It's a Onita trash brawl mostly, through Ishikawa and Hosaka get in some work at the start. It was funny watching the younger lads have to physically move Great Kojika to even do a big boot because it's just that old at that point, through he takes a sick chair shot to the head by Onita so fair play to the guy. Onita lands a piledriver on a crappy table that doesn't even really break any and he nearly just botches the whole thing. Onita takes a charge into barbed wire as well as a guitar shot but makes his obvious comeback with red mist and his team go for a suplex onto barbed wire and a bat made of the same used to hit someone. Hosaka gets the win after a few more chair shots, which DON'T get the win but his simple butterfly suplex does. Once again, I'm amazed how Kashin gets a paycheck to show up and do next to nothing, it's a real wonder. This was essentially just a random match that you've seen a thousand times: the Onita formula at this point is so played out that this is practically a parody of it. There's some perfectly fine trash bumps and spots but nothing of any interest. |
