[10.0] "Mark Rocco is a name many haven't heard of but trust me when I say he is a top 5 all-time wrestler. Rocco had everything. His intensity was off the damn charts, his strikes seemed vicious, his power moves were crisp and his grappling was smooth. His ability to draw heel heat was second to none. Rocco had a fantastic career in Britain, holding titles for multiple years, in Japan Rocco was the first Black Tiger and he became the WWWF Junior Heavyweight Champion. Alongside Marty Jones, Tiger Mask, Gran Hamada, Jushin "Thunder" Liger and Dynamite kid.... Rocco pioneered modern, fast paced wrestling. Rocco had an amazing career and is underrated."

[10.0] "I've been watching and knowing him for a while and he is incredible; a talented villain in the ring and outside of it, as regal says he was ahead of his time, and also invented of CW Style."

[10.0] "A genius! The man was a tremendous techinician and an innovator in the UK at being a heel; his feud with Marty Jones images that perfectly. In Japan, Black Tiger was a fever and caused a big bang in their juniors division. He also had a brief run there as himself in 1987 with some interesting bouts (even teaming with Owen Hart). A man with such passion and heart for the sport, that this latter was weakened by it and forced him to hang up his boots."

[8.0] "Not only was Mark Rocco one of the best British wrestlers of the 70s and 80s, but he made his mark In Japan as Black Tiger and was a major star there as well."

[10.0] "Though his name has been lost in pro-wrestling history as merely a foe of the legendary Tiger Mask, Mark Rocco is one of Britain's greatest and most influential stars. he is one of the forgotten shining stars of the early 1980s when he and a few others virtually changed the future of pro-wrestling by bringing together Japanese physicality, British fluidity and Mexican athleticism into a new style that has an undeniable presence today. In the way of look, Rocco wasn't much, he didn't have much of a build or much size for that matter, he wore a ugly outfits that are almost comedic in retrospect and his handlebar mustache made him look like a generic 1970s dirtbag Normally that wouldn't lead to success, but Mark Rocco turned into one of the premier lighter weight wrestlers of the 80s. a reputation feuding with the men like Marty Jones and Chic Cullen, Mal Sanders, well as people like the Dynamite Kid, Sammy Lee (Tiger Mask) and Fuji Yamada (Jushin Liger) there as well as in Japan. plus vs Kuniaki Kobayashi, Gran Hamada, Ryuma Go, The Cobra and then back in the U. K vs Danny Boy Collins, Johnny Saint Steve Wright, When Tiger Mask hit they brought in all sorts of challengers, Dynamite was the best, but Black Tiger was not far off!"
