2118.03.2026AfixXxe7.0The last show before Revolution 2025, which serves to build up rivalries and matches, suffers from the filler that usually plagues this secondary show. This show did manage to pique my interest in tomorrow's battle royal, but I didn't understand the purpose of the segment between Statlander and Theckla. What's the point of all that if Statlander ends up losing? Two decent matches at the beginning of the show; they continue to underestimate Bang Bang Gang, who are lost in the tag team and trios divisions, and a solid main event featuring Mexican wrestlers. I like seeing Andrade getting good treatment without needing a title in his hands. Since his return to AEW with this character, he has consistently delivered good matches, and I think he should be rewarded soon.

The go home show for Revolution helped set up for the show and had great matches, especially between Kevin Knight and El Clon, Mark Davis against Komander, the trios match, and especially the main event. Saturday night wrestling is awesome!

The angles weren't very interesting, and the only worthwhile element was the introduction clip for the battle royal participants. Statlander getting whipped was a somewhat awkward scene, and the final brawl was fairly standard. Match quality: 2.25/5. Angles and out-of-match segments: 0.75/3. Bonus/penalty: none. Total: 5/10. Cool trios match between the Demand and the Bang Bang Gang. AEW doing a great job of actually building a trios division. Lena Kross beats Mina. Can we please recognize Mina as one of the best workers in the company? Month after month she puts on great matches, and more often than not, she is putting others over. She is a master entertainer, and a key component to the women's division. Match of the week was Andrade and Dorada. Wow, both guys were tremendous. Andrade is going to be world champion.

Hier nicht, denn es war eine starke Collision, die von einem sehr guten Mainer getragen wurde. Die ersten beiden matches waren zudem echt gut, alle anderen zumindest sehenswert. Einige Fehden haben nochmal Feinschliff für den PPV bekommen, verdiente 9 Punkte.
8115.03.2026Heym9.0Überraschend gute Ausgabe von Collision, einen Tag vor Beginn der PPV-Saison. Vor allem die Matches der Männer waren allesamt sehenswert und sehr schön strukturiert. Das Thekla-Zeug war überflüssig. Das , , echte" Frauenmatch war tatsächlich auch solide.

The show clearly felt like a build-up to AEW Revolution, so the focus was more on progressing storylines than delivering huge matches. The highlight was the match between Andrade El Idolo and Máscara Dorada -- fast-paced and entertaining with a lot of lucha-style action. Kevin Knight also looked good and seems to be getting more attention lately. Overall, the episode was easy to watch, but it didn't feel like something you absolutely need to rewatch. Just a good weekly show leading into the PPV. Rating: 7/10.

8415.03.2026suNn9.0It's been said before that Khan doesn't care so much for the ratings and numbers that Collision does unlike Dynamite, as long as the wrestling is good, and this is what was delivered here tonight. Knight and the Clone was good, David and Komander was great, Demand and the BBG was fun, Kross and Mina was good, and of course Andrade and Dorada claims MOTN. The trios squash was what is was and set up a more than decent altercation between Thekla and Statlander. Didn't much care for Perry's promo, but the ones from Toni Storm and were much better. It feels like AEW have been firing on all cylinders lately and even the weaker moments hold up. Bring on Revolution.
8515.03.2026Jacob Cass5.0Tedious watch tbh. All the matches were showcases for guys on the revolution card (so the outcomes would've been obvious even if it were live). So what about the match quality? Opener was okay (despite minor hiccups) and ME was mostly strong. Every other match felt way too long and some just felt awkward. Also, why are Ace and Juice (especially) not being utilized better? The peak of the show was the Toni promo. Babes, Perry and Ricochet promos were decent at least. I wasn't a fan of the Women's world title angle. Thekla wasn't as good as usual. Stats delivery wasn't bad and I get the idea but they've got to have these wrestlers behave more logically as they get the point of the segment across or arrive at the destination of match conditions. It's a similar issue with the irrational nature of Hangman risking his title future just to arrive at the stip. Unless they're playing outlandish characters these are issues that kinda undermines the wrestlers. I at least appreciated the closing angle because not much had been done to build the Bandido match.
