[5.0] "Mostly going to focus on the design notes, it does look pretty cool. The color choice here is pretty bad, the two-tone does not work in this application. And the little emblem on the front with the dudes grappling is awful. I would say it's a bottom-half design."

[8.0] "A title with a decent design that has a sad history, even though it's a very important part in the friendship between Vince's dad and Antonio Inoki, showing that they really had something big planned, however nothing really happened besides one joint show later on."

[7.0] "Not a bad design but I'm not a fan of a picture of people grappling on the front. The title had a good start and was defended regularly until WWF didn't want it anymore and sent it to Japan to die, shame given the people who held this belt were more than deserving, hell these three are the perfect wrestlers to make champ at the time."
