Insgesamt keine besonders sehenswerte Show. Vor dem Rumble hat sich hier nur noch wenig weiterentwickelt.

1730.01.2024ParkwayDriver5.0A decent show although not one that felt very important. Continued some dissension between Romans challengers. Kabushi Warriors/Katana and Kayden was the best of the night by a pretty strong margin but the lurking in the shadows appears to be needed.

2728.01.2024Frank Shooter6.0As most WWE go-home shows under Triple H era, this was also a really weak show, but it featured some cool things here and there. A Tag Titles change with the Kabuki Warriors once again winning the titles (but sad for Katana and Kayden having a reign so short), Carmelo and Theory having the chance to finish their match the good way, but the match itself was a bit underwhelming. Trick Williams saving Melo was obvious the moment Grayson and Theory jumped on him, and I don't know if they piped in the "Whoop that Trick" chants or not, but it was a great moment nonetheless. We had the final confrontation between the title contenders, attacking each other with LA Knight being the one to stand tall at the end of the show, but his match with Solo Sikoa was really mid, as well as the segment between The Pride and The Final Testament and the Carlito vs Santos match where the best moments were the brawl between the Garzas and the LWO and the debut of La Madrina to rejoin Legado. Like I said, a weak show with very few interesting things, but those good moments were really cool and well done and the show was easy to enjoy.

3128.01.2024Dynamax Dawn6.0Fun enough show go home show. The women's tag team title match was pretty fun but the rest of the matches were pretty average, but still a very easy watch.

4228.01.2024NationofDefecation4.0An episode that lacks any real creative focus. Kabuki Warriors end an short reign from chance and carter that was filled with sub 5 minute matches so it's not like there's any exciting matches in that division. Was nice seeing Trick get such a massive reaction from the audience but this theory waller vs hayes feud isn't doing anything for anyone. The main event scene is being booked by a 2k A.I and LWO vs Legado is solid but feels like its waiting for Rey to return. Below average go home show

4527.01.2024TheRabbitInTheBush6.0The SmackDown before a PPV or PLE usually gets forgotten. This one was alright. Got to see some folks pick their rumble number. NXT wrestlers showed up. I was most interested in the tag title match because of course the Kabuki Warriors were winning. They did so I was happy.

5027.01.2024Deadmoo56.0This was a pretty average Smackdown. I thought the high point was the interaction between Heyman and Jimmy. The matches were all decent except for the main event, which was not very good. Carlito vs Santos was a PPV match that didn't feel like a PPV match at all, but was a solid Smackdown opening match. I love how Santos's squad has grown over the past months, and the introduction of Lopez will even the odds in the feud between Legado and LWO. A bit confusing as Lopez was playing the face on this week's NXT against Lola Vice, but she joined the main-roster heel faction? I don't hate her presence in Legado but I'm hoping it's justified well in the coming weeks. Maybe a Lopez/Vega spot at the women's Royal Rumble? Kabuki Warriors took the belts off KC2 in a very solid match and I really like this direction. It was nice to have a proper tag team hold the belts for a few weeks but the Kabuki Warriors are also a proper tag team, and them holding the belts makes Damage Control a force to be taken more seriously heading into the Rumble and Wrestlemania. I thought Theory/Hayes was pretty good too, and it was so damn sick to see Trick show up, stay true to the direction his storyline has been heading in with Melo in NXT, and have the crowd absolutely erupt. I love Melo but goddamn Trick is a star. The end of the show was messy and sucked, much like it has with all the bloodline main events over the alst several months.

