Her role may have been quieter, but it was never insignificant. Her run in NXT remains one of the greatest babyface arcs in modern wrestling history. From the lovable underdog chasing her dreams to the unforgettable TakeOver: Brooklyn match with Sasha Banks, Bayley helped establish NXT as more than developmental, it was must-see wrestling, and she was a massive reason why. That match in 2015 isn't just historic, it's one of the best women's matches WWE has ever produced. However, Bayley's transition to the main roster wasn't as smooth. Her character struggled to translate initially, with inconsistent booking and awkward promos undercutting her popularity. Still, through perseverance and creative evolution, she found her second wind. Her heel turn in 2019 was a career-saving pivot, leading to her most important and consistent main roster run to date. The Role Model character was sarcastic, manipulative, and refreshingly unique, showing she could adapt and thrive outside of her original "hugger" persona. During the empty arena era, Bayley quietly carried WWE's women's division. With Sasha Banks at her side, she became the MVP of the pandemic era, delivering weekly with matches, promos, and versatility. Her chemistry with Sasha and later her leadership of Damage CTRL showcased her ability to not only perform but to elevate others. She's not a ratings draw like Becky, not a legacy figure like Charlotte, and not as iconic in-ring as Sasha, but she's the glue, the one who always delivers when given the chance. Bayley may not have had the same breakout mainstream impact or moment-of-the-decade matches as the other three, but her consistency, storytelling chops, and willingness to evolve solidify her as an essential piece of the puzzle. While she may never reach the legendary heights of her peers, she's far from a distant fourth. For her NXT legacy, reinvention as a heel, match quality, and value as a locker room leader, Bayley scores an 8. The least decorated of the Four Horsewomen, but far from the least important."

[9.0] "One of the most important women in the revival of women's wrestling in the modern era, very consistent over the years and can have a good match with just about anyone, very successful as both a babyface and heel. Largely criminally underused by WWE a lot of the time."

She's victim of the classic WWE booking of someone who is over. She has been relegated to boring feuds for years now. I'm really hoping she has a chance to work anywhere else."

[6.0] "very good energy, seems a genuinely nice person who you want to succeed and do well, but is a bit overrated in my opinion. When i watch her i never feel like i'm seeing something revolutionary or levels above the other women on the roster. Obviously has quite the legacy from the early days of her wwe push, but one of the crowd these days."

If she were more consistent I would rate her quite a bit higher, but her work in the ring is very up and down. Sometimes she's genuinely interesting and has the whole crowd hanging on what she's going to do next; other times she's just another girl, going through all the same overly familiar motions the other girls do. I find her hard to nail down."

[8.0] "bayley is a very confusing wrestler for me. sometimes i'm big on her and sometimes i'm not. i thought her best work was during her damage ctrl days and as a heel with sasha. i think she just works a lot better as a heel personally. her matches are usually always good, but they always lack a certain something to them despite that. not every match of hers of course, just some of them. her matches with sasha and lyra are some of my favorites. if she stays in wwe, i hope they treat her with more respect but if she goes to aew, i hope she thrives with her best friend."

[6.0] "This past year, Bayley seemed to have taken a step down in terms of in-ring work and a creative direction. She used to be on top of her game back in 2018 but has since gotten slower in the ring with a less entertaining gimmick."

[8.0] "One of the most interesting personalities, and the dark horse of the WWE's Four Horsewomen, who has suddenly shone. She's excellent both as a face and as a heel. I've been uneasy with the way she's been portrayed lately, but that doesn't negate all her accomplishments and in-ring performances."

[9.0] "Bayley is a ring general and a complete pro wrestler, who can talk the talk but also walk the walk. She's been putting in the work to further hone her skills lately and it shows. Whether it's the leaner physique or the improved ring work.The transitions are very crisp, the pacing is good and the moveset is very rich. Whenever Bayley is booked, you know you're going to see very a solid match or segment."

[5.0] "Bayley's biggest problem is her inconsistency. My last rating for her two years ago was an 8 while in 2021 I've had her as a 5 and her NXT run she was a 10 which shows you how frustrating that is because I know she can pull up big performances but rarely"

[9.0] "I think Bayley has been overlooked her whole career, which I find to be very unfortunate. She always puts 100% effort into whatever she's doing. Her matches are consistently good, she's one of the better promos in the women's division and can play a good face and heel. I will say she has felt stale to me at various times but that doesn't matter too much, she's great."

[8.0] "Bayley is amazing, she's one of the pioneers who started the women's evolution in the 2010 decade. She's an amazing wrestler who can have good matches and cut good promos. She's both good as a face and a heel."

[6.0] "She can be boring at times, but you cannot ignore how important she was to the women's revolution, especially those classic NXT matches with Sasha Banks. That said, her main roster run has been very hit and miss. Some highs, but also long stretches where nothing felt special. Her finishers have never looked strong or convincing, which hurts her big match credibility. Lately, the character work has also felt less compelling compared to her peak heel run."

I'm a bit disappointed that they just seem to be putting other teams over so far, because I think they're a compelling tag-team and a lot of fun to watch. Definitely a lot more fun than Becky just steamrolling everyone and never losing any match that actually matters in the long term."

[9.0] "When it comes to Bayley, WWE just doesn't realize the talent they have on their hand. She has been one of the best workers for the women's division for most of her career, and can work both face and heel. When it comes to ranking her between her fellow horsewomen. Mone and Bayley imo always constantly were switch between one and two, tho as of right now Bayley is number 2. With it going like this. 1. Mone 2. Bayley 3. Flair 4. Becky."

[8.0] "She's been underappreciated for so long, but i totally get where people coming from, everytime she's being a face i always find her lame asf, always comes off as a big sister who brags about her achievement to her little sibling to teach them a lesson, much much better as a heel"

Her arc--built around humility, heart, and hard-earned growth--culminated in some of the most emotionally satisfying matches in modern WWE, particularly against Sasha Banks at TakeOver: Brooklyn and Respect. That version of Bayley wasn't just great--she had the potential to be elite. The timing, the storytelling, the ring psychology--she had it. But what followed was a slow, undeniable erosion of everything that once made her special. Once she hit the main roster, the cracks began to show. Poor booking certainly played a role, but even when given chances, Bayley never quite recaptured that same fire or pacing. Matches grew slower. Transitions lost sharpness. The crispness she once showed faded into something more hesitant, more mechanical. The 'Role Model' gimmick in 2020 was a valiant attempt to reinvent herself--and in fairness, parts of it worked. She adapted, found her voice on the mic, and had a solid pandemic-era run with Sasha again. But the in-ring work never fully returned to form. Today, Bayley feels like a wrestler coasting on past goodwill. She is still capable of having good matches--but only against opponents she knows well or styles she's comfortable with. The explosiveness, the spark, the tight execution? Almost gone. She looks slow, often out of sync, and struggles with pacing in longer bouts. She compensates with character work, but at some point, the bell rings--and that's where the decline shows. Bayley is not bad. But she's no longer great. And that's the tragedy. From someone who once made me believe she could lead a revolution in women's wrestling... to someone who now plays a supporting role and struggles to keep up when the tempo rises. A 7.0 for what she was and occasionally still can be. But not a decimal higher, because what she is now just doesn't justify it."

[9.0] "Bayley has been a workhorse for such a long time as 1 of the 4 Horsewoman. I liked her since her NXT days although the Gimmick was a bit over the top for me. After a great match vs Iyo, her last title reign felt pretty boring + imo she didn't wrestle as clean as before anymore."

[9.0] "Bayley may be the sentimental favorite of the Four Horse(wo)men. Not the most pushed, not the biggest star, not the most talented (arguably), but a combo of everything you want in a wrestler. The range in charisma and character she showed going from The Hugger to The Role Model is iconic. She's not the technician Charlotte is and never peaked with the starpower Becky did as The Man, but if WWE ever chooses to strap the rocket to her, she's shown she can do it all. Her catalog of great matches is better than just about anyone's, and for what its worth many of her peers have called her the main locker room leader"

[5.0] "I don't think Bayley is as good as people think and believe she is, yes she has her moments in the ring but other than that, her wrestling style is lacky, boring, dry and too old-school, she's good at re-inventing herself but she needs to do that in more ways than just changing her looks, i think she can at least add some a few new moves to her aresnal just to make her seem interesting in the ring"

[7.0] "At some point, she was the best of the four Horsewomen. She was a great heel in the pandemic era. Bayley us also a pretty good face as she's very easy to root for. She's an expert at in ring story telling and psychology and is a pretty great promo. She has a good moveset(Despite having 2 awful finishers) and is a good wrestler. But she's definitely been overexposed in the past year. To the point that I think she's gotten a lot kore sloppier. I'm still a big fan of hers, just think she needs to take some time off and return at a later time."

