[5.0] "This show (including the one non tournament match) had 2 matches worth watching and it's the Necro/Toby vs. Younger/Rotten and Corp/Dysfunction vs. Lane/Freakshow. Other than that, the rest of the card isn't really worth a watch."

[3.0] "The main issue with this show is that there was too much to focus on with every match basically being an elimination tornado tag match. The show overall wasn't great but it wasn't the worst. Pondo & Tony vs Childs & Ladder was the match of the night. Also this crowd was very quiet for the majority of the show"

[6.0] "It will meet more tempered expectations but outside a couple matches you might enjoy this is a skippable show. Would recommend first two Tough Crazy Bastards matches. Final is ok, the final fall is pretty nasty with cactus and barb wire"

[7.0] "Well I've never seen a man vomit in the ring, that was gross. Besides seeing that the tournament was a success. IWA broke new ground with the first ever deathmatch tag tournament in America. It was more then wild brawls and weapon shots, their was actual chemistry."

[6.0] "1. Eddy & Jagged/Ryder & Taylor: ** (The heels & faces are the opposite of what you would expect in hindsight, but the match is a solid, old school tag match that ends abruptly with a roll-up. Ryder then turns on Chucky and sides with dastardly Jim Fannin, because IWA) 2. Old & Younger/Naptown Dragons: *** œ (Holy shit. Obviously all of the old IPW guys have a great chemistry, but this match was just unreal. Ian totally held his own, despite the dumb chair shots [which if Shibata can headbutt himself into hematomas and receive praise then I’ll enjoy a few chair-shots] and there were more than a few memorable spots here. Great start to the tournament. Then you get TWO of his rambling promos to level out your enjoyment. Surreal to think than Ian is the only one of these 4 still wrestling) 3. TCB/Rogue & Chuey: ** Œ (Winners are obvious, but this was still a fun match. Chuey is very young here and doesn’t have much personality yet. Rogue gets darts thrown into his back. Some decent stuff here) 4. Milwaukee’s Best/6FU: * Ÿ (This was going decently, even pretty well, and then due to salt or peppers or lemon juice I assume, Insane Lane profusely sprays vomit all over the ring and the entire rest of the match becomes unwatchable) 5. Baka Gaijin/Children Of Pain: ** Œ (Pretty enjoyable. Tony gets his arm fucked with a tube. Darin Childs sets himself on fire and it goes only slightly better than Shadow WX setting himself on fire) 6. Semi #1: *** (Old school brawling meets deathmatch wrestling. Good match) 7. Semi #2: * œ (Just a big confusing mess) 8. Finals: *** Œ (This match was kind of underwhelming until the eliminations started happening and then Tony/Toby started doing their awesome blend of wrestling and crazy shit and it was really good) (Overall, a fun, ‘harmless’ show)"

[4.0] "Ein Tunier wo das Hardcore total vorkommt. Dieser Darin Childs ist echt total verrückt zündete sich selbst sein T-Shirt an flog dann mit einer Diving Senton auf 2 Tuff Tony natürlich hat er ihn verfehlt und wird dann recht schnell gelöscht. Auch war das was Mad Man Pondo da mit dem Feuerwerk gemacht hat echt gefährlich. Der Ring fing Feuer und dann dieses Feuerwerk auf Sicherheit wird hier überhaupt nicht geachtet auch das wurde schnell gelöscht. Die Matchqualität schwankt hier sehr von grauenhaft bis solide. Hier kommen Hardcore Fans total auf ihre Kosten. Es gab hier nicht ein einziges Matche des Tuniers wo nicht einer geblutet hat. Mein Match of the Night war Double Death Tag Team Tournament 2006 Semi Final Fans Bring The Weapons Match Old And Younger (Drake Younger & Ian Rotten) vs. The Tough Crazy Bastards (Necro Butcher & Toby Klein). Auch brutal und hart aber hier sah ich auch etwas Wrestling (**3/4). Das Tunier ist sehr was für Leute die auf brutales Hardcore Wrestling stehen darauf stehe ich auch doch ich möchte auch Qualität sehen. Das sah ich hier nur bedingt. Nicht schlecht aber auch nicht gut."

[4.0] "Tja was soll man sagen. Im Opener gab es ungefähr doppelt soviele Wrestlingmoves wie im gesamten Turnier. Wenn davon die Hälfte auch noch von Ian Rotten kommt kann man sich die wrestlerische Klasse ungefähr vorstellen. Der Hardcore Bereich wird aber ganz gut abgedeckt und alles was das Hardcore Herz höher schlagen läßt ist dabei. Die Wrestler hängen sich auch gut rein so dass das Tournament auch nicht sooo schlecht ist. Unter anderem mit einem krassen Bump von Darin Childs der sich mal eben anzündet. Krank! Ansonsten halten Pondo und Rotten zwischendurch auch noch ein paar Reden. Also alles wie immer bei IWA-MS. MotN: Insane Lane der den Ring vollkotzt und dafür den ganzen Abend auf die Schippe genommen wird."

[5.0] "In meinen Augen auf einer Höhe mit dem QotDM Tunier. Darin Childs zündet sich sein T-shirt an um einen diving senton auf Tony zu zeigen, verfehlt diesen aber und Tony wartet, bis sein Gegner gelöscht wurde um ihn dann zu pinnen - die spinnen doch total. Klein und Necro als Sieger geht mehr als in Ordnung, den ich sehe zu diesem Zeitpunkt niemanden in der Death-Match-Landschaft, der so verläßlich arbeitet wie die beiden außer Drake Younger. "
