Sure they were the first tag team champions, but they were positioned almost on the same level as The Elite. They were pushed early on only to fall very hard and fast once they lost the tag belts. Scorpio had the most singles success, which I was not expecting, and went on to really grow before being criminally misused. Kazarian floundered for a long time and didn't do much, especially after his and Daniels lost their title match against the Young Bucks. He was like a job guy who then disappeared and went to TNA, where he has done some good work. And then there's Christopher Daniels. Daniels was the first indy wrestler I fell in love with so it's a little personal, and I understand that he is probably closer to retirement than glory years, but he could've been a really fun man in the same position as a Dustin Rhodes type. |

The duo of CD and Kaz is one of the most unique i have ever seen and with the addiction on Scorpio Sky the latter years that trio became unstoppable. In both ROH/TNA they help multiple title reigns with the pinnacle in 2017 Christopher Daniels beat Adam Cole in ROH 15th Anniversary to become ROH World Champion. They couldn't have a better run in AEW become the inaugural World Tag Team Champions. |

| 44 | 23.04.2022 | arrancar | 5.0 | I didn't care to follow SCU in ROH or the Being the Elite vlogs leading up to AEW's debut, so I was out of the loop with why these 3 guys were so over with fans, and I didn't get a lot of their references and in-jokes. To me, they were three solid veterans all far past their athletic primes but still capable of working at a good level. Individually, each guy is a pretty good wrestler at worst, but as a team I found them a bit too pandering with how they interacted with the crowd. I had long been bored with Daniels and Kazarian from their ROH days (despite them being solidly good workers), and I didn't think that Sky added anything worthwhile for a 3-man group either. For a brand new promotion like AEW, having a group of guys ranging from 35 to 50 so relatively strongly pushed for so long was pretty underwhelming, especially when none of them were major stars to make up for their old ages. They didn't cover up enough of each other's shortcomings to make for a properly compelling group, but they were still competent for the early days of AEW, and they rightfully faded away before breaking up once it became clear that their appeal was gone. |

With that said, they were the very definition of professional-- every match was well above average.
