Sadly, the results are very mixed, producing both very enjoyable matches and complete duds. Its also quite sad to see CZW and Hybrid being essentially wiped out in the first round, leading to multiple AAW/FIP showdowns, with the extremely predictable result of the FIP Champion winning the whole thing. Certainly a decent ride, especially the first time you see it, but ultimately the tournament is very self-centered and feels dime-a-dozen. |