[10.0] "Bayley the most underrated horsewoman easily an incredible and legendary run she had during her time in nxt. Sadly now in the main roster she is incredibly mistreated she does not deserve what she is experiencing right now."

In-ring she's great, her style is more old school but it suits her very well. She can easily carry a rookie in a match but she has no problems getting in the ring with the best superstars out there. Throughout her career she developed 2 very important characters The Hugger and The Role Model - the first one got her INSANELY over back in NXT and it continued after her call-up. Fans loved babyface Bayley because she understood them, she was them, just a fan who loved the sport so much that she made it. The Role Model is really different, cocky generic heel but she made the character really stood out. Her and Sasha carried the whole WWE in the pandemic era with their insane characters. Then she got injured and returned with Damage CTRL which became pivotal point of the women's division. For many people Bayley always felt like the least pushed 4HW but in reality she's the first ever women's triple crown and grand slam champion, over 1000 combined days as champion and many "firsts" such as like women's main event, women's iron man match, women's elimination chamber and women's tag team champion. In her time in 2022/2023 she put many talents over, taking over 100 loses for the better of the division - also many wrestlers say that she's the most selfless person ever, always carrying for others. Bayley solidified herself as the greatest of all time and definitely future Hall of Famer (i think she has potential to be inducted twice looking at her solo career and the impact she had with the 4HW)"

[6.0] "I am sorry but I just think she isn't that good. I've never been a fan of her. Babyface hugger gimmick in NXT was great and that's it. She is probably a great person and kind kind of charismatic but I don't find her great as a performer. Also she is too overexposed in this HHH days. She's on Raw, on NXT, on Smackdown. Just why? I am tired. Four-way at Vengence Day was the last straw. She was the weakest link in that match while being a veteran and Cora Jade was in that match. I am sorry."

Real ones know how important Bayley for everything that has everything in women's wrestling in the last decade and what continues to happen to this day. She's very adaptable, can work with anyone, and for the first time since like the pandemic days, she's finally being booked like the star that she is. She is everything and then some"

[9.0] "I was close to giving Bayley a 10, but I'm still not quite sure if she's a 9 or a 10. She was never my absolute favorite, but she was always one of my favorites, and there's no denying how good she is. Her Hugger gimmick in NXT was one of the best pure babyface runs in modern wrestling, and her match with Sasha Banks at TakeOver: Brooklyn is still one of the greatest women's matches of all time. Then there's her heel turn, which showed just how well she understands every aspect of the business. She completely reinvented herself and proved she could be just as great in a different role. She also carried WWE during the pandemic era, putting in some of the best work of her career when there were no crowds to feed off. And, with Damage CTRL, she's once again proved her value, leading a faction that dominated the women's division. Her legacy is already cemented as one of the best to ever do it, and when it's all said and done, she might even be a 10."

[7.0] "I think Bayley has lowered her ability in the ring, compared to her previous years I notice her slower and less confident in herself, I think she lost her charisma since when she was a heel she was incredible in many aspects but now I see her lost in the middle"

[6.0] "I obviously have a ton of respect for her and she is undoubtedly one of the greatest women wrestlers in WWE history. I was never a huge fan of her regardless but since they took the belt off her she's been incredibly boring for me. Gotten much slower and is playing it much safer which, fair enough. I'd be playing it safe after a career like hers because she has nothing else to prove. But it just leads to boring matches between people and being put in positions where i don't think she should be in at this point of her career. Also not the biggest fan of her mic-work."

[9.0] "One of WWE Women's all-time greats, I loved her since her "hugger" gimmick and loved her even more ever since. Her in-ring skills are impeccable, and she has a unique ability to tell a compelling story through her matches."

[4.0] "I unfortunately did not experience the rise of Bayley and can only rate her from what I experienced this year. And what she has shown me is not great - not bad either, but not as great as everyone is appears to say she is. Everyone gets slower with age, and I think it shows. Often when Bayley is in a match the timing between moves and sells are awful.. I'm not sure it's entirely her fault as she works a lot with other talent which suffers from the same issues (Naomi and Jax). She's good at taking bumps and the basic moves look good - but she looks to struggle once she tries to pull off some more technical moves. Either way she is not someone I look forward to watching."

[8.0] "Bayley is definitely one of my favorite amongst the notorious Four Horsewomens, She started out as a fan-favorited with the whole crowd behind her and run with it to great success then took a heel turn which benefitted her to show her versatility as a performer! With her status she's still considered a top-tier wrestler who's still able to pull off some impressive feats in the ring and can move around the card and utilize it to her advantage, curious on where 2025 takes her!"

[9.0] "Simply put, she is amazing. She managed to make many get behind an admittedly silly gimmick through conveying emotion and showing off her talent on and off the ring. While I'm not completely sold on some persona changes she made, her skill is still very much present all throughout her career."

[10.0] "Quite literally my favorite wrestler of all time. She has some of my favorite matches ever and she really has become such a pillar of the division. I wish HHH knew how to book women wrestlers but even despite the weird, nonsensical, and at times just god awful booking she proves that she really can put on a SHOW with anyone. Shes amazing as a face and a heel (personally i prefer her heel persona because I think shes so funny). You can also tell she really loves wrestling as an art form, a phenomenal in ring storyteller that really knows what shes doing."

[8.0] "She's the face of the women's division. Not because of her in-ring (even tho she's good) or her booking (horrible booking) but for what she does for everyone else. You can put her with anyone or everywhere and she's going to do the job."

[9.0] "Bayley is the most versatile of the Four-Horsewomen and has been since the beginning. She was great in the ring, had good mic skills, knows how to commune with the audience, masters the Face character as well as the Heel. She was an iconic Face, then her Heel Turn was one of the most beneficial in WWE history. She surely deserves more, but her place is the one that's right for her. I'm delighted that she was the first tag team champion and that she had those long months of reign on Smackdown before and during the pandemic. She was able to discover herself in a different way and be a formidable Heel. Her comeback with Damages Control was great, and despite the defeats and lack of story to go with her Rumble win, she emotionally delivered a reign and some great matches. I hope her short reign won't be detrimental and that her in-ring prowess and wrestling intelligence will keep her at the top of the card, she deserves to be a star on a par with Charlotte or Becky."

[9.0] "Bayley is a fantastic wrestler who has been affected by terrible booking over the years but whatever role she's given she nails to perfection and is a future hall of famer although if i do have to rank the 4 horsewomen i would probs have bayley 4th but mainly because of the awful booking such as the recent title reign which was terrible but glad she had her mania moment"

The tag team with Sasha was pretty good. She is one of the longest holders of the Smackdown womens title. The heel work she was doing in Damage Control was good. She continues to work at the highest level. Her moveset is good. Technical and good in-ring worker. Bayley is awesome"

[0.0] "The most overrated wrestler, I liked her in her NXT era as a face and with her previous gimmick, but the rest of her career is really bad. Especially when she's a heel, it seems that she forces herself too much to try to be a villain that is embarrassing, and she is annoying but not because she does a good job as a heel, the same goes for her promos. In the ring she has not stood out at any time in her career, and her best matches are thanks to her rivals who manage to get a good match, it doesn't matter if it's Sasha Bank, Charlotte or more recently Iyo Sky in her match at WrestleMania 40, where she literally carry her throughout the match to be entertaining. Her arsenal of moves is super basic, she has one of the worst finishers on the roster, it doesn't matter if it's the Bayley to belly or the Rose plant, but the worst of all is how incredibly slow she moves in the ring."

