[7.0] "Unterhaltsame Dynamite Ausgabe insgesamt gesehen. Nettes Dynamite."

[6.0] "A confusing opening segment, a pretty good match between Ishii and Hangman, with a really good promo after by Swerve, then we got Jamie's return, but it's a feud that NO ONE wants to see, the a Jericho segment, and those segments are always bad, a pretty good segment between MJF and Danny, but It would've been better if MJF was wearing a neckbrace to sell the Tiger Driver, then the stupid 8-man tag with a really bad finish, then the underwhelming first singles match of Ricochet, but while underwhelming it was pretty fun, the the thing that I didn't like the most was giving Jack Perry one of the last matches of Bryan Danielson's career, just because All Out is happening in Chicago, I don't think it was a good episode after All In, but it had it's good things"

[8.0] "A nearly flawless show for me, perfect follow up to All In and perfect way to start the road to All Out with plenty of matches being teased/made official. Jon Moxley returned to kickoff the show. He cut a confusing promo, I have yet to understand what's this new gimmick is all about but let's where they go from now. He's also seemingly being paired with Marina Shafir which is pairing that looks amazing on paper. Ishii vs. Hangman was the best match of the night, really good match. Super physical and intense. The post-match angle with Swerve was top notch. These two are just a match made in Heaven and their rivalry is by far one of the best in AEW's history. Hayter vs. Cameron was a fine showcase for Jamie who looked good in her return match. Big things are ahead of her for sure. MJF/DG segment was really good. Probably Garcia's best promo ever. The all star eight men tag was fun. Lots of brawling around the ring with O'Reilly hitting a fan with a kick. Mercedes Monè and Private Party little backstage segment was really funny. Mariah May cut a really good promo. She's going to be a phenomenal champion. Richochet vs. Fletcher was a good main event with Ricochet looking great in his debut. In the post-match Ospreay confronted him but Pac attacked from behind and reminded him he's next in line for the International title. The closing segment saw Bryan Danielson cut his first promo as World champion. Really good promo from Bryan, super passionate as usual. Jack Perry might be an underwhelming first challenger to many but PPV Jack Perry is a real baller so I'm actually quite hyped for this match. Overall: every match on the show delivered and the majority of the angles was great too, especially the Hangman/Swerve confrontation. I won't lie the All Out card looks better that the All In card thus far."

The return of Moxley hinted at something potentially interesting going forward. Hangman/Ishii was match of the night, especially that DDT spot. Very hyped for another Hangman/Swerve match. Great to see Jamie Hayter back in action. MJF/Garcia promo was intense. Eight man tag was solid enough, as was the debut of Ricochet. Interested to see where he is at in 6 months time. Fine with Danielson/Perry at All Out also given the short turnaround and that Perry just beat the no. contender as well as recently pinning Danielson. Makes sense, even if there are better opponents for him. Enjoyable show overall."

And Kyle v Ricochet was an unexpected highpoint of the show especially the Will Ospreag tease. But what really elevated this show for me were the segments. Okada x Mone, Swerve x Hangman, and Danielson x Perry were all really hot and had me exited to keep watching, and I'm starting to want to buy All Out even if my wallet disagrees. And AEW Finally acknowled that Konosuke almost won the G1!"

More Conglomeration pushed on us, but at least Hook got the win in the Eight Man Tag Match for them. Kyle Fletcher was tremendous as always. Dude continues to show that he can adapt to any style of opponent in the ring. Always like seeing what MJF has to say, and I'm very intrigued where this Moxley storyline is heading."

Jon Moxleys cryptic promo and his new stable (? ), maybe even with some New Japan people (considering Moxleys theme), good points on both side in the Swerve vs. Hangman feud (especially Strickland seemed more confident and secure on the mic), MJF vs. Garcia picks up with the right intensity after the attack on Friedmans end weeks back, May still walks a good path between despicable heel and comedic moments and a wholesome promo by Danielson in the end with a surprising end. Still could live with way less Jericho & Monè. Matches were almost second fiddle, but there still was the entertaining opening match."

Moxley's opening promo was interesting, we didn't got much out of it but we'll see what happens down the line. MJF/Garcia was good but I'll be honest, I don't care for Garcia, he is quite bland but maybe this rivalry will help idk. Mariah was fun, but again nothing much was said. Bryan's promo was bait and switch, I'm glad he isn't retiring now and the match with Jack Perry should be good."

The Swerve and Hangman segment and the whole storyline is so amazing and I was glued to the screen during that segment. Moxley coming out actually popped me and I'm really curious to see where that storyline goes. The 8 man tag match was solid overall and Ricochet vs Kyle Fletcher match was pretty good and the Ishii vs Hangman match was great."

