[8.0] "Kyle O'Reilly is a guy I respect a lot. You never hear about him making trouble at each place he stepped his foot into, and also he was never in a point at any card that you thought he was useless. Excellent background in martial arts that translate into a beauty pro wrestling style, showed his best in ring at NJPW because it is the place that most regard those wrestlers. At WWE he made his career basically with the incredible and super charismatic Undisputed Era and at WWE he started kinda hot but them he had an life threatning injury on his neck. Happy that he was able to come back and now he holds himself as a solid entertaining midcard wrestler. Love him."

[9.0] "Kyle is simply amazing, he's just one of the best technical wrestlers in the world. He's a joy to watch and is very funny and unintentionally funny. His selling when he was in NXT was freaking hilarious as well."

[7.0] "When he's paired with optimal opponents, he routinely puts out barnburners. He's very technical & is able to tell stories in-ring effectively. His promos aren't all there & I feel like he was overshadowed by Omega on mic during his mid-2025 work."

[9.0] "Kyle is a great technical wrestler and while I can see that not being everyone's style, I really love watching this guy go. Him and Roddy in NXT is maybe the most I've ever enjoyed a singular tag team. Love what he's been doing in AEW as well."

[8.0] "Now that Adam Cole (whom I don't like very much) is out of the picture, KOR is slowly beginning to grow on me. He's a really good technician and, as a result of tapping Moxley out twice, is very much over with the crowd. I love his dynamic with the Conglomeration. I reckon he might get a TNT or International Championship run one day."

[10.0] "I've been a fan of his ever since the early UE days, and I'm glad I was, becuase he's pure gold. He's a talented wrestler with impressive striking, thanks in part to his martial arts background, he's naturally charismatic, and he just can't seem to have a bad match. Definitely my favourite active wrestler today. His run since returning last year has been stellar, from singles to tags even to trios, and his work alongside The Conglomeration has shown that he's one of the funniest wrestlers around right now."

[10.0] "Kyle O'Reilly has quietly been among the best in the world for a while now, and 2025 seems to be his breakout year. Long overdue, O'Reilly absolutely rules. Be it his singles matches where he's went toe to toe with the likes of AJ Styles, Finn Balor, KUSHIDA, Kazuchika Okada, Katsuyori Shibata, Roderick Strong, Jon Moxley, Adam Cole, and so many more - or his stellar tag team work? O'Reilly is a reliable worker who can work with any opponent and have a great match."

[8.0] "Very good technical striker. He really shines most as a tag worker. He can be a bit cringey at times but I find that more charming than anything"

[8.0] "A pretty good wrestler all across the board. Able to put great performances, with decent character work, and while not the most outstanding presence in general, he makes it work. A reliable wrestler that guarantees a good time watching."

[8.0] "Good pro wrestler. Believable in a variety of roles, and really kills it as a member of a team who can go out and have an absolute banger of a singles match. Kind of a perfect mid card wrestler in that he can always be ready for a believable run with a secondary belt, has a great story, but really when the bell rings is about as good of a worker as there is. He absolutely can be in a main even with the right set of circumstances and the right push. Doesn't have fantastic promos or anything that is going to sell a ton of tickets; however, he's always good when on the mic and has enough natural charisma to make him interesting to watch."

[7.0] "I used to really dislike KOR during the heyday of ROH Mouthguard Pro Wrestling. Not to the extent of a Davey Richards, but he was very willing to work in that self-conscious style that held such a palpable inferiority complex towards MMA and Japan. He was better in Japan, but more than that I felt like he best fit with the over-the-top smirking-smark style of PWG where he wasn't always so serious. Since his tenure on major TV I think I've figured out his niche - he's a Workrate Stooge. As part of UE he bumped big and begged off, and it carries over to his current babyface AEW stuff playing off of goofballs like Mark Briscoe and Orange Cassidy. He never needed the tough guy shtick, his strength is being slapstickishly funny who can still work his ass off."

[8.0] "I think the only way I can describe KOR is by saying he is a worse Daniel Bryan. He puts on fantastic matches but his character work has never really been there, he can cut a decent promo every now and again, look back to his feud with Adam Cole in NXT, but he will never be world champion in a major promotion because his only singles run that has worked for me was against Adam Cole in 2021, since then he's just been bland and his matches have stories I seldom care for, they're great matches but his character is where he falls short for me."