[9.0] "I've long considered Bayley to be the uncrowned best of the Four Horsewomen. She's incredibly talented in the ring, versatile and has her wrestling fundamentals down to a T. Even when she was a milk toast babyface, she carried herself like a seasoned veteran who could take her lumps and wasn't selfish about putting people over or making other's look good at the expense of herself. From Asuka, Sasha Banks, Charlotte and Becky Lynch to newcomers like Bianca Belair, Shotzi, Tiffany Stratton and Piper Niven, Bayley is talented enough to where even in the times that she goes over, she can make her opponent look like a million dollars. I don't think it would be a reach to say Bayley is one of the best female workers in the business today and the backbone of the WWE woman's division."

[9.0] "character and talking wise, Bailey is one of the greatest today. her wrestling isn't the flashiest but she performs at such a high level every time she performs, you cant help but be amazed. backbone of the wwe women's division who is so underappracted even as champ seemingly"

[7.0] "Bayley is very good, incredibly versatile, she can be the best underdog babyface of a division and a great heel as well, but it's undeniable that she kind of fell backwards in comparison to the other three horsewomen as the years were passing by, she couldn't match the accolades and the incredible matches of their colleagues, but she still a pretty valuable asset and a very talented worker."

"I would argue that Bayley is one of the most well-rounded performers in WWE today. She can be a comedy character, she can be a serious character. Her current babyface run shows people still care about her and root for her. Very VERY solid in ring work and maybe one of the safest workers WWE has. I could be wrong but i don't think she's ever injured anyone since she's been at the top. Great at selling and making other looks good as well. She elevates everyone around her. At times Bayley has been the one of the 4 horsewomen to get the least attention, but she belongs at the highest tier in my opinion. She can tell a story in a match. She can make you laugh or cry or cheer or boo. Versatile, solid, and capable would be how i would summarize Bayley. An amazing asset to any roster. 9/10"

[9.0] "Puts on outstanding matches when given the time. Reinvented herself as one of the best heels in the business today after thinking there's no possible way she can be a heel. I don't think people realize just how insane her turn really is. Unfortunately (imo) her being in Damage CTRL really limits her singles capabilities. She could have an insane heel run as Champion just like she was before she got injured. She (and McIntyre) kept WWE somewhat interesting during the pandemic during those Doom Thunderdome shows. I really can't state how great she really is."

From babyface to heel and back she has unlimited in ring talent and an immaculate ability to cut promos. She has done almost everything there is to do in the WWE realm but she continues to find more to accomplish. From being a Grand Slam Champion to starting an all women's faction she is a future WrestleMania Main Eventer and without a doubt a HOF in the making."

She works her ass off to produce great matches and attempts her best to make any storyline she is involved in to the best of her ability. She is also one of those rare talents that works perfectly solo, tag-team, or stable-wise, as she mixes perfectly alongside them all. I think she is enjoyable as a face or a heel; she works well doing both, and you can clearly see that she is not bothered by putting over younger talents by winning or losing. Out of the four horsewomen, she is probably above Charlotte Flair and Sasha Banks and on par with Becky Lynch for me."

Nevertheless, I never really cared for Bayley as her face gimmick was relatively boring and her promo skills is lackluster compared to most of the other locker room. Though I respect her for trying to provide some sort of gimmick in a time where wrestling is more important than entertainment, it just seems she was always written poorly excluding what she did in NXT earlier in her career."

[6.0] "I think in all regards Bayley is someone who should've been more in her time in WWE. She spent such a short time in SHIMMER that you can see the potential, but as of now, she's had so many operations done to her knees that she really isn't a best women's wrestler in North America. To be fair, she spent maybe 5+ years in a horridly booked women's division (is it really any better now? ), it may be too little too late. Has good qualities as both a face and a heel, but usually feels run-of-the-mill in both regards. Doesn't really have the catalog to be considered a ring general. If she leaves she has the chance to prove me wrong, but will she?"

[7.0] "She is not a bad wrestler by any stretch but my belief is that she has never had the best gimmick in WWE, the hugger thing was fine, but it got old decently quick, the whole damage control thing is that shes riding Iyos coatails through it all acting like shes the star, and thats not nessisarily supposed to be a dig at Bayley, i dont mind her, shes just mildly bland in comparrison to Sasha and Becky in a sense, she is way better than Charlotte though, so Bayley, you get your plass, keep doing what your doing."

[9.0] "Bayley in NXT was one of the greatest babyfaces the company had ever seen. Bayley's heel turn has also been great, underrated by the fans I think, and led to some excellent matches. Either way, Bayley's so technically proficient and her and Sasha carried the fed through covid."

Her heel gimmick is effective and played well without falling into the same stale and repetitive patterns as so many others too. Add to that being a sensational in ring talent so seems to also be a great mentor to others coming through the division, and it rounds Bayley out as an all around star."

[7.0] "The biggest victim of the transition of NXT to the main roster. The overwhelming support she had as the plucky underdog and her slow rise to the top brought with it a tsunami of fan support. Unfortunately, her main roster run assumed you were watching NXT the whole time and she was fast-tracked to the title. The main roster fans didn't connect with her, and she's been toiling ever since. She can still work, but as a character, it...doesn't work. The annoying heel is something she tries really hard at, but can't play well at all. Unfortunately, we will never know how big she could have been had she been allowed to win over the audience of the main roster the way she did in NXT"

[4.0] "She is one of the most accomplished women in WWE, but to be straightforward her current run is not good. Her promos are bad and her matches have been mediocre at best since she returned. Feels like she is coasting on her past success at this point."

[7.0] "The least successful of the four horsewomen in my eyes but has still had a very solid career. Her NXT matches vs Banks are the standouts but I can't think of a whole lot of main roster stuff that wowed me. A decent promo and decent athleticism."

[8.0] "Bayley is really good in the ring and despite her reputation for bad promos, she can play a character really well, which showed in how well she has done as a heel despite playing a non-edgy babyface with the hugger gimmick through 2019. Slightly below Sasha in the ring and below Becky on aura and pure charisma."

[10.0] "Bayley will go down as one of the greatest to ever do it and it must be stated, written into stone, what she's done for the WWE between 2020 - 2023. The matches she's put on with Sasha, Asuka, Bianca, Bayley, Kairi Sane, Alexa Bliss, and so many others. It's ridiculous to see her not even appear on the show the night after Wrestlemania 39 when she just wrestled Trish Stratus, Lita, and Becky Lynch. At this very moment, she's in danger of being wasted at her very prime. and STILL, she is a 10/10."

[7.0] "From the moment she started her "Bayley" character in NXT you could just tell there was something special about her. Took awhile for Bayley to really develop, but as things stand right now she has done a brilliant job. Her in-ring ability is great, her mic work is even better. She can be the perfect babyface and also the perfect heel, not many people can play those roles well and Bayley has proven she is able to be the best of both worlds."

"The most underrated of the four Horsewomen. Though I like the idea of Damage Ctrl. it is not really clicking."

[8.0] "NXT Bayley was fantastic. She was very over with the crowd and could always be relied on for a good match. She came up to the main roster and started getting very bland and very stale. It didn't help that she was involved with one of the worst matches in modern day history with the kendo stick on a pole match which completely derailed all her momentum at the time. The heel turn she had definitely saved her from being another victim of budget cuts and shes been great ever since. My favorite match of hers is the Hell in a Cell match she had against Sasha Banks."

[10.0] "Honestly Bayley is one of the best wrestlers WWE has. She was an amazing baby face in NXT, and though VInce may have botched her initial run on the the main roster, she still had quite a few awesome matches on the main roster and some absolute classics in NXT. Since turning heel she's had quite the career resurgence. I have to admit I never would have guessed that she would be so good at getting heel heat, but I suppose that just shows how talented she is. Overall she's on one of my favorite wrestlers of all time so I think a 10/10 is appropriate."

[7.0] "Bayley is a tough one to rate. On one hand, she was extremely over in NXT (not really sure how as her entire gimmick was just Im gonna hug people) and admittedly had some honest to God classics with Sasha Banks. On the other hand, her popularity quickly withered upon coming to the main roster and, with the exception of a few great matches with Charlotte, she became very boring very fast. However, she eventually turned heel and has since found a place on the roster as a solid starmaker, but its looking like her best work is in the past. Still, Bayley is a solid talent and can have good matches with fairly inferior opponents, so for that Ill give her a 7."