Hangman Vs Ishii was a fantastic opener followed up by the insanely good promo battle between Swerve and Hangman setting up the 4th match in this generational rivalry. Daniel Garcia also had the promo of his life and sets up his match with MJF, hopefully this can lead to something great for him. 8 Man tag was a very good dynamite match followed by the increasingly funny pairing of Mercedes and Okada. Mariah May... WOW! Nice first main event from Ricochet but expect more moving forward. Love it or hate it Jack perry being the first challenger for Bryan makes sense and he always delivers on the big stage. MOTN: Hangman vs Ishii, great built for All Out (9/10)"

[5.0] "[5] I thought this was just ok. Matches were boring except the opening match. Hayter was fine as well.. I want to start with the ending segment first. Bryan comes out and start doing his usual 'I'm gonna retire or maybe not' routine which has kind of gotten a bit stale now after doing it so many times. But then he throws an open challenge for his title. Now WAIT a minute. Aren't Darby and Christian in the line for that? I mean Darby won the no. 1 contender battle royale and Christian won the Casino gauntlet and he has made it clear number of times that he wants to go for the world title. But Jack Perry answers Bryan's call. WTF? He looked like a literal 14 year old sitting on a big couch trying to act all tough and gangsta lmao.. Moxley made his return in a very mysterious manner where he gave some warning to Darby (? ) and then attacked crew members backstage with Marina Shafir. Maybe Shane McMahon is finally arriving. It was all very cryptic.. MJF had a brawl with Garcia. Crowd was dead for most of this segment. I like MJF but I don't want him feuding with random vanilla guy like Garcia. MJF should be in a bigger picture right now... Hangman and Ishii had a good match. After that Swerve and Hangman had a fantastic segment. I loved that whole part. Easily the best promo segment of the night... Mercedes was involved in the worst segment of the night. Okada has lost all his charisma doing this awful gimmick where he just repeats 'bitch'... Women getting such shitty treatment in comparison to men was definitely shameful. Hayter got a 4 minutes match, Mariah got to walk around in lingerie for few minutes and Mercedes got this stupid segment which made no sense... A lot of matches were setup for All Out which is just next week. Man there should be a larger gap between All In and All Out. There is just no room for breathing."

Adam Page vs. Ishii (***3/4). Insgesamt gebe Ich der Show 8 Punkte."

[5.0] "All In was runner-up to Revolution as my PPV of the year, but I thought this show was underwhelming. The atmosphere to begin with was a massive step back and wasn't in accordance with my enthusiasm for the show. I'm a Jon Moxley fan, but the idea of him forming a shooter stable to impose his philosophy of wrestling on AEW does nothing for me. These feuds should get back to having more grounded stakes.I didn't enjoy the Mercedes and Okada backstage skit. It wasn't favorable to either of those characters and I didn't think much of Ricochet's outing with Kyle Fletcher. The two positives from this show were the Garcia-MJF segment, which was a return to form for MJF who has abandoned the meta drivel he and Ospreay were spewing to get back to something more human and grounded. The Hangman-Swerve segment was also electric."

[7.0] "Pretty good show, featuring all the fallout from All In and the buildup of several matches to All Out. The show starts off pretty shockingly with the return of Jon Moxley who looks to be a heel now, which is confirmed when he aligns himself with Marina Shafir and starts taking out people backstage. This is pretty interesting and I'm curious to see how this progresses. After that we get a really good match between Ishii and Hangman which is immediately followed by a promo between Hangman and Swerve which sets up a Steel Cage match between the two at All Out. Then we get a squash match which sees Jamie Hayter squash Harley Cameron. Great to see Jamie back but why is she in a feud with Saraya who, no offence, sucks? Then, surprisingly, we get a good MJF segment. Granted, it was essentially just run of the mill MJF stuff for the first half of it, but the Garcia attack, brawl and promo was actually sick. Like he made me believe that he actually wanted to hurt MJF and dare I say it this actually got me interested in their match. Now it's down to Max to not ruin it. There's a fun 8 man tag, a funny segment involving Mercedes, Private Party and Okada and a generic heel promo from Mariah May before the main event match of Ricochet v Kyle Fletcher. Certainly a solid match but not the most impressive debut for Ricochet if I'm being honest. I did enjoy the post match with Pac and Ospreay though. After that it's the main event segment which sees Bryan Danielson essentially say that when he loses the AEW title, his full time wrestling career is over. It's an excellent promo but after that, he issues an open challenge for All Out which is answered by Jack Perry. I'm sure they'll have a great match that will certainly by the best match of Perry's career but surely there are better options for Bryan's first title defense. Could've been Mox, or Christian or maybe even Joe if he's available. Those are matches that I'd personally rather see. Regardless though, the segment itself was great, and a good way to close out what was a very good show. Very angle heavy but not without a few good matches. All Out is definitely shaping up to be a very good show too. MOTN - Adam Page v Tomohiro Ishii"

