[10.0] "Yukinori Matsui is really fun referee that that added to his matches in Dramatic Dream Team and Osaka Pro Wrestling. He is notable to me because of the matches he refereed of Ebessan/Kikutaro and Kuishinbo Kamen in Osaka Pro Wrestling. He also does a good job with more serious matches and other varieties of matches"
[10.0] "One of my favourite referees in wrestling along side Red Shoes, Daichi and Chioda. For a referee he is surprisingly hilarious and adds to comedy matches without ever taking center stage. Also great when he referees normal matches."

He stands out in some matches without taking any of the spotlight from the wrestlers ask him to be funny and he will a 100 percent deliver. And it would be really weird to see a DDT match not being officiated by either Ref Matsui or Ref Kiso."

[10.0] "The referee has to be inconspicuous, and if the opposite happens, I get distracted from the match. For this reason, I find Red Shoes a bit overrated, because it often draws attention to itself. Matsui manages to combine excellent refereeing with his visibility. Yukinori, if necessary, becomes a full-fledged participant in the match, an integral element, and it is a pleasure to watch this. He always conveys with his emotions what the viewer is experiencing, being surprised when it is necessary to be surprised, and being shocked when it is necessary to be shocked. His behind-the-scenes segments and signature throat sound are masterpieces. But when a match is completely exciting, I may not even notice him, then he just focuses on his craft and does it amazingly. At first, I was not used to watching him work, but now I believe that Matsui is the best referee in professional wrestling. He is very versatile, but he does his job."