[9.0] "Ihre Airdancer-Figuren gingen mir ziemlich schnell auf den Sack, ingesamt war sie mit dem Hugger-Gimmick ein absolut geniales Underdog-Babyface. Ihre erste Heel-Phase war ebenfalls sehr stark, was sich zu Recht auch in ihren Titelgewinnen zu der Zeit widerspiegelt. Als es dann jedoch in die DING DONG-Phase überging, ging es bergab. So weit, dass sie mich mit ihrer dämlichen Lache irgendwann auf X-Pac-Heat-Niveau nervte. Aktuell mit Damage CTRL wieder sehr erträglich, wenn auch leider nicht mehr so stark wie 2019. Im Ring auch gut, auch wenn sie dort für mich nur die viertbeste Horsewoman ist. Alles in allem knappe neun Punkte."

[9.0] "I never really got Bayley until she turned heel. Shes a great heel and a naturally funny promo as welll. She should never go back to the hugger gimmick"

[7.0] "She's very good in the ring, but not the best horsewoman by any means. I'd rate her slightly higher, but her promos are atrocious more often than not, with comedically horrible delivery. She's in desperate need of a mouthpiece, but Bayley is a good wrestler."

As a heel, she has given us her best character work by far, but her work rate got worse as time went on. The picture painted as a whole is still of a good wrestler who managed to play her part on almost every occasions."

Als ich Bayley damals das erste Mal bei NXT da mit Ric und Dusty Backstage sah dachte ich innerlich, oh Gott was ist denn das für eine Witzfigur natürlich ist man da total nervös wenn da mit zwei solchen Legenden gegenüber stand trotzdem mir hat das nicht gefallen. Bailey hat mir gezeigt das ich sie zu unrecht kritisiert habe. Sie hat sich gewaltig gesteigert ist auch schon recht beliebt vor allem bei den jungen weiblichen WWE Fans. Wieder hat ein Underdog bei NXT es allen gezeigt es freut mich das sie die neue WWE NXT Women's Champions ist. Hoffe nun auf eine ordentliche Regentschaft sollte nicht so zu schnell den Titel wieder verlieren. Edit: 18. 05. 2018 Ja irgendwie weiß die WWE einfach nicht was man mit ihr in den Main Shows machen soll. Sie ist immer noch beliebt und sie ist richtig gut im Ring es ist wie bei Becky. Ich bleibe bei 8 Punkte. Edit 19. 11. 2019 Na also endlich mal Heel und auch bei Twitter ist sie das. Ich finde das war wichtig in ihrer Karriere endlich auch mal Heel zu sein dazu muss man einfach checken sie ist erwachsen geworden. Das neue T-Shirt ist auch klasse mit Bayley is my role model. [8.0] "Few women in WWE are capable of better matches than Bayley. Excellent heel. Unfortunately her move set is a bit lacklustre. In particular all of her finishers (diving elbow, belly-to-belly and Rose Plant) are not the best."

[5.0] "She ain't that good anymore. Her heel persona is keeping her in the title picture, but that's about it. She's average in the ring, especially now."

[8.0] "When she's against Sasha she's an all-timer, but she's not the greatest when she has a less-than-good dance partner. Thankfully, WWE is full of other skilled women right now for her to wrestle so she cranks out good matches pretty reliably. Other than this flaw, she reminds me a lot of Shawn Michaels, in that her selling is fantastic and her creativity is pretty stellar as well. She's great at to-the-floor bumps, specifically ones that hit the apron on the way down. They look so brutal and natural. I can't think of anyone out there male or female that does those kind of bumps these days as well as she does. The heel turn helped her with promos, and I think she's a great heel, but her overall style just screams natural babyface to me, and a Ricky Steamboat-style babyface is hard to come by in any league or division these days. Charlotte/Becky/Sasha got her beat on promos, but when it comes to selling she stands out in an era of weak/no selling. She also gets a knock for having a weak finisher in the belly to belly. Hopefully when she comes back she'll have a cool new persona and a better finisher. The facebuster looks alright when she's able to nail it, and it works itself into a chain pretty well, but like I said if her opponents are underskilled she has a hard time making it look good."

[8.0] "A creative dynamo. One of the smartest workers in the world, always thinking of the little things in and outside the ring to enhance matches. Was an all-time great babyface and has struggled a bit to make that transition to heel. Not in terms of character, which she is still among the best at, but at getting and building heat in matches. A better seller than someone on the attack, if that makes sense. Has slowed a bit in the ring due to injuries. Still, because of her creativity she's always someone you want to keep an eye on to see what they do next."

When she got called up to WWE's main roster I thought for sure she was going to be a huge star. For whatever reason, WWE didn't get that character. It was disappointing and I thought WWE had ruined another great superstar. Then they turned her heel and Bayley showed a new side that might even be better. She's proven to be great on the mic, which wasn't always the case before. She continues to excel in the ring and might be the best all around wrestler in WWE."

[10.0] "Bayley has done it all, she has been one of the best faces in memory and recently her heel turn has completely transformed her and her output. Her wrestling IQ is phenomenal, everyone she wrestles their performance elevates and she is unselfish in putting people over. Her promos are great and she has a great look. If I were building an organization from the ground up, Bayley would be my first pick."

It has been a pleasure to watch her throughout her illustrious career and will be immortalized in the Hall of Fame when she calls it a career."

I am not interested in Bayley. She is a very good wrestler in the ring although her current reign has not yielded anything concrete in the ring, but that's it. Bayley is not charismatic. Bayley is not funny. Bayley is embarrassing. It's a shame, because I'm deeply convinced that she can do things right, but her character is not at all innovative, it's exactly the cliche of the basic heel."

[10.0] "Several months ago, I gave Bayley a 7 for a great NXT career but a horrendous main roster run. I was beginning to think that her wrestling career was done. I take it all back. Bayley has finally found her stride as a heel and to me, has surpassed the other Four Horsewomen in character work. She was always a great worker as a baby face, but when she became ? Bayley Dos Straps? she became the most addictingly annoying heel in this COVID era of wrestling. She is absolutely psychotic in her new role with Sasha and steals the show every time she comes out. Love her Karen hairstyle too! Sorry for doubting you Dos Straps."

[9.0] "Underappreciated. That's what she is, from her ring work, to promos, to character she's been firing on all cylinders. Her and Sasha (great in her own right too 10 pts)are giving us some awesome tag matches and they aren't just working the top of the when it comes to in ring. I never doubted her, back when all of y'all gave up on her. Keep killin' it Thugger!"

[6.0] "Ich kann den Hype um Bayley nicht verstehen. Ja, im Ring ist sie gut, das stimmt. Aber weder ihre Promos noch ihr Gimmick (egal ob heel oder face) konnte mich bisher überzeugen. Besonders ihr Heelrun aktuell empfinde ich als absolut grottig. Das kann aber vielleicht auch an ihrem booking liegen. Den richtigen Look für das Aushängeschild der Frauen Division hat sie meiner Meinung nach nicht. Dazu muss ich sagen, dass ich ihren run bei NXT nicht gesehen habe. Ich bewerte also nur das was sie bisher im Main Roster gemacht hat. und das hat mich, bis auf ihr gutes In-Ring Talent wirklich nicht überzeugt. [4.0] "I don't understand why some people are hyped up about her and call her one of the best female superstars in WWE, her given the chances to shine is what makes some fans think she's good and better than most female wrestlers which are not true, she's definitely not terrible but she's not great either, her in-ring abilities are average and her move-set isn't impressive at all, and when it comes to character work and mic skills, she's so terrible, like truly terrible, she sometimes talks like a normal person and sometimes says cringy lines that annoy me af, especially her being in an entertainment show"

Wrestlerisch ist sie brauchbar, aber nicht konstant genug und deutlich schlechter als andere Stars der Division wie Charlotte oder Becky. Dazu kommt das sie auch einfach keinen interessanten, sondern eher einen ziemlich eindimensionalen Charakter darstellt. Dank der Zeit bei NXT reicht es noch für 6 Punkte. [6.0] "I feel like there is something there with the Bayley character, but I'm not sure the person behind the character is skilled enough to bring it out. I see a lot of untapped potential, but unfortunately, I'm not sure that potential will ever be seen. Bayley is one of the few people in all of wrestling who I feel is slowly getting worse where it's not due to booking or age. She is very shaky on the mic and not very sound in the ring. Her finisher is one of the worst in the business -- I can't believe they let her get away with using it."