[7.0] "Decent, but nothing crazy. Ishii vs Page was the highlight match, but I reckon it was the only one to truly blow anyone away. Jamie Hayter's return squash was effective, the 8-man tag wasn't offensive until the finish, and the main event was whatever, a match I could live without. This episode benefits hugely by the promo sections that involved Swerve/Hangman and Danielson/Perry. Everything from those felt truly important, more so than what AEW usually churns out. Best part of the night was the hilarious Private Party/Mercedes and Kamille/Okada segment which had me rolling. Good stuff from AEW recently, here's hoping they can keep it up"

"Despite the production issues that worsen weekly, the first half of this show was great; might be the best hour AEW had produced all year. Moxley's return was too slow for what it was designed to be, and Mox's delivery was unnatural, but it had some intrigue. Felt very WCW, potentially in a bad way. There is a strong implication of a company takeover angle, but we're already in the middle of one of those (sort of, it just kind of stopped like all AEW angles tend to do). We get the Conglomeration leading up to Ishii vs Hangman. No notes. It's good. Swerve comes out and cuts a strong promo to try to justify this feud with Hangman still existing. They will have a cage match. That's fine. Hayter returns to squash Harley Cameron. Why couldn't they have fit this into All In? There were some matches on that show that would have benefitted from having their time cut. Again, good. We get another silly interview and then a video package. Not a good one, but having one at all is a step forward and I'll take it. MJF comes out, Daniel Garcia comes out. This was a surprisingly great segment. They did a bit too much at the end but it made Garcia an interesting character, which is massive progress. All of that was a strong opening hour with some of the usual problems. They really need to get someone new in to give them a visual identity and to call the shots; the cameras are all placed so badly and they cut to the worst shot possible so frequently. Now the show falls apart. Ricochet recap video showing how he debuted ineffectually. Not a good video. They could have gotten footage and made him look exciting instead.I have more negative things to say about Ricochet later. The designated Conglomeration multiman tag match we get on every show now. Why are they agreeing to be in these matches that pose no benefit to anyone involved? The finish is terrible - essentially Aubrey Edwards is completely incompetent and ignores two rope-breaks so Roddy gets chocked out by the babyface Hook who ignores the rules of the match while the referee stares directly at two rope-breaks and ignores them. Somehow this will lead to Roddy challenging (and losing to) Hook. Can we get rid of the FTW belt please? Heel champion Mercedes Mone is having a party backstage. Private Party show up because it's a party. Party. They sexually harass Mone. Before I continue, PP returned a while ago and promised to take out the tag division and then have been in low card purgatory ever since. Are they babyface or heel? Well they came across as insane heels here, against a heel. What's the angle here? Is Mercedes challenging a male tag team? What was the point here? Anyway, Okada shows up for some reason, heel lowercard comedy character Okada is the hero. He does some bad jokes. This is horrible. Mariah May segment. Very good. Highlight of the back-half of this show. We footage of Grizzled Young Vets talking down to the Bucks from Wembley and then they cut the exact same promo a second time backstage. Not good promos. Zack Gibson is an incredible promo so I'm not sure why they did this generic stuff. I guess they have been given no direction so they can't really go off about anything. Another general issue in AEW. I hope they let these guys loose and start using the tag division after wasting so many teams already. Takeshita video package. Again, this video was not good. Who edits these? Cutler? It was bad, weirdly cropped, confusing to anyone who wouldn't already know about the G1. There should have been weekly updates from Takeshita bragging from Japan and then silence the week he didn't end up winning the whole thing. Then he comes back, a cheeky undercard guy mocks him for losing and Takeshita squashes him on the next show. There, he's built back up. This video doesn't help, nor does the announcement that Takeshita is in a random 4-way on Rampage for no reason as his big return. Bad. Ricochet vs Fletcher. I am big on Fletcher. He needs someone to iron out his presentation. The nickname is meaningless and sounds stupid, the bad metal music is bad metal music. Can Tony at least make deals with good, smaller bands and cross promote good music with "good" wrestling instead of this garbage? But Fletcher is great, he should not be following up the loss to MJF by losing to the new guy. Ricochet has worse presentation than Kyle. This guy is the new star and he comes out in what looks like nylon pyjamas from Shein with bad music and a monotone, orange video with ugly graphic design and an even worse tag line; "out of this world". What? Is he an alien now? What does this relate to exactly? This match didn't establish Ricochet. He just did moves and was getting beaten up by Kyle for the most part. Taz on commentary during the commercials was the highlight of this. No one came out of this looking better. If this is what we can expect from Ricochet when he is set free from the evil company, then he's already a big waste of time and money. So he wins and then Ospreay's music hits. You know, the majority of their viewers won't have ever seen Ospreay vs Ricochet and won't know why it's a big deal. Pac attacked Ospreay from behind, laughed maniacally and the cameras cut away and it was never mentioned again. Horrible. Worse still, isn't Pac a babyface? What is going on? Also, didn't he maybe join BCC? Why is there no follow-up? Well Moxley is out of BCC and with Marina Shafir in the next segment. Finally, an amazing Danielson promo is ruined when Jack Perry uses his ability to tell the future to pretape the a video with a handheld camera lying on the floor staring up at him in a random corner with a random LED light in a random chair cutting a bad promo looking terrible, with the hand of another guy clearly visible as the camera shakes around badly. Who approved this? Why is this geek Danielson's first challenger. One of the worst endings to any TV show I have ever seen. 6.5 out of ten, a solid 8 if you didn't watch the second hour."

