[8.0] "There will always, always be a special place in my heart for huge wrestlers who can move like cruiserweights, and in that regard Dijak is just ridiculous, man. I could go on and on about all the bangers he's had with Keith Lee but if you're here you likely know about that. I just wanted to mention them because I don't know how you could ever write up a review of Dijak and NOT mention Keith Lee. These two guys were peanut butter and jelly. Spaghetti and meatballs. Herb Abrams and cocaine. Undoubtedly made for each other and creating a sum that's far greater than its parts. That being said, he can put on a good match with just about anybody. Dijak's big weakness is of course his promos, which are just.... they happen. I dunno. He's just not super charismatic or convincing, I guess. He's got a great look though. Love the aviators/duster/gloves combo. It's too bad WWE dropped the ball on him so badly (T-BAR never happened, T-BAR never happened, T-BAR never happened...) because there's no reason he shouldn't be mixing it up with guys like Gunther, Cody, Drew, etc. right now. If not them then he'd be right at home with AEW, TNA, or even New Japan at this point in his career."
[10.0] "Dijak's only flaw is his mic-work but like every element of his kit, he sharpens it every time he goes out. I'd love to see him in AEW or any promotion with weekly TV because this man is a mad scientist in-ring. Also notably, incredibly funny online."
[8.0] "Dijack is a giant who when used correctly can be a big time player in a promotion. First saw him in his ROH run where he was great. He went to NXT and had a good feud with Keith Lee and a ton of other good matches. The WWE main roster was where he got stuck in Retribution and never got an opportunity. Since then has had some good matches on the indies. He has a great move set and is a big guy who moves well in the ring."
[10.0] "Very underrated in NXT, I still don't understand how they let him go and never put a title on him. He kept having banger matches everytime he stepped in the ring. Everything about Dijak screamed future champion. I hope he returns soon and gets the push he deserves."

After the collapse of Ali's clan, he managed to rebuild himself and, despite his multiple talents, he wasn't given the place he deserved. A waste, like many others, especially at a time when the many clans of the main roster offer a place to many athletes. I'll always remember the wonderful friendship/rivalry between him and Keith Lee."

His selling is excellent, he is a tough MF who can take a lot of punishment but at the same time he can tell a story during a match. His presence and his presentations are very good. His character work has unfortunately been put aside a bit because in NXT they focus on the uppercomers, but his promos are fine so I think he can do something special in this department too."

He might not be the best on the mic, but his intimidating stature combined with his impressive flexibility and high-flying ability should at least guarantee him a solid mid card role in wwe. I am all for him staying with Mace, as T-Bar, they have the potential to be a monster tag team, if used correctly and start to be portrayed as an actual threat. EDIT, 2022: I hope he leaves wwe."

Just give the man his name and you have a star on your hands."

Dijak was awesome on the Indie scene as well as during his early NXT days, WWE just ruins nearly everything they touch nowadays. Even kid like Sammy Guevara burns and buries him in seconds and our little Dominik deletes his tweets."

[3.0] "Sometimes, when making a name for yourself, the impression you leave acts as a double-edged sword. For Dominik Dijakovic, his name and reputation is almost intrinsically linked to Keith Lee, which isn't surprising. Their matches had garnered a lot of attention from the internet wrestling community, with even Dave Meltzer giving their PWG bout the coveted 5-star rating. But when looking at his resume thus far, there's very little to note that doesn't include Keith Lee. It's like the two are inseparable, especially when looking at how WWE has booked the two. Almost every recommended WWE match with him also involves Keith Lee. This might be great if you're a fan of their matches and believe they have strong chemistry. I don't though. Most if not all their matches are essentially spot-fests by big men able to perform high-flying manoeuvres. But how much psychology is present in each of those big spots? What's the story being repeatedly told almost every time they step into the ring? What are his strengths as a performer? When I look at Keith Lee, he doesn't feel trapped in this endless rivalry intended to "Fight Forever". He has a strong presence and sense of character proven to mesh well in WWE's talent pool, from smaller guys like Cameron Grimes and Undisputed Era, to main-event talent like Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar. Dijakovic doesn't have that, at least not yet. And as long as he continues being pushed toward his contemporary, I don't see that changing anytime soon."
[7.0] "I used to dislike Donovan Dijakovic, but ever since I saw him on an Evolve show and he had match of the night, I have started liking him. Still needs work. Not a lot of charisma or great mic skills. But he's really improved in the ring and has been putting on great matches."
[7.0] "Great big man who is impressive in a way similar to Cesaro. Still early in his NXT career, so I'm excited to see where he'll be in five years from now."
[10.0] "Dijak is a guy that I don't think people can "get" without seeing him in his home promotion, and I don't mean ROH. Dijak in Beyond Wrestling was a total package, and a worthy ace of that company for some years. He had several fantastic matches, filled with storytelling as much as they were big spots, and cut some great promos in that time. He had some classics, most notably against Biff Busick, the previous ace of Beyond. His work in ROH was middling, mostly because he didn't do much of relevance, but he occasionally got to really show what he could do and he had a few great ones in there. His series with Keith Lee across the indies in 2016/2017 was one of the best and most unique series I've ever seen, and that's because it was two really big dudes doing huge spots but keeping a consistent throughline of storytelling throughout it despite going from promotion to promotion with it; it's a real achievement. I wish Dijak the best of luck in NXT, hopefully this tag team with Brennan Williams sticks."
[4.0] "My word is this guy overrated! One 5 star match from Meltzer and some people think you're among the greatest of all time (a rating of 10)! Positives: good look, athletic, cool moveset Negatives: absolute spot-monkey who wrestles storyless matches; he was exposed in ROH when he couldn't wrestle matches full of finisher kickouts and corkscrew moonsaults, he was deathly boring; cannot cut a promo; his risk-taking style leads to some nasty-looking botches I hope that some time in NXT improves Donovan Dijak's ability to work a crowd without relying on spots as he has a lot of potential."

His physical ability is something unique in wrestling today, with his tall but thin frame and his ability to pull out incredible feats for a man his size (a tornillo sprinboard plancha from a 6'7" man is CRAZY). His wrestling is also quite good, particularly in Beyond, which has recently crowned him their ace, for good reason. He's an astounding force in the New England indie scene, and a promising ROH midcard talent who's due a push as soon as possible."

Drawing heat seems to come naturally to him. Super technically impressive and incredibly fun to watch, Dijak is primed for a breakout this year."
[6.0] "After plying his trade on the northeastern indy scene, Dijak made a big impression by winning ROH's 2015 Top Prospect Tournament, and it's easy to see what the company sees in him. It's not every day that you see a guy over six-and-a-half feet tall and nearing 300 pounds who can move like a cruiserweight. Also has a good presence about him and seems to know how to connect with the crowd. His role as a heavy for the House of Truth is a good role for his early time in the big time, but can and almost certainly will break out as a major star in the not-so-distant future."
[4.0] "Dijak is green but he has a lot of potential. Monstrous in size, he probably has the best look in all of New England. Despite being fairly old, he still has a lot of potential to make it to the WWE, especially with his training from the good trainer Brian Fury. His power matches are fun to watch when he works hard."