[8.0] "This guy always puts on a great match, his submission stuff and strikes are top tier and he's capable of some truly creative sequences and chain wrestling. Unfortunate that he's undersized because his skills as a technician are undisputed, to use a term. Not the best promo either, but he seems best suited used in stables or tag teams so the demand for that is limited to "tell 'em, hawk" territory. A in the ring, C for promo, C for look/gimmick."

[9.0] "I love to see KOR fight. One of the best technician wrestler in the world, amazing at submission. He won a lot and was important in the all best promotions (NJPW, PWG, ROH...). Great tag team wrestler, reDragon one of my favorite tag ever."

[8.0] "He is a great in-ring worker who I think could be a great mid-card champion. He is a big fan favorite and an excellent wrestler. His NXT career was really fun and his current AEW run has also been really fun so far."

[9.0] "Kyle is one of the best in-ring workers. Very technical and submission based game and lil bit of mma. He can work singles and tag matches with excellent."

[10.0] "Kyle technically is one of the best wrestlers on the planet. He has never really received the pushes he has deserved because he isn't gimmicky. Hopefully soon he can get a huge push. He has had success in other organizations he has been in (PWG, ROH, New Japan, WWE NXT). Hopefully he gets that success in AEW soon and gets a huge push."

[9.0] "He's extremely good in the ring. And one of the better wrestlers to adopt the faux MMA style but make it actually exciting and interesting in his work. As far as gimmick/character goes there's no much going on there and the big attempt to make the babyface of NXT back before he left was a huge flop. I have high hopes for his new run though."

[8.0] "Excellent in-ring worker. I wanted to give him a 9 but just can't due to his lack of character work and on the mic. In the ring KOR is one of the best in the business, especially when you look at striking heavy based wrestlers."

[9.0] "Kyle has never truly gotten a real good run as a singles guy like I've wanted and unfortunately he's been out with some serious medical issues just as he was kind of getting to prove that point. He was still attached to the Undisputed Elite but he had some great singles showcases before he was sidelined. Hope he's able to comeback healthy and get that run."

[9.0] "Kyle's just fucking awesome. Works great in tag teams (with Strong and Fish especially) and is very useful as a singles guy as well because that guy can sell like few others can, he can make you emotionally invested and he just wrestles very smartly. Just a little bit of promo work is missing for him to be a big time main eventer."

[10.0] "Kyle Is One of the best In ring Performers of the modern Era, But always took a backseat to Adam Cole, he is an amazing technician and believable striker and has endless charisma out the ass, REDragon is a truely underrated tag team and the Undisputed Era is one of the greatest faction in WWE history, I truely Hope Kyle makes a comeback soon as he is too young and Too damn good to retire so early on."

[9.0] "He makes everything in the ring look believable, whether it's offense or defense, intended or unintended. Watching him lets me enjoy wrestling in a way I could when I was a kid and hadn't yet become jaded and cynical."

[7.0] "It's a shame that KOR had to get his surgery just as his AEW run was starting to pick up. He was on a good roll before he went on the shelf, and is a guy that I'm very interested in seeing more of."

[7.0] "A great technical wrestler, one of the best out there today. His wrestling style, look and promo ability definitely stops him breaking through the ceiling in the American scene, which is why his NJPW work remains his best in my opinion. Sometimes a wrestler and promotion just suit each other. If you ever need a solid match to keep your audience interested, Kyle O'Reilly is high on the list of wrestlers you'd call."

[9.0] "One of the best at selling today. So believable, so smooth, so vicious. His match vs Fenix earlier this year fucked. His match with mox right before forbidden door fucked. Probably gonna be an upper midcard gatekeeper heel forever but god I hope he gets out of Adam Cole's shadow in AEW. TK seems to hold him in high regard with how he was booked around DoN time and how long his contract is, so that's encouraging. You can probably strap a title on him, or keep him as an upper midcard heel who every now and then has a tv program with a babyface world champ. Also very funny."