[10.0] "Right now, I see three things that could possibly bring Bayley up to optimal performance in the WWE. 1. A definite draft to Smackdown would do wonders for her. 2. A heel turn at this point must happen. 3. The "hugger" gimmick needs to be scrapped and replaced with a new gimmick. Now that they've drafted her to Smackdown, I see better opportunities in her future."

[6.0] "If this was a rating on NXT Bayley I would probably give a 9. I highly recommend to anyone to watch her matches with Sasha Banks. Anyways, Bayley has always been abysmal on the mic and her character is very one dimensional. She's a solid wrestler but can often be very sloppy."

I think she has a lot more talent than some people give her credit for, but not as much as others. Love that Bayley-to-Bayley suplex though."

Sie hat schon gezeigt, dass sie tolle Matches worken kann, was sie jedoch nicht ganz mit der gleichen Konstanz wie Charlotte tut. Dafür ist sie aber selber konstant auf einem soliden bis guten Niveau und zeigt nie schlechte Matches. Sie hat ein breites Moveset, gutes Selling und eine gute Technik und neigt nur gelegentlich zur kleineren Botches. Nicht so sauber wie Becky oder spektakulär wie Sasha aber insgesamt eine wirklich gute In-Ring Workerin und daher 8 Punkte. Ihr Charisma ist - wenn man sie es denn zeigen lässt - riesig. Die WWE hat da wirklich Potential verschenkt weil NXT gezeigt hat, dass sie der beste Babyface der Welt sein kann. Zu den 10 Punkten fehlt mir noch etwas die Vielseitigkeit ihres Charakters, obwohl man in kleinen Dosen auch schon eine aggressivere Bayley gesehen hat. Also 9 Punkte in dem Bereich. Das Mic ist ihre größte "Schwäche", was nicht heißt das sie schlecht ist. Sie ist da halt etwas inkonstant. Sie hat durchaus schon gute, emotionale Face Promos gehalten aber manchmal wirkt sie auch etwas unsicher und nervös. Insgesamt ist das aber absolut in Ordnung. Insgesamt 8 Punkte für sie. Ich hoffe, dass entweder die WWE oder auch eine andere Liga ( Impact? ) nochmal ihr Talent erkennt und fördert."

[7.0] "I have to admit... I have never gotten the Bayley hype. She is a great character for kids sure, she is a steady hand, but to me something happened when she went to the main roster. I feel that when her character was watered down, she lost confidence and that unfortunately leaked into her ringwork as she has been making noticeable sloppy mistakes lately that she never did before. I think a change in direction is crucial because at this point I think her being one of the NXT horsewomen is the only thing that's keeping her there."

Das Gimmick - der Kunterbunten, immer gut gelaunten, ewigen Grinsebacke - passt perfekt. Bayley versprüht auch ein gewisses Maß an Naivität was ihrem Gimmick nur noch mehr Glaubwürdigkeit verleiht. Das Bayley in den Hauptshows stellenweise so unbeliebt ist liegt weniger an Bayley selbst sondern viel mehr wie die WWE sie einsetzt bzw. ihr Gimmick weiter entwickelt. Das einige deswegen wollen dass man bei Bayley einen Heelturn vollzieht halte Ich für unnötig. Eine böse Bayley kann Ich mir ehrlich gesagt nicht vorstellen nicht ohne Ihr ein neues Gimmick zu geben. Bayley ist eine klasse Wrestlerin und Ich wünsche mir das sie noch sehr lange in der WWE aktiv sein wird."

[8.0] "Ursprüngliche Bewertung: Vom wrestlerischen Können her definitiv in der Liga einer Becky Lynch, Asuka oder Emma. Also 8 Punkte. Einen Extra-Punkt bekommt sie für ihr Gimmick. Sie ist zwar "nur" diejenige, die unbeschwert durch's Leben läuft und das Mädchen mit der guten Laune spielt, aber sie spielt das einfach perfekt. Talent gepaart mit dem idealen Gimmick! // Update 12. 02. 2018: Leider wurde ihr Gimmick im Main Roster ziemlich runtergewirtschaftet zu Gunsten von Anderen (Alexa Bliss), so dass ich nicht mehr 9 Punkte geben kann, sondern auf 8 runter gehe, da ich Bayley immer noch sehr gerne sehen (z. B. im Duo mit Elias im Rahmen der Mixed Match Challenge), sie aber ziemlich im Fallen sehe. Da helfen dann auch die guten Matches (vs. Sasha Banks, vs. Asuka) nicht, die sie immer noch zeigt, wenn man sie lässt."

Im RIng ist sie immer noch sehr gut vor allem mit der richtigen Match Partnerin, ihre Ausstrahlung ist auch sehr gut, aber am Mic bzw. ihr schauspielerisches Talent an sich ist das was mich bei ihr stört. Das Gimmick ist auch nicht wirklich das tollste, aber sie bringt es trotzdem super rüber. Alles in allem dennoch eine der besten WWE Wrestlerinnen. 8, 5/10"

[8.0] "Still a good wrestler for sure. She knows how to make her opponents look better ( unlike hot trash alexa lesnar, who buried anyone in the ring and on mic to make them look like shit ). Charismatic as well and we saw that in nxt. Her underdog storyline was fantastic. Wrestled 2 of 3 best women matches in wwe history for sure. What happened to her in 2017 is a crime. I don't want to talk about it much. Hope she will get better. I don't want to see another talent being wasted. Sure her mic work is pretty bad, but you can make up for it by smarter booking ( use the strength of her character for example), which is almost non-existent in wwe. So I give 8."

Bin selber kein Fan von ihr, sie ist langweilig, sie spricht nur kleine Kinder an, was nicht schlecht sein muss, ihre Promos sind Fremdscham und langweilig, ihr Finisher ist grauenhaft, ihr Gimmick ist wie schon gesagt für Kinder gerichtet, ihr Wrestling ist in Ordnung. Bayley hat sehr wohl potential und ich traue ihr zu, dass sie noch vieles im Main-Roster reißen wird. Aber dazu benötigt sie einen kompetenten Aufbau. [7.0] "Ill have to applaud WWE for this one, they took the "Heart and Soul of NXT" and made her have no likeable traits, it would be funny if it wasn't so sad. The easiest to book babyface in the entire company was made to look like such a geek and gets her ass kicked week after week that people actually BOOED her! NXT had the blueprints on how to make Bayley a success and they threw it away to draw their own. Not sure if its Vinces stubbornness in taking ideas that works or that he always wants his favourites looking strong but whatever it is no matter how many good matches she has (and shes had many) she go from the female john cena in terms of potential sales to the female Roman Reigns in terms of popularity."

[9.0] "It's amazing how bad booking can cause people to turn on someone this hard. Bayley may not have the strongest speaking skills, and her booking has been bad for the last number of months, but she's charismatic as hell due to her natural and infectious likability and her in ring ability is wonderful. I mean, let's look at the list of wrestlers Bayley has managed to have good matches with: Eva Marie, Nia Jax, Carmella, Alexa Bliss. She's an absolute wizard, and has chemistry with pretty much everyone seemingly. And of course that's not even counting her 2015 classics with Sasha Banks and great bouts with Asuka and Charlotte. Simply put, she plays the fiery babyface role to perfection in the ring."

[5.0] "Bei NXT hat sie mich noch echt überzeugt. Ihre Matches waren stark und sie hat als Babyface super überzeugt. Im Main-Roster gings dann nur noch Berg ab. Im falschen Moment hochgebracht und Monate lang kein Programm gehabt. Ihre Matches werden im eintöniger und unsauberer. Für mich gibt es keinen dümmeren Spot im Wrestling als den, bei welchem Bayley von ihrer Gegnerin immer wieder den Kopf in den Turnbuckle gehauen bekommt und sie einfach nur den Kopf schüttelt und es über sich ergehen lässt. Das ist ihr Fighting Spirit von NXT ins lächerliche gezogen. Am Mic ist sie ein Vollkatastrophe. Das mag vielleicht an den gescripteten Promos liegen, aber andererseits ist nicht nur der Inhalt schlecht sondern auch wie sie ihn rüberbringt. Jeden Montag hört man wie sie ihren Traum lebt. Das nervt auf Dauer einfach nur noch. Dazu stottert sie dauernd und wirkt in Rededuellen mit anderen wie z. B. Alexa Bliss total unbeholfen. Der Titelgewinn kam erstens viel zu früh und zum falschen Zeitpunkt. Meiner Meinung nach hätte man sie die erste Zeit noch als Underdog aufbauen müssen wie bei NXT und ihr den Titel dann erst irgendwann bei einer Wrestlemania in einem großen Match geben können. Aber dieser Feel-good-Moment wie bei NXT wurde total verschwendet."

