battle with Bayley."

She went into indie wrestling, Stardom, NJPW and them AEW, which she is working currently doing her thing. Most people don't even know, but her body is pretty fucked up right now. Her back is not the same that it was 6 years ago, for sure, but you wouldn't even notice it. And why I do think she is without an doubt a ten? Great in ring, probably the best in the entire business, undeniable charisma that carry herself, isn't good in promo but most of her gimmicks, specially the one in the pandemic era with Bayley and this one as Belt Collector makes anyone forget about her promo abilities. Her rating right here is pretty low and I can understand why, but for me, if Mercedes Moné is wrestling, I pause to watch. Despite this as Sasha Banks, she racked up one hell of a resume and even a WrestleMania main event in 2021. But before losing a handful in Dec 2025, she held 11 Titles for legit promotions at one point. She is iconic in her presentation and her passion for the sport is surpassed by no one. As a technician she is pushing the envelope at all times and as a performer she's equally good at dominating or selling. Im impressed at her expanding her moveset in the last couple of years and wonder how much wwe held her back beyond just jobbing her out to the blonde brigade. She has shown that she loves pro wrestling and is a hard worker who can have a great match with anybody. She carries herself like a star, always has different gear, different wigs and looks like a million dollars whenever she is on screen. She might be one of the greatest female wrestlers ever. There was some people saying she was overrated and entitled after walking out on her previous employer, but I think its safe to say she killed that opinion. Her strength is storytelling and making opponents look strong, which keeps her matches enjoyable. That said, her AEW run has exposed weaknesses: her promos sound forced, her gimmick feels obnoxious, and she leans too much on her WWE legacy. She rarely loses, which makes her come off as selfish, and her reputation has taken hits from awkward outside ventures. She's nowhere near as athletic as WWE's top women, and charisma wise she's regressed. Still, I respect her adaptability and enjoy most of her matches, but she desperately needs better booking and less control over her own character."

The impact that Mercedes Moné (formerly Sasha Banks) has had on the wrestling world is undeniable. Even after accomplishing virtually everything there is to achieve in the sport, she continues to find new ways to create magic. Her current run as Último Moné is nothing short of generational. While some critics argue that she's collecting championships from promotions few people follow, that criticism completely misses the point. In five to ten years, fans will look back and praise her for her tireless work ethic, her ability to elevate every opponent she faces, and the lasting influence she's had on women's wrestling worldwide. Every match she delivers feels like an event -- always innovative, always engaging, even when facing the same opponent multiple times. Although her promo work may not be her strongest suit, she still manages to captivate audiences effortlessly, and ultimately, that's what matters most. From dominating North and South America with the TBS and CMLL Championships, to conquering Europe through indie titles, and Asia with the IWGP and Strong titles, Mercedes Moné has built a truly global legacy. One day, she may even claim gold in Africa and Australia, completing her worldwide conquest. Constantly evolving, endlessly ambitious, and forever influential -- Mercedes Moné's legacy will never, ever be denied. The GOAT."

It's weird how people are disingenuous when talking about the gimmick like she's supposed to be this dominant champ, when the entire idea is that she's a heel who's compensating for not being able to win the big one by collecting all these less significant belts. That's actually a clever spin on your typical belt collector. A unique idea and a good tool to use when telling the story of her eventual world title win but you get dishonest comparisons to Ultimo dragon and pointless questions about how important these titles are which don't matter once you get why she has all those titles. I do think aew could do a better job of making this point obvious but yeah, price in her overall significance in modern wrestling and you've got an 8.7 for the full package. She can put on a match with absolutely any performer. Her matches are spectacular, and Sasha herself is flexible and agile. She knows how to deliver an exciting bout. Plus, she has a beautiful and strong abs (for me, that's an important trait for any female wrestler when it comes to physical conditioning). In AEW, as Mercedes Mone, she has earned every single title in her collection. In AEW, she delivers top-tier matches that are different from what she showcased in WWE. But in WWE, she showed powerful matches--she even had a great match with Ronda Rousey, which is almost impossible. She's a great wrestler. Her matches with Bayley and Biancca are some of the best I've seen in wrestling. Sometimes, her matches, both in AEW and WWE, steal the show completely."

[6.0] "ORIGINAL 9/12/2024:Mercedes Mone is one of the most polarizing women's wrestlers both presently and historically, which is for reason of course. There are often debates of whether she is the "greatest" women's wrestler of all time and others debate whether she is overrated. I have to agree with many on the latter discussion, I personally believe Mercedes is quite overrated and in her 4 Horsewomen group when it comes to her in-ring work, mic work, and everything else besides aura and character, she ranks last on the 4HW debate lists, which isn't a rag on Mercedes, rather her class is just really good. I'm not saying Mercedes is "bad" because she isn't a bad worker in any sense and is decent, but overrated is definitely more true than "the best". She has had great matches with some wrestlers and some argue that most who have worked with Mercedes have had their "best" match with her, but in my humble opinion, and it's subjective, I'm not really interested in Mercedes as a wrestler. Recently, she made her debut a couple months ago in AEW and it's been rocky to say the least. Her promos are meh and I don't like how she pushed herself up the card this early into her run and beat a very over Willow and a fast rising star in Stephanie Vaquer, many of these events managed to get a lot of AEW fans and wrestling fans in general to turn on her and led to Go-Away heat, and there are many fans that are now starting to realize that her ego is getting to her head which is causing more polarization. I'm not even sure if she's going to be a net positive for AEW and it's looking like the opposite so far. To sum up however, I think Mercedes is fine as an overall wrestler, but severely overrated by many people. EDIT: Well, I can't say I've "liked" her AEW run because I certainly haven't, but 9 Belts? Seriously? I don't see much value in her holding those belts either if you ask me."

Many people love to talk about "aura" in wrestling; NJPW Mercedes is the epitome of aura in a wrestler, in my opinion (she had a whole championship made for her). People say she's "overrated"; I say she's the most OVERHATED wrestler of all time. The only downside is her current AEW run, which hasn't been the best character-wise and promo-wise, even though she always manages to get a reaction, making her one of, if not the greatest women's wrestling heel of all time. But just reflecting on how Mercedes' career turned out: when she bet on herself and walked out of WWE, she really became the CEO of her own life. She got to wrestle Joshis, which has always been her dream, started holding titles for more than 27 days, and became the highest-paid female wrestler. Inspiring. Icon. She also genuinely loves pro wrestling more than most nowadays. Once she hangs up her boots, everyone will realize what we had: the greatest of all time. "She isn't as good as she thinks she is" is the most bot comment I keep seeing repeated. She's the best at in-ring work out of the Four Horsewomen, all-time in North America, and arguably the best female in-ring performer in the world right now. The history revisionists are going insane currently."
