[5.0] "What was supposed to be a clash for the GHC National Championship, the company's second most prestigious belt, unfortunately ended in disappointment. The match struggled to get going. Too short to allow for any dramatic build-up, too hollow to give weight to the stakes, the confrontation resembled more of an exhibition than a serious defense of a major title. The "champion vs. champion" label, promising on paper, served only as an empty showcase. Neither the wrestlers' aura nor the match's construction helped raise the level. And yet, the audience, loyal and noisy as always in this usually electric venue, turned out in force. In the end, while Galeno and Alpha Wolf did not disappoint in terms of execution, they failed to elevate their confrontation. Rating: **1/2"
[6.0] "This was at the higher end of Galeno singles matches, but never really got cooking beyond "decent opener" level and into "engaging title defense" territory. Ending felt pretty abrupt."
[7.0] "I wish we had more matches like this. It wasn't a masterpiece but just a very good, quick match that accomplished its goal of getting Galeno over as champ and Wolf over as a worthy challenger. There are a lot of matches that would benefit from being less than 10 minutes and this was a great example of how to have a very good match without a long runtime. ***1/2"