[8.0] "Bayley is the epitome of NXT. Forget all the other great wrestlers to come out of NXT. Bayley is the greatest and will go on to be the center of the main roster for years to come. Going from inexperienced to underdog babyface to respected talent backstage in NXT is amazing. The WWE sees money in her, and I don't blame them, Bayley is a star to build a division around!"

We're just waiting for that to take shape in the main roster. The skills are are still there despite working with subpar talent (Brooke, Jaxx) but he collisions with Charlotte are always good despite being given away on free TV. The problem seems to be the subtle nuances of her character are lost, fans haven't had enough time to latch on to Bayley because she was waylayed by Sasha-Charlotte. Now in position to score a huge underdog story on Charlotte soon, the window for her to become the top babyface women's wrestler is approaching."

[6.0] "Her lovable babyface gimmick from NXT sadly hasn't transitioned to the main roster very well, leaving her character feeling awkward at times. She's a decent enough worker, but I hope her character can get some minor tweaks to help her rise back to the greatness she achieved in NXT."

[10.0] "This is 100 % subjective of course. She has her weak points (talking spots) but this can be improve over time. In what she does best, connection with the crowd, in-ring wrestling, having good charisma, Bayley is up there with the best of all-time and she is only starting her days in the Raw brand (as of 2016). If the writers and the powers to be in the wwe give her the chance to have 2 or 3 good feud, Bayley could easily became hall of fame material in a decade or so of work. Being popular with young kids is not a bad thing. The only thing I'm curious about is what will they do after she plays the underdog so many time. I guess it's the main babyface problem. I've been watching wrestling since the mid-80s and always been a babyface fan. I really wish they can do something legendary with this incredible talent. By far, my favorite of the decade and one that I am always excited to watch. 10 out 10, of course."

Her gimmick has the potential to get stale, but thankfully her feud with Sasha in NXT showed that they can give the character a slight edge when needed."

[6.0] "Bayley's wrestling ability, like most of the other wrestlers in WWE, is pretty mediocre. Her offence can sometimes be unrealistic, which can easily disconnect me from a match. However, if she is matched against a similarly mediocre wrestler then this can actually result in some good matches, since the combined mediocre wrestling skill sets the standard for what is and isn't 'believable' as long as they have good chemistry. For this reason, Bayley can put on some good matches despite her wrestling skill actually being rather basic. As a character I really like Bayley. Her bubbly personality is oftem contagious. She does a great job of being a babyface who is all about positivity. Sadly, when they make Bayley too serious or too comical I end up disliking her. For example, I hate when they try to make her 'fire up' when she scrunches her face and screams "Nooo! " repeatedly when refusing to let her opponent smash her head into the turnbuckle. It comes off as a much too major break in character from her established persona, and making her appear tough this way feels way too heavy-handed. I similarly dislike how Bayley acts so comical all the time, as she can easily cross the line from 'charmingly loveable' to 'goofy', especially when she switches from being plainly innocent to being full on childish. A scaling back from both extremes of a Bayley's character would be appreciated. Overall, she's a fine performer."

[8.0] "An excellent babyface, really knows how to get fans invested in her story & matches. Great in the ring, very good when it comes to selling & her babyface fire is awesome. Bayley rules!"

Loveable character, connects with a large amount of the fan base and had a perfectly booked underdog story in NXT that climaxed with the two greatest women's matches in WWE history opposite Sasha Banks at Takeover Brooklyn and Takeover Respect. She's also arguably one of the best storytellers in the company. Her in ring story telling ability almost reminds me of Bret Hart in that she's able to use it to get good matches out of anyone, the most notable examples being her bouts with Eva Marie (EVA MARIE! ) and Nia Jax in late 2015. Hopefully they won't mess her up on the main roster, but considering how much they've botched Sasha and Charlotte's pushes in some ways, I'm not holding out much hope."

[8.0] "I'll be honest, I didn't think much of Bayley's character early on, but the slow build to her being bullied to then finally capturing the NXT women's champion in Brooklyn was really well done and I've been a fan ever since. While Bayley's mic skills have never been great, she has made improvements over the years and she can hold her own against anyone. It goes without saying how solid she is in the ring, but she compliments all her opponents in the ring and is willing to take big bumps to tell a story. She's very similar to Sasha Banks in that way, but I think Bayley is more selective when she takes a dangerous bump. The sky is the limit for how popular Bayley will be on the main roster, and I look forward to seeing what she does on a bigger stage."

Im Ring gehört sie zwar zu den Besseren, aber das Gimmick finde ich ganz furchtbar (für mich mit das Schlechteste in den letzten Jahren) und ihre Mimik und Geste finde ich auch ganz schlimm. Hat definitiv was drauf, ist aber auch sehr overrated meiner Meinung nach. Muss erstmal abwarten, wie sie sich im Main-Roster macht."

Her match with Asuka was pretty good and after that I checked out the feud with Sasha Banks and I was kind of surprised. The NXT ladies are really good and I hope Bayley will be send to the main roster soon. Her presence and charisma is contagious and you just cant help yourself but root for her!"

[8.0] "Whatever shortcomings Bayley may have are all overshadowed by her exceptional character work, the diversity in which she can work a match, and her unparalleled ability to connect to the audience. We've yet to see if they can transition it to the main roster. We've seen with the other women that it's not exactly a smooth ride. The issue is it has to come off as authentic, which is a tall order considering how manufactured Raw comes off as of late. If they can do it, I can see her and Banks main eventing a main roster PPV in not the too distant future"

[10.0] "Am Anfang hat wahrscheinlich keiner damit gerechnet dass Bayley in diesem Spot steht in dem sie nun steht :) Aber sie hat ihn sowas von verdient. Denn ich habe in meinem Leben noch nie ein Gimmick gesehen was Jung und Alt so stark mitreißt und immer zu begeistern weiß. Doch wenn wir über Bayley reden muss man dazu sagen dass sie nicht dass Topmodel ist und somit nur mit ihrem Aussehen punktet sondern auch mit ihrem starken Wrestling begeistert und ihrem Little Girl look. Dazu kommt dass ihre Story gegen Sasha überragend war genau wie das Match ich hatte Tränen in den Augen als sie Gewann aber auch als sie einen Text aus ihrer Kindheit vorgelesen hat. Und dass macht Bayley aus, dass sie Real ist und nicht etwas erfundenes und so verkauft sie sich auch und so ist sie ein Vorbild für jeden kleinen Jungen und jedes kleine Mädchen im Publikum. Und um ehrlich zu sein ist dies dass perfekte PG Gimmick denn jeder kann sich mit ihr identifizieren. Kommen wir aber zu einzelnen Kriterien: Wretling: 10/10 Sie ist mit Sasha wohl momentan die beste Wrestlerin im Roster und dazu auch noch fähig jeden Stil zu gehen Gimmick: 10/10 Dass perfekte PG Gimmick mit sehr viel realness wenn man es nicht versaut kann sie die wahrscheinlich beliebteste Wrestlerin der WWE Geschichte werden Micwork: 08/10 Leider immer noch sehr ängstlich doch dies liegt leider daran dass sie sehr viel Angst vor Kameras hatte als sie zur WWE kam. Aber um ehrlich zu sein wirkt sie dadurch doch schon sehr niedlich :) Charisma: 10/10 In diesem Gimmick die Charismatischste Person in der WWE (zsm. mit Nakamura) da sie eine ganze Halle mitreißen kann. Meinung: 10/10 Meine Lieblingswrestlerin und dass perfekte Face. Im moment kommt keine Wrestlerin an sie ran und kein Wrestler für mich. Ps: Schaut gern ma auf YouTube nach: "Bayley and Carmellas Periscope" einer sehr Sympathische und hübsche Frau Aja vielleicht bin ich ein wenig verliebt :D Aber psst sie ist nunmal sehr hübsch und niedlich :D"

[10.0] "Bayley ist meiner Meinung nach eine der besten aktiven weiblichen Wrestlerinnen. Ich hoffe einfach nur, dass wenn sie ins Main Roster kommt, nicht falsch eingesetzt wird."

