[2.0] "Recently went through and watched all early NXT PPVs/PLEs and discovered Rich. And honestly I found him to be one of the worst commentators I've listened to. In most cases he was the main speaker for the group on commentary and often miscalled moves. The only thing that could make him better was if he was a bit more comical I guess but he was a very boring commentator. Which there is nothing wrong with boring it's just very meh. I'm sure he's a great guy to work with but he would take me out of the moment in a lot of spots in the matches I watched with him commentating."
[6.0] "Rich is very OK. He seems to know his stuff and shows good enthusiasm at times but nothing about him makes him really stand out in any way. Still a reliable commentator though, who's had good chemistry with everyone I've heard him commentate with. And not that it's really his fault but his accent (which sounds like Minnesotan but apparently he grew up in Rhode Island) can be kind of distracting at times, although it's not nearly as bad now during his current MLW run as it was when he was first starting out on NXT. Really just my own personal taste though and it doesn't factor into his rating."
[4.0] "Bocchini is the definition of adequate. He's competent and there's nothing particular to complain about in his work, but he also doesn't stand out in any way."
[2.0] "Ich finde ihn mega nervig und auch langweilig da er mit keinerlei Emotion so richtig zu werke geht. Als Kommentator erinnert er mich extrem an Michael Cole, als Interviewer konnte man auch nicht wirklich ernst nehmen, da er irgendwie keine persönliche Ausstrahlung hat."
[7.0] "Ihm fehlen noch ein bisschen die markigen Kommentare und eine engagierte Gegenrede zu den Color-Kommentatoren, die etwa einen Jim Ross auszeichnen. Seine deskriptiven Statements sind aber immer gut platziert und auf den Punkt. Hoffentlich bleibt das auch so, und ebbt nicht allzu schnell ab. Desweiteren hat er eine unverkennbare Stimme. Ein Guter!"
[6.0] "Ich weis nicht. Er ist so etwas wie der Michael Cole von NXT. Er hat wenig Profil. Dies liegt vielleicht auch nur daran das er neben Corey Graves sitzt der natürlich eine absolute Charisma und Ausstrahlungsbombe ist. Ansonsten macht Brennan einen soliden Job. Ab und zu mal called er mal was falsch, aber das hält sich in grenzen."
[8.0] "Rich Brennan ist ein wirklich guter Kommentator. Er versteht es, Stories im Ring zu erzählen und kann darüber hinaus auch mit einigem Hintergrundwissen auffahren. Wenn er seine Arbeit weiterhin so gut ausführt, sehe ich in ihm sogar einmal einen legitimen Nachfolger von Michael Cole."
[7.0] "Hat eine gute Stimme, müsste noch an ein Paar Wrestling-Fachausdrücken arbeiten (bspw. einen Brainbuster muss man schon von einem Vertical Suplex unterscheiden können), aber sonst gefällt er mir aktuell sehr gut. Die NXT-Kommentatoren finde ich zwar mit Ausnahme von Albert sehr gut, er sticht aber mit seiner markanten, energischen Stimme ordentlich raus."
