[8.0] "Oro (spanish for "Gold") was truely gold in the ring. An absolute great talent and innovator from his generation, and a real pro-wrestling fan. A Luchador that was pushed to the main event scene in CMLL because they had no other option, given how good he actually was. As ElPolloLoco stated below, he's arguably one, if not the first ever, high-flyer Luchador whose style didn't look clunky while executing it. Very smooth and precise with his delivery. Saddly gone too young, passed away doing what he loved the most: WRESTLING. He definitely became one of the biggest "What if..." I can personally recall in pro-wrestling history."

[8.0] "If you want to see where the various Rey Mysterio Jr, Ricochet and Will Ospreay took their inspiration, look no further than Oro. There had been many high flyers before but Oro was the first who didn't seem clumsy or about to kill himself: he was the first modern high flyer, very fluid, very elegant and completely sure of himself. He was so amazing Mexican promoters had no other choice than to start pushing him, and pushing hard, when he was already 19, especially once the rumor spread his family was trying to convince him to find himself a regular job and become a part-timer. Put in a sink or swim contest, Oro turned out to be an Olympic-class swimmer. He was also somewhat of pro-wrestling savant, not unlike Kota Ibushi: on the day of his death he was asking his colleagues to put him in contact with somebody in Japan because he wanted to get tapes of Kenta Kobashi to study his selling. I genuinely and honestly cannot rate him higher than a 8: he was like a thunderbolt and albeit he left a lasting impression, his life was cut too short for his achievements to become truly memorable."

[9.0] "This October 26, 2013 twentieth anniversary of the death of Jesus Javier Hernandez Silva, better known as Gold, tapatío young fighter who had a promising future in Mexican wrestling. Along with Silver and Bronze he formed the trio of "The Metal" to lead a new generation of fighters air style, crowned champions Threesomes the Federal District. However Luchist charisma and technique of "golden" would position it as a favorite hobby gladiators, managing to be individually programmed next to the best figures of the moment. Gold was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco a December 24, 1971, the son of the local fighter, Calavera II, blood in his veins fighter and a promising future loomed. That late October 1993, was presented to his last fight at the Arena Coliseo where alternate with Silver Arm and La Fiera to meet Dr. Wagner, Checkmate and his bitter rival Kaoz. After 10 minutes of action, Gold faded into the ring when receiving a backhand in the chest by Kahoz, neck falling on the canvas. However, he continued struggling, reached a deal it flying kicks to Kahoz and then a forearm blow under barriéndose after the first string. Gold came down the ring, began to feel ill and did not go up, as shares followed him on stage faded protection; realizing the fact Silver Arm approached to help him and tell he was in a bad state called the medical service that took him to the infirmary, and died moments later. His death marked a tragic episode in the national pankration, the man died and was born the metal legend, Gold, a fighter who left a career in unfinished ascent."
