[8.0] "Psicosis moves like he's auditioning for Cirque du Soleil but with more dropkicks and fewer safety nets. His high-flying moves are a joy to watch, though sometimes it feels like he's aiming for the rafters instead of his opponent. But hey, who doesn't appreciate a little ambition? And that mask? Iconic. It screams, "I'm mysterious, dangerous, and probably allergic to boring matches." He could be reading a grocery list in that mask, and we'd still cheer. However, let's be honest: his mic skills aren't exactly legendary. His promos often felt like they were written during intermission. But that's okay! Psicosis wasn't there to talk you into a fight--he was there to flip you into one."
[8.0] "One of the most recognizable luchadores to ever come out of the AAA promotion in Mexico. He was apart of the original 3-4 wrestlers to get the American spotlight in ECW then eventually WCW. His in ring work is one of the best for WCW Cruiserweight action."
[6.0] "Psychosis lost most of his ppv matches in WCW against guys like Mysterio, Dean Malenko and Ultimo Dragon but the guy made everybody look like a million bucks and he could take some insane bumps. He was always the guy right behind the belt holders and he would eventually get the cruiserweight title twice in WCW, but this was 1999 when the company was going to hell and he only held the belt for 1 week on the first run and his second "run" with the belt was being gifted the title after WCW stripped Lenny Lane cause GLAAD got mad at his gimmick and WCW had to pull him off TV. WCW made up some crap that Psychosis won it on a house show then he immediately lost it to Disco Inferno in his first televised appearance as champ. Psychosis also has the dubious distinction of losing two championships he never won when he defended the IWGP junior heavyweight title for his druggy friend Juventud after he got arrested and Psychosis immediately lost it back to Jushin Thunder Liger."
[8.0] "Seriously underrated. Psicosis was a pretty good worker who just so happened to have one of the greatest in-ring feuds of all time, that being vs Mysterio, seriously those matches were almost always classics. Psicosis never found the success he deserved (simply because Mysterio, Juv, Eddie and Malenko were just better) and after WCW ended, he never had much staying power in any one company. But for that Mysterio feud alone, its an 8."
[9.0] "Psychosis is an underrated, but pivotal part of the lucha style coming to America. He was an amazing wrestler who served as the perfect counterbalance to Rey Misterio Jr., and without each other, neither would have been as big as they were. Psychosis is definitely a guy whose name deserves to be mentioned more when it comes to discussing wrestling history."
[8.0] "Psychosis was one of the luchadores who helped bring Lucha Libre more mainstream in the US. Had great matches with Rey Mysterio and Juventud in WCW and ECW. Shame he never got a good WCW cruiserweight title run and his WWE run was weighed down by the Mexicools gimmick."
[7.0] "Psicosis was one of the better luchadors of his era who transitioned to the American style, because he had a much better understanding of ring psychology. Resulted in a much more consistent output in ECW and WCW than his peers and later showed good heel work after his unmasking."
[8.0] "Glass ceilings are a b1tch. I'm pretty sure if WCW was more "together" behind the scenes and put Psicosis with a mouth piece (*ahem* a GOOD one), he could have been a something in the US. Remarkable grasp on pacing and ring psychology for a luchador. Great seller (he has this "splat & twitch" spot where he will do a flat back bump with all of his limbs sprawled out on impact and will give one last pitiful flop of all four simultaneously, to let you know his opponent just straight up killed his a$s), super smooth worker, adapted well to anyone's style... but they (WCW) kept pairing him with other luchadores! check out his match against Booker T (WCW Nitro April 20 '98) and see how easy it was for him to mesh with Book' and adapt a methodical style. Always a pleasure to watch; his flying guillotine leg drop was one of THE most gorgeous examples of the move ever, rivaling Bobby Eaton's. Loved the masked look with the Peg Bundy wig or his natural wavy raven locks and had super cool music in WCW. I really wish he had more matches with American style workers, he was soo good at working *with* the opposition, but the lucha style I think handcuffed the likes of HIM SPECIFICALLY. 7.75 rounded up."
[7.0] "Solid work in the WCW cruiserweight division, seemed to get more of a push than most of the other masked wrestler around there at the time, Mysterio jr. not counted of course."
Dennoch guter High Flyer Wrestler."
[10.0] "Everybody who born in the 90's must to remember this guy, a huge figure in Mexico and United States, Psicosis was the firs name and when his name was knowed, he return to Mexico and discovered that other guy was porting the masc of Psicosis and rename Nicho el Millonario, and he still wrestling with this name until he wear the classic masc again being Psicosis the living legend."
[8.0] "Somewhat forgotten in mainstream wrestling history, but a man who took from his origins and influences to become a standout in then-cutting edge wrestling."
Ebenfalls 6 Punkte!"
