Overall, he was serviceable at best and helped stories to be told. |

As a booker it's difficult to separate his achievements from that of his partner because they worked so closely, but it's now known he convinced NJPW to hire and push KUSHIDA and beyond any shade of doubt he helped the promotion to pick up again after that long miserable period known as "Inokism". He deserves a positive rating just for that. However his time at NOAH literally made the promotion difficult to watch, hinting he either needs somebody to edit his ideas or that he was under strict orders to push Suzukigun and other NJPW workers at the detriment of local talent. These days he seems happy to work behind the scenes and to play an unconvincing Oedo-tai impersonator in his spare time and that's probably a good thing because age and injuries have really made his in-ring work unwatchable. |

Als Junior Tag Team sind/waren Jado und Gedo eine feste Grösse und heute freue ich mich auch über die seltener gewordenen Auftritte von Jado im Ring. Er zieht mit seinem Whooo und seinem Umfallen á la Ric Flair immer noch gute Reaktionen bei den Fans und ist in Multi Men Matches wunderbar aufgebhoben. Sein Partner hat es aber als Manager von Okada geschafft, den Fans auchohne Jado im Gedächtnis zu bleiben. Deshalb gebe ich einen Punkt weniger für Jado als für Gedo und somit 5 Punkte. Dazu gibts für das meist grandiose Booking bei New Japan einen hochverdienten Zusatzpunkt. |
