Silver King

[10.0] "Silver King might be one of the most underappreciated Lucha Libre figures of all time. From his more technical works in CMLL, to his remarkable and spectacular run in AAA, to having plenty of runs in Japan and even being the third incarnation of the "Black Tiger" gimmick, to even play the character of "Ramsés" in Jack Black's movie "Nacho Libre". Excellent technician who would incorporate some high-flying stuff into his moveset. Very smooth with his executions, as well as a good connoisseur of pace and storytelling. Definitely way more than just an average WCW jobber. Deserves to be called a Lucha Libre legend for sure."

[9.0] "Silver King. Where to even start with him? In many ways he could be considered better than his brother in the ring, more charismatic, better looking, and yet it never really seemed to click for him like it did for Wagner (Does the mask really make that much of a difference? ) regardless what matters here is to speak about the cowboy himself. Silver did so much and he did it all so well, he could have eaisly done even more but alas not everything can be perfect in this silly little world. If you have not watched more than his WCW work then I will implore on you to explore the work he did either as a singles or tag team (which he is surprsingly great tag partner! ) A phenomenal worker through and through, you can never go wrong with watching one of his matches, and he is a testament to the ludicrous talent our wrestling scene had in the 90s that I would not even consider him top 5 luchador of that decade."

[5.0] "Another good solid background filler luchadore in WCW. One of the more unique looking Mexican wrestlers as he didn't have a mask."

[7.0] "Wagner Jr. is pretty underrated. Whatever you want to call him, his work spans many different promotions and decades where he's always found a spot for himself and succeeded."

[9.0] "Silver King is one of the best Mexican wrestlers of all time. He was a great worker, and he adapted really well to the Japanese style when he toured Japan. He worked an exciting athletic junior heavyweight style that made him entertaining to watch. His work in NJPW in 2001 and 2002 is some of the best work of his career. For a while, he also wrestled as Black Tiger III."

[7.0] "Just looking at the Silver King you wouldn't expect him to do the things he'd do in the ring. Thoroughly enjoyed watching his work in the WCW cruiserweight division, sad to find out he passed away from a heart attack during a match."