[9.0] "Hat sich in den letzten Jahren unglaublich verbessert. Im Ring ist sie ziemlich gut und ihr Charisma plus ihre Faninteraktion sind bombe. Freue mich wenn sie ihre Qualitäten im Mainroster zeigen darf, da sie bei NXT so ziemlich alles gerissen hat."

[8.0] "8 Punkte, eine 2 von mir für Bayley. Man kann sagen was man will, aber Bayley hat es im Ring schon drauf. Natürlich gibt es viele die mehr drauf haben, vorallem bei NXT, jedoch hat Bayley eine Art, mit der sie einen einfach mitreißt. Ich mag ihre Matches. Wobei ich denke, dass sie demnächst wohl ihren Titel verlieren wird und ins Main Roster gezogen wird, wo ich dann hoffe, dass sie den Weg der anderen NXT Diven geht und auch eine wichtige Rolle spielt. Einzig und allein an ihrem Micwork muss sie vielleicht noch arbeiten. Kann zwar ihrer Rolle geschuldet sein, jedoch wirkt sie bei Promos immer etwas Unsicher und Ängstlich. Man merkt ihr an, dass es ihr nicht so angenehm ist vor den Leuten zu stehen und große Reden zu schwingen. Deswegen auch nur 8 Pkt. Wird sie dort noch besser, können es auch noch 1-2 Pkt mehr werden."

[10.0] "Passt perfekt als Gesicht von NXT. Hat sich sehr gut entwickelt, wenn man bedenkt, dass sie zu Anfang nicht ganz ernst genommen wurde. Ist zwar im Ring nicht ganz so gut wie Sasha Banks, aber das gleicht sie durch ihre mitreissende Art aus. Könte die Divas Revolution tragen."

[9.0] "I normally hate seemingly-eternal babyfaces. However, it's hard not to like Bayley. I compare her to Daniel Bryan, someone who the crowd will pretty much always be behind. And she has the skills along with the popularity. She had arguably the 2 matches of the year with Sasha Banks in 2015. While I may not like that she will probably be a babyface for the vast majority of her career, I can't bash Bayley when I look at all the hard work she does."

[9.0] "Probably the most genuinely likeable babyface in the entire company this side of Daniel Bryan. The kind of female wrestler a parent could encourage a young daughter to adopt as a role model, while she is very good in the ring too. Natural charisma, despite not being the most fluid talker. Prone to a few missed spots here and there, and some of her transitions are a bit slow, but well beyond most of her peers, and she clearly loves the craft and is not just in it to further a modeling career."

[9.0] "Unbelievable performer. Consistently great matches with the other Horsewomen and some others like Bliss and Nia Jax. She is very inspirational and one of the best babyfaces in the industry. The only thing she needs improvement on his her mic skills; she just needs a little more intensity and attitude, but that's it. WWE has a very bright future with this one."

[9.0] "Exceptional wrestler, can make a good match from everyone. I was afraid of this silly character at fiets, but at the ends you tend to like it"

Ganz abgesehen davon zählt sie auch im Ring zu den absoluten Könnern, was sie sowohl gegen klasse Wrestlerinnen wie Sasha Banks, als auch gegen Anfängerinnen wie Nia Jax unter Beweis stellen konnte. Wenn nichts schief geht, sollte sie in den kommenden Jahren das Top-Face der Damen-Division werden."

[8.0] "Sympatisches Mädel mit Gute-Laune-Gimmick. Hat sich wrestlerisch stark gesteigert - vom viertwichtigsten Mitglied der 4-Horse-Women zur absoluten Klasse für sich. Dies sei gerade auf ihr ausgezeichnetes Selling bezogen, aber nicht reduziert. Sie weiß gute Stories zu erzählen und reißt die Fans mit. Hebt sich auch rein optisch stark vom Mainstream ab, ohne unglaubwürdig zu wirken. Allerdings muss sich noch zeigen, dass sie langfristig noch was anderes kann als permanenter Underdog."

[9.0] "An immensely-likable underdog babyface, Bayley knows how to get the crowd behind her and has the charisma to carry interviews and angles. Moreover, she is excellent in terms of in-ring work and knows how to tell a compelling story in the ring. While she's already at a point where you couldn't ask for much more in an up-and-coming babyface, she's still young enough that she can only continue getting better."

[8.0] "Bayley is a superstar in NXT! The fans love her down there and rightfully so. An underdog baby face if there ever was one. How can you not root for her? My only fear is that her bubble will burst when one of to things happen. Either she gets called up to the main roster and is rebooted or people get sick of her. Though it will be a cold day in hell when fans get tired of the adorable Bayley. A role model for young girls and boys everywhere. You go Bayley!"

[10.0] "There's something very special about Bayley. She just has this connection with people and natural charisma. If they actually played their cards right, this girl could be a female version of like a John Cena. She's just very special and the crowds love her."

[9.0] "Bayley's improved a ton since her debut in NXT. I wasn't her biggest fan during her time on the independent scene, but she's won my heart for sure. Great wrestler, strong presence, bright future."

[10.0] "She has become one of the best babyfaces in the world, male or female. It's been a long time since I felt myself getting so behind a purer-than-pure face."

[8.0] "Hier musste einfach mal eine deutliche Aufwertung her. Im Ring kann Bayley eigentlich immer überzeugen, wenn sie gefordert ist, das Match mit Sasha Banks von Takeover: Brooklyn ist DAS herausragende Beispiel. Technisch nicht zu verachten und in der Lage, gute Geschichten im Ring zu erzählen, auch durch ihre sehr gute Mimik und Gestik. Das Gimmick ist absolut liebenswürdig und sympathisch, noch dazu vermittelt sie es glaubwürdig - was glaube ich daran liegt, dass sie genauso auch wirklich ist. Sobald sie etwas ernster wurde und nicht nur alle Leute umarmen wollte, hatte das Gimmick die Perfektion fast erreicht. Am Mikro dadurch überzeugend, dass sie authentisch wirkt - hier ist aber auch noch eine Menge Potenzial nach oben. Die Fans können sich sehr gut mit ihr identifizieren, was bei NXT ja auch perfekt in die Storylines eingearbeitet wurde. Der Charakter Bayley ist eigentlich sehr PG, aber trotzdem eines der besten reinen Faces in der ganzen Company oder sogar darüber hinaus. Ein mehr als verdienter Titlerun mit dem NXT WomenŽs Title liegt vor ihr - wenn sie sich hier weiter beweisen kann, dürfte auch die Promotion kommen. Und ganz ehrlich: die WWE könnte, wenn sie es richtig anfängt, mit Bayley vermutlich eine Menge Geld machen. Eine bessere Inspirationsquelle für junge Mädchen und Frauen wird sich auf jeden Fall nicht so schnell finden."

[10.0] "Bayley ist wohl das beste weibliche Face was ich je gesehen habe. Dazu mit einer großartigen In-Ring-Psychologie ausgestattet."

[6.0] "Im Ring durchaus brauchbar. In ihrem Match gegen Sasha hat sie sogar bewiesen, dass sie auch zu außergewöhnlichen Matches im Stande ist. Charismatisch ist sie ebenfalls völlig solide. Würde sie gerne im Main Roster sehen, wo sie neben den ganzen Püpchen ein völlig neues Element in der Divison wäre. Mehr Punkte gibts, wenn sie sich auch auf der großen Bühne beweisen kann und es schafft, interessant zu bleiben."

[8.0] "Bayley is everything John Cena is supposed to be. She's a colorful, likable underdog who can garner sympathy and affection from the crowd as she fights her way from the bottom to the top, while also being true to herself and being the best person she can be. On top of all that she's also a good wrestler and a great character that kids and adults both love. Her only glaring flaw is her mic work. She always sounds very wooden and overly scripted, making her promos and interviews awkward."

[9.0] "Ganz Klar: Die Zukunft der Divas-Division ! Nach NXT-TakeOver war ich überzeugt. Technisch sehr gut, Richtig coole Entrance und Gimmick, auch wenns nicht wirklich meins ist. Es ist zwar noch ein langer Weg bis zur Spitze, aber Bayley ist noch ziemlich jung und hat das Potenzial sehr weit zu kommen."

