[7.0] "He is a pretty good young deathmatch wrestler with a lot of potential. He has a better look than most of the deathmatch wrestlers going right now and he does have technical wrestling abilities."
[8.0] "Out of the three debuting Big Japan rookies in 2018, along with Hyodo and Kato, Ishikawa is my favourite. He has really come into his own as a deathmatch wrestler, has had plenty of great singles matches and is quite handsome if I do say so myself. This really does make it frustrating that BJW seemingly just don't wanna give him the push that'd establish him as a name in the deathmatch scene."
[8.0] "Ishikawa has improved quite a bit this year and is showing some impressive signs only a few years into his career. With BJW losing Sakuda and Ueki, he's got quite a lot to live up to in the deathmatch division but his recent matches show he's should be up to snuff. As he continues to develop more I suspect he'll be the guy to define the division moving forward and I look forward to seeing it."
