He's average. However, that's not my main concern with him. Flash's main role in the wrestling business is for being the promoter of Future Wrestling Australia (FWA), which he founded in 2017. Myself, along with many other people, believe that Five Star Flash pushes himself too hard into the spotlight instead of letting other more talented wrestlers have a go. While he's never won a championship, he's still had many matches with big names such as JXT, Adam Brooks, and last but definitely not least, The Hurricane. All of these matches could've gone to a more 'worthy' and 'talented' opponent rather than them facing Flash. It sort of feels like Five Star Flash is just living out his wrestling fantasy but unfortunately many, I'd even argue a majority, aren't enjoying it. This year at Resolution 4, he is set to face ROBBIE EAGLES and ADAM BROOKS in a triple threat match. Instead of giving that match to another more 'worthy' opponent, or just making it a single's match, he decides to put himself right in the middle of it, which kinda annoys me. He also decided to bring an American treasure, The Hurricane, over here to Australia, just so he could beat him (which was followed by a roar of boos from the majority of the crowd who were also pissed off at his antics). All in all, he's an average wrestler, but very questionable promoter. I feel like he should just put himself to the side for a while so other talent can come through to the spotlight. |