[8.0] "Habe ja bisher nicht wirklich so viel von ihr gehalten, wrestlerisch ganz okay, Gimmick leider ziemlich grauenvoll, wenn auch für die PG-Ausrichtung der WWE absolut treffend, wirkte aber trotzdem stets so als würde sie dies auch glaubhaft herüber bringen. Das aber, was ich beim letzten NXT-Takeover gesehen habe war wirklich grandios und hat mich letztlich von ihr überzeugt. Gerade das Selling der Manöver auf die einst gebrochene Hand - Hut ab, das hatte Klasse. Hoffe dass dies der Grundstein inŽs Mainroster ist, glaube aber dass dies noch etwas dauern wird. Denke mal, sie wird uns noch einiges an Freude bereiten!"

[10.0] "Nice young talent! She and Sasha Banks are the great workers in the ring. Why Does she get just 7. 52. She Deserves higher rating, like 8+. Now i rate her 10. Because she's just the best thing that happens in WWE."

[9.0] "Ich war mir vor dem Match nicht zu 100% sicher, ob sie eine gute oder eine großartige Wrestlerin ist - nun weiß ich es: Sie ist eine großartige und steht am Anfang einer großen Karriere!"

[10.0] "Their ain't no stopping her now, she can celebrate on the floor. Bayley is a really awesome wrestler and a very fun character, that can also be a great sympathetic face, she kind of reminds me of El Generico in that way."

[10.0] "Wow, die Frau ist eine wahre Technikerin! Gefällt mir momentan sehr gut im Ring. Da sich viele über ihr Gimmick beschweren, muss man hier ganz klar die WWE und sie loben, da endlich eine Frau überhaupt mal ein Gimmick bekommen hat und sie es sehr exzellent umsetzt. Man darf auf weiteres gespannt sein. UPDATE: 2 Jahre später gehe ich auf die 10 hoch. Nicht nur durch Takeover: Brooklyn, auch durch ihre Leistungen der vergangenen Wochen ist dies mehr als verdient. Man kann vom Gimmick halten, was man will - Fakt ist, dass die Frau dahinter erste Sahne ist. Klasse Wrestlerin."

[3.0] "I've seen Bayley wrestle quite a number of times in NXT and I can't say I'm a fan of her as a wrestler. Her "I'm A Hugger" gimmick is beyond stupid in my opinion and it hinders the movability and fluidity to Bayley's matches in the ring. I can't say I'm a fan of her spin on the belly to belly suplex either. Sorry Bayley but, I'm not much of a fan of her or many of the other NXT divas for that matter."

[7.0] "Most passionate NXT diva on the roster bar npne, she has great ring skills, great character development and shows so much emotional when wrestling or cutting a promo. Time will tell if she'll be a huge success within the company, two things you can't teach are passion and heart and she has both."

[8.0] "Ich konnte mit Bayley anfangs absolut NICHTS anfangen, aber sie hat sich dann doch noch bei mir durchgesetzt. Sie ist relativ gut im Ring und die Micskills sind OK. Auch ihr Gimmick konnte anfangs Null anklang bei mir finden, aber inzwichen Feiere ich zumindest ihren Entrance wie zb. Bei Rival mit den Luftschlangen in die "Luft fliegen"."

[8.0] "Ich find Bayley hat sich in der letzten Zeit ordentlich gemacht. Im Ring kann sie einiges und die Fans stehen da auch hinter ihr. Gerade in der letzten Zeit gegen Charlotte wurde sie gut dargestellt. Wenn man es richtig weiterbookt kann man sie als ernsthafte #1 Contenderin auf den NXT Women's Championship aufbauen."

[8.0] "I don't get why people hate on her so badly. She has talent, charisma, and good mic skills. Maybe a small change in story, to make her more believable but in general a good talent, and a very good wrestler."

[9.0] "Super süß und gut im Ring, gute Kombination. Und endlich mal eine WWE Wrestlerin, die ordentlich Suplessen verteilt."

[6.0] "Bailey is great. While I don't really like her gimmick as a little, naive, girl, she is decent on the mic and in the ring. In a couple years, she will be a WWE Diva, and without a doubt an NXT Divas' Champion. That being said about her gimmick being a little goofy, she has done a great job of adding layers to her character. Her character won't stop without a fight, and has a mean streak. She has a bright future. For now, only 6/10, as she has a little way to go in the ring and on the mic."

[8.0] "Aside from the iffy mic skills that are hidden well with the character Bayley has all the tools to become a major success in the future. She's above average in the ring and connects with the fans more than any other diva."

[10.0] "Bayley is incredible. She has a very unique gimmick that she plays very well and she has such amazing ring skills! There's something about her that makes her special. Her gimmick isn't stale; it's quite nice to see a new act in WWE other than Divas who are either sassy/sexy or mentally unstable. She connects with the crowd and appeals to young female fans who see themselves in her. The NXT audience is always on their feet, chanting her name whenever she shows up. Her in-ring skills make her even better. Bayley has great talent. She's strong and has a great body physique, followed by a consistent performance in the ring. In fact, she even made Eva Marie, one of the worst wrestlers of all time, look decent when they fought. Bayley sells moves well, she rarely botches, and always performs great. She brings a fresh feel to what women's wrestling should be."

[9.0] "Bayley is great. Fans love her because she is so likeable and tries her best . She's one the biggest babyface in NXT. She is one of these wrestler who can have a good match with anyone (including eva marie). She one of the best women wrestlers in wwe today. Though I am not a fan of the hugplex at least it fit her persona. Hopefully she has a great career when she is called up to the main roster."

[3.0] "Ich kann sie nicht ertragen so leid es mir tut. Ich weiß, wie beliebt sie bei manchen ist und ihre Fähigkeiten im Ring sind im Oberen Durchschnitt für WWE Verhältnisse. Optisch fällt sie durch, das mag jetzt oberflächlich wirken und nichts mit Ihren Fähigkeiten zu tun haben, aber sie ist ne WWE Diva und wir wissen alle welche Voraussetzungen dafür nötig sind."

[8.0] ""Bayley is Money", so könne man es am besten sagen. Mit ihrem Gimmick passt sie perfekt ins Sport Entertainment. Außerdem ist sie im Ring überdurchnittlich gut für Frauen-Verhältnisse bei der WWE."

[6.0] "Just like the rating states at 6 she's a satisfactory wrestler with decent wrestling skills, her bayley to belly suplex has a original touch to it, her somewhat corny gimmick comes off well because she knows how to play it. The fans in nxt are firmly behind her let's hope her character transiction doesnt suffer the emma syndrome where she left the developmental facility to then be dropped as a unoriginal gimmick in front of raw and sd. I give bailey a bearable 6 lets hope they dont overdo the gimmick too much in the future, but as for now she needs it to get behind the fans."

[8.0] "Underrated talent in the ring. Check out some of her work outside of the WWE and you'll see why she's one of the most technically sound female wrestlers in the world. She noticeably holds back since she's been in her current gimmick. You can even see a more aggressive technical side when you see some of her very first matches at NXT before the fan-girl gimmick."

[8.0] "Very good wrestler that has been training for a long time. Can provide fun matches and segments. She'll be a big star if given the right platform."

[4.0] "Noch so eine jung Dame aus dem NXT-Stall. Wie die meisten ihrer Kolleginnen, auch mit guten technischen Grundlagen ausgestattet. Hier macht sich die die Aus/ Weiterbildung von diversen Ex-Wrestlern wie Bill DeMott oder Finlay wirklich bezahlt. Promos hat sie ja noch nicht wirklich gehalten also auch nicht zu bewerten, wie sie sich da so macht. Hat leider ein grauenhaftes Gimmick verpasst bekommen. Diese ewig fröhliche, naive Dummchen-Nummer kann ja nicht der Ernst der WWE-Offiziellen sein. Ist schon klar, dass jeder einen anderen Stil und eine anderen Charakter bevorzugt, aber so finde ich sie einfach nur verschenkt."

[8.0] "Bayley is a very good wrestler and her character perfectly fits her."

[7.0] "Bayley is one of the most lovable wrestlers the WWE has. She is incredibly talented, agile, and has a great gimmick which she uses to perfection. I would however like to see more from her in longer matches perhaps."
