[9.0] "His speech at the hall of fame got me wondering if he was any good himself, and I can 100% say that he lives up to his father's reputation. He's an interesting blend of Powerhouse & just good ass wrestling. I am super interested in his matches and hope to find more recordings of them."

[8.0] "Jake Carter is a 2nd generation superstar who I really believe has a ton of potential to make it onto the WWE's main roster eventually. I thought the persona that he was trying for a bit late last year where he was a ladies man but a pompous, cocky, full of himself prick at the same time really worked for him and fit his character, and even though he never said it on TV, he modified his dad's phrase and made it, "It's Carter Time" also. So he added of his 2nd generation side to his character as well which was awesome. But unfortunately Jake has kind of moved on from that and granted, he has only won one match on NXT anyway, but he's also been demoted a bit to being pretty much a jobber now. NXT is not giving him any promo time or anything now except to go out there in that ring, show a bit of what he can do and job which is a shame, but I think there's still hope for Jake Carter. The guy can wrestle in the ring, he's good at cutting promos, he is the son of Vader who is an awesome wrestling legend so that alone gives him enough great potential as it is, and he definitely without a doubt has the look of a superstar, no question about that and I hope he does get called up eventually."