MJF has not done much for me since he returned while at least Garcia is showing more promise hopefully getting away from the dancing days. Hangman/Ishii rocked, Hangman/Swerve at All Out is gigantic, Jamie Hayter rules, and I thought the MJF/Garcia angle was excellent. 8 man could've used some more Roddy but it was also great, and while the main event was good, I don't think the match lent itself to letting Ricochet sign as much as possible on his debut. Bryan Danielson is the greatest of all time, but can't say I'm excited for the Jack Perry match. I know an ALL IN, ALL OUT in-between show is a difficult one to market, but the arena was so empty, and the cameras caught it all on Moxley's entrance. Swerve/Hangman and DG/MJF did well to continue their feuds without adding anything new. The Mariah May segment wasn't what she needed, and Jungle Boy isn't a good choice to sell out ALL OUT. They're clearly just banking on his mega-heat with Chicago. The Moxley promo that started off the show was very confusing but cool to see him come out with his death rider gimmick. Hopefully in the coming weeks the story pays off. Page and Ishii had a absolute banger to start the show off officially. If your a fan of these two I recommend this. The Jamie Hayter match felt very uninspired like some other things on the show such as the MJF/Garcia segment. The 8 man tag was surprisingly quite abit of fun aswell. Just abunch of people brawling all over the arena untill it gets back undercontrol with some allright storytelling involved. Now to me the Ricochet/Fletcher match did not deliver at all. Was it really bad? No not at all but it wasn't nowhere near as good. After that win from Ricochet, Will Osprey comes out and gets attacked by the #1 contender for his title Pac. Then we get to the main event segment. It was quite nice but nothing special till Danielson dropped a open challenge and Jack Perry answered it in quite a shocking moment. Now was this show good? Yes in my opinion it was but it isn't essential viewing in my eyes. No not really, maybe only the Swerve/Hangman segment is worth a watch if they post highlights of it. They didn't sell well there in 2019, WWE doesn't do great either and they shouldn't try. Regarding the show, it was full of good matches especially the opener but also the Ricochet debut. Some good promos by Mariah, MJF/Garcia and Swerve/Hangman. I expect the choice of Jack Perry to be BD's opponent at All Out to be divisive."

"Really solid episode. Solid matches with Cage/Ishii and Ricochet/Fletcher. Awesome to see Ricochet in the AEW, which truly seems like a better fit for him than WWE, and Will Ospreay promo did a good job of teasing future Ospreay/Ricochet matches (while still maintaining their well-known friendship) while also giving PAC a chance to look nice and badass. The Cage & Swerve Strickland promo was really good, too, setting the stage for what's sure to be another great entry in their rivalry. The eight-man tag match was fine, and it was good to see Jamie Hayter back, even if her match with Harley wasn't anything special. The Jon Moxley stuff was a bit confusing at times (it's not Tony Schiavone's company, what the hell did he mean by that? ) but I'm excited about the idea of an unstable heel run for him. MJF & Nick Drake had a good faceoff against each other, and I liked Mariah May's bitchy promo, too. Last but not least, Bryan Danielson announcing he'd end his career when his AEW title reign ends, and then Jack Perry standing up for the first challenge. (Even though technically shouldn't Christian get that, since he won the gauntlet match? But eh, whatever.) I think Perry is actually a pretty good choice for Danielson's first (sure to be successful) title defense. He's been on a great heel run since returning to AEW, and this will allow Danielson to get directly involved with The Elite, and should be a solid match at All Out, too."
