The match was probably helped Garcia's busted lip before he started taking over and Paul's commentary around it, making him look more vicious for pushing through some blood to keep Johnson down, but this felt like a match with history and a bit of grudge even though it was just a dark one off."

This was a solid match given it's short length, but they used every second to it's maximum potential. Johnson picked up a big win, while Garcia put himself on the radar of AEW once again."