[9.0] "When I think of the evolution of shoot style into modern pro wrestling, Kyle is the one that comes to mind first. More than any other wrestler who brings that UWFi/RINGS style to the ring, he is the best adapted for both the post 2008 UFC popularity explosion and the contemporary pro wrestling scene. He has been stellar in every organization he's wrestled under, from NJPW, to PWG to various UK indies. His matches with old man Fish as part of reDragon in NJPW were always good. He shows strong MMA influenced grappling - doing the submissions as if he was on the mats in a dojo - no sloppiness to his techniques other than holding them in a safe way. He also has elements of pro wrestling to fill in various gaps, like his lariats when running ropes or flying knees. Kyle has incredible selling, great in ring character, works great as a scummy heel or a fiery underdog. The only thing lacking is his mic skills."

[9.0] "Kyle is one of the best wrestlers working today. combining great shoot style offense with a keen knack for both grounded and comedic selling. while he is more than adept at tag team wrestling his late run in NXT showed a great talent in story telling with hard hitting affairs with Dunne, Cole and Balor proving Kyle was slowly becoming one of the brands best main eventers. his stop start AEW run has not yet used o riley to his full potential however great showings against Mox and Allin have shown some of the promise that was on full display in later stage NXT. his great in ring work and tag team proficiency combined with comedic talent draw direct parallels with the late great owen hart."

[8.0] "Easily one of the most fun wrestlers to watch. Whether it is in singles or tag, my eyes are glued and rightfully so."

[9.0] "Kyle O'Reilly is someone I definitely want to see have a long world title reign. He was a world champion in ROH but being world champion there is like winning the Intercontinental title. He's funny, charismatic, has the look of a wrestler, great in-ring work with good selling and psychology, and can cut a decent promo. Would've loved to see him on his own in AEW with Cole in the tag role with Fish for once, but I guess that won't happen, though we almost saw it in NXT. We're seeing glimpses of that after he won the Casino Battle Royale even though he ended up losing to Moxley for the interim title contendorship or whatever that convoluted mess is about. Kyle can definitely be a top singles star, if booked correctly."

[8.0] "KOR is truly a fantastic technician in the ring. If you have a cold match going into a show or PPV, put him with KOR and you'll get something good. Can work in tags and singles really well."

[8.0] "An amazing wrestler who gets stuck in tag teams despite him always being the best guy in whatever match he's in. He may be limited on the mic but that doesn't mean he's bad in the slightest. Dude is the standard of what a great wrestler is in this era. Also watch the Shibata match over again the shit slaps"

[8.0] "Solid technical wrestler, Kyle seems to struggle when on his own. Great as a supporting player but not as a main superstar. Nothing wrong with that as he's great in a tag team and adds a lot but promo work and charisma are lacking for him to stand out on his own. Can deliver great matches though and is usually entertaining. I don't think he'll be a main eventer but a solid supporting star that can deliver standout moments and steal the show."

[10.0] "Kyle O'Reilly is one the few wrestlers nowadays who has that excellent quality of being ring-smart. Meaning that how he does and what he does matters, he's a genius when he wrestles, even when selling or having fighting sprit he knows when to use it at the right time because he has that Kawada like quality of doing so. He isn't the epitome of charisma but he can be a bit goofy which is a nice contrast to his shoot style, much like early years Kurt Angle. I don't think his singles NXT run was booked well but I think he can certainly make it as a main eventer in AEW."

[6.0] "A decent wrestler, but has sadly gotten carried away with this weird "I'm a legit fighter/silent badass" meta-gimmick that just looks silly. He was a REALLY bad character in NXT where his main event push after besting Adam Cole died a sad death after people realised how devoid of charisma he was. He's a fairly solid tag wrestler but his pacing and tendency to just no sell stuff to land more work in is really not something I'm very interested in. He seems to only attract general apathy when placed in main event roles by his lonesome. Kyle is better than his other UE members when it comes to actual ring work through: he's a competent shooter and certainly knows how to wrestle a technical bout, even if I feel like he's more confident than he should be in that avenue. His body of work isn't very deep beyond a few enjoyable but noticeably carried (in emotional and pacing value) by his superior opponents. Nothing special in that regard through and I think any half-decent talent that can do the things he can surpass him greatly, especially with his one type of match he tends to always have."

[8.0] "I like Kyle. He's very funny and technically capable. Very good with non-verbals. Kyle is a great pro wrestler."

