IMPORTANT: Missing Ratings and Recovery from Backup

Hi all,

Current status: STOP RATING NOW.
Current status: IT IS OKAY TO RATE AGAIN, THE BACKUP HAS BEEN RESTORED.

I don't know yet what happened, but for some reason a large amount of user ratings were lost sometime between Friday and today. I will have to restore the state from Friday from a backup and then do some analysis what might have gone wrong.

This unfortunately means that most ratings and comments that have been done since Friday will be lost. If you are impacted and have made a large number of comments/ratings since Friday, please contact me via the contact form so I can do some additional manual recovery. Since this manual recovery takes some time, I please ask you to only make use of this offer if you have lost a significant number of ratings/comments that you do not want to miss.

I will update the "current status" above once the backup has been restored and it is safe to start rating/commenting again without the fear of losing entries to the backup.