5227.01.2024kwadiava4.0I rarely rate Smackdowns and even rarely watch it nowadays. My complaints are similar to some of the others: Too many missing people due to travel schedules and they are being part timers. You don't have your tag champs in it, you don't have your needle mover main eventer in it, you don't have your top mid carder(s) in it. The F else do you have then? Whereas the US championship should have been the top championship on the card neither of the challenger or the belt holder is nowhere to be seen. Great. Then I call it as the glorious days of Smackdown is finally over and it's back to being a secondary B tier show. As for the matches: LA Knight main eventing once again and I don't think any non-tag Solo match is interesting at this point. Austin Theory and Hayes seemingly going into a feud? I am glad that he's back soon although after their last clash (literally) this left a sour taste in my mouth. The women's tag match was actually good and I thought it was a right move to crown new champs. Santos vs Carlito was mid and it's another feud that loses heat fast. I love how Bobby standing up there the whole segment without a genuine expression while Ellering tries to do his best to look tense, laughed a lot.

5427.01.2024Rasmus Eriksen4.0Another weak release from the blue brand. There is literally nothing to grab onto here, weak coincidences, sluggish and endlessly repeated segments. The main event was particularly bad. Hopefully things will get a lot better after the Royal Rumble. Four out of ten.

5627.01.2024JackElDestripador6.0The program is very poor. The beginning of the segment with everyone involved in the fight for the WWE championship was very mediocre, especially without the champion involved. Santos vs Carlito was a correct match, but the interventions took me out of the match a little. The women's tag team fight was very good and the decision to give the titles to the Kabuki Warriors was correct, I hope the booking is correct. Bobby's segment was equally mediocre, nothing can be rescued from there. The Austin vs. Hayes fight was very low, I expected a lot from this fight because of Hayes' quality, but it was disappointing. Why talk about the main event, very slow and uncoordinated between both fighters and the result was incorrect. The best thing was to give a victory to L.A Knight, but nothing to do. 6/10.

6127.01.2024AustinBerg50016.0Solid go home show for smackdown not that much to wrote home about. Santos and Carlito has a solid opening match with elektra lopez, big up to the new tag team Champs, the austin theory and melo match could've been better but hearing Trick Williams get that reception from the crowd was awesome. The main event fell flat with the dq finish before that was a decent contest between Solo and LA Knight (YEAH). Can't wait for RR and see what Triple H has in store for us.
6227.01.2024eltetechori6.0As a show it was decent, it wasn't as I expected being the last SmackDown show before the Royal Rumble event but it does the bare minimum so I'll give it a rating according to what I've seen here today.

7727.01.2024liorb19856.0This week's show was a decent, entertaining one. It wasn't centered around the Royal Rumble matches other than "pulling the number" segments. Still, it did highlight the Fatal 4-Way and refreshed the memory regarding the US Championship match. I loved seeing Ava, Trick & Elektra in this show. I hope that, as for Elektra, it means she's being called up to the main roster. The in-ring performance was pretty good, even if the matches felt slightly on the short side.
7827.01.2024LadySnowblood4.0For a go home show this Smackdown episode was a little bit disappointing and didn't create much buzz for the Royal Rumble. I liked the short number drawing segments and the tag team title match was allright.
7927.01.2024new era lover6.0An okay show but i expected more from a go home smackdown episode. As the guy below me said, Roman Reigns and Logan Paul werent here, also KO and the tag team champions. The segments between Orton, Knight and Styles were just ok. I liked the opener and the womens tag team championship match, but the other 2 matches didnt stood up in my opinion. The backstage segments were good and i really like the fact that only 12 wrestlers are announced for the rumble match. A few years ago each rumble had 20+ announced picks. Raw has been better lately
8027.01.2024brickhitterSam3.0Im gonna keep it real, this was a really disappointing SmackDown, especially for a go home show. Roman Reigns was nowhere to be seen, neither was Kevin Owens or the US Champion Logan Paul, or the undisputed tag team champions. Really, the only champion that got any meaningful time this episode was the womens tag champions, as the titles changed hands mid-show in the only notable match. None of the matches stood out, the opening segment wasnt anything special or much different from what weve seen the past few weeks, and the ending to the main event was predictable as well as the post match scuffle. Maybe the only positive was the entertaining backstage Rumble spot drawings.