[8.0] "Kyle in the ring is very good. Unfortunately he has problems in the rest, his wrestling ability though is very good. I wanted a major singles run from him, I think going back with Fish is a step backwards."

[7.0] "Kyle O'Reilly is a great wrestler. His technical wrestling is immaculate, with consistent smoothness in his offense as well as his counters. However, that's kind of where his strengths end. He's bad on the mic, and has little to no charisma. Doesn't stand out with is appearance either, so fantastic wrestling is all he really has. His selling is also far too dramatic for my liking. I think a 7 is fair considering his greatness in the ring but weakness in every other aspect of the business."

[9.0] "Underated. Technically gifted and a great striker. An amazing singles and tag team wrestler. Had an amazing singles and tag run in New Japan. Part of UE tag team which imo was the best tag team in NXT history and one of the best tag team in professional wrestling history. He is constantly delivering everytime he steps foot inside the squared ring."

[9.0] "Kyle O'Reilly is pure skill and has proven that he works great as both singles and a tag wrestler and he has a lot of charisma."

[3.0] "Kyle, unlike Kofi, can make a solid match. But unlike Kyle, Kofi isn't as injury prone as the first one after his match with Balor. Kyle's matches are mostly boring, they're mostly painful and slow-paced, and that makes the match really slow. Kyle is good in matches where a huge number of fighters are involved in some large-scale battle like War Games. Kyle has no charisma and his promos are rather dull. And as a character Kyle is very vanilla, he's not even a major star of the yellow brand."

[8.0] "He's very good, but I had high hopes for him with this top babyface run in NXT, but it unfortunately has exposed his limitations."

[9.0] "Besides Adam Cole, Kyle O'Reilly is my favorite member of the Undisputed Era. One of the better technical wrestlers on NXT and he is straight-up hilarious. His babyface character is a little too corny for my taste, but I feel he can get over rather easy as long as he keeps his sense of humor intact. He's an established tag team wrestler, but I still feel he needs to break out as a singles star. However, he's certainly underrated and a lot of potential to be a top star."

[6.0] "Good in the ring but that's about it. He is passable as a heel but atrocious as a babyface. His promos are very bad and every time he has attempted to work a gimmick that's not silent MMA-lite guy was a hilarious failure. I don't know why ROH tried so hard to make KOR happen, and I don't get why NXT tries neither."

[10.0] "My favorite wrestlerr from the entire former undisputed era team was the quietly must have been the leader of the faction. Tremendous career on the independent circuit and look forward to his coronation as the maximum NXT champion"

[9.0] "Kyle is fantastic. Let? s check back on him in a few years though. He has ? gets over in NXT -> flounders on main roster -> Talk is Jericho interview? written all over him."

[10.0] "I just absolutely love this guy. Kyle o'Reilly is the most underrated in-ring performer in the world and that's a fact. I feel like anywhere he's gone before WWE, he wasn't given the titles he deserved. He's only a one-time ROH champion and one-time PWG champion. It's been near 4 years in NXT and he still hasn't won the North American or NXT title which is crazy as he's much better than Adam Cole. I hope his win over Cole gets him into the NXT title picture. He should be the next champion after Kross for sure."

[9.0] "To be honest, I didn't know indie wrestling scenes very well. So I belatedly found out how good a wrestler he was while watching NXT. And I learned about the game with KUSHIDA in New Japan Pro Wrestling. That's amazing. He's a great player who can manage the game through hitting and submission. I can't wait to see him become the NXT champion in the future."

[10.0] "Thought I already had him rated but yeah, Kyle O'Reilly has been one of the best in the world for awhile now in my opinion. He has an awesome wrestling style that never fails to excite, using his hard-hitting strikes and grappling to beat down his opponents, I've always just loved his fire. On top of that, his charisma is very underrated. Kyle's antics are always hilarious too watch, and he can easily play the roll of a heel or babyface. He's genuinely one of the most talented, well-rounded performers in wrestling, hope to see him win a singles championship soon."

[9.0] "Awesome wrestler. I'm disappointed I've never saw him in singles matches outside of WWE. In NXT, he is one of the best in ring wrestlers and only Grimes and Balor are better to me. Definitely the best wrestler in Undisputed Era. Incredibly underrated by WWE fans."
